Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka eventuella skillnader, i matematikbetyg samt matematisk och allmÀn sjÀlvuppfattning, mellan flickor respektive pojkar och mellan elever som vÀljer studie- respektive yrkesförberedande program pÄ gymnasiet. I studien deltog 174 elever frÄn sju klasser i Ärskurs 9 frÄn tvÄ utvalda skolor, en pÄ en mindre ort och en pÄ en större, bÄda med nÀrliggande storstad. Eleverna svarade pÄ frÄgor om betyg och sjÀlvuppfattning genom en enkÀt. Huvudresultaten i studien har visat att flickor har lÀgre sjÀlvuppfattning Àn pojkar i matematik och att elever som vÀljer yrkesförberedande program har ett genomsnittligt lÀgre vÀrde i sjÀlvuppfattning Àn elever som vÀljer studieförberedande program till gymnasiet. Studien kunde inte pÄvisa nÄgon större könsskillnad i matematikbetyget för samtliga elever men dÀremot att pojkar har högre betyg Àn flickor bland dem som valt studieförberedande program och att det motsatta gÀller för elever som valt yrkesförberedande program.

The aim with this study was to describe how the board members of athletic clubs view and value their youth program. A qualitative approach was used in form of interviews. The interviews were made face to face as well as being taped, this to facilitate the analysis. When the board members viewed their youth program to be in alignment with the overall club philosophy there was a discrepancy between their views and the ?de facto? conditions of the youth program.

Instrumenten som anvÀndes i testerna Àr Davis Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI) och Mill's Measures of Criminal Attitudes and Associates (MCAA).Slutsatserna som kan dras utifrÄn denna studie Àr att den emotionella empati-komponenten "personal distress" visar en minskning som kan förklaras av interaktionen med ART.The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of Aggression Replacement Training (ART) program in some of the prisons and probation authorities of the Swedish correctional system. The specific questions we are trying to answer are: (1) does ART-program change the clients' empathic concern and (2) does ART-program help in changing participants' attitudes towards criminality? This investigation is based on a quantitative inquiry consisting of Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI) and Measures of Criminal Attitudes and Associates (MCAA) tests.The overall results of this study indicate that the emotional empathy-component "personal distress" shows a statistically significant reduction, which can be explained by the interaction with ART..

Efter den genomförda enkÀtundersökningen kan det konstateras att frequent flyer program inverkar pÄ och förstÀrker medlemmarnas mobilitet. En ökad mobilitet leder Àven till ökade pÄfrestningar pÄ miljön. Klimatkompensation, med donation av frequent flyer poÀng, skulle kunna vara ett sÀtt för att minska pÄ den förstÀrkta mobiliteten men viljan hos medlemmarna att spendera sina poÀng pÄ klimatkompenserande ÄtgÀrder Àr lÄg. Frequent flyer programmen bör dessutom omstruktureras sÄ att de i högre utstrÀckning fokuserar pÄ kringtjÀnster som inte bidrar till att förstÀrka medlemmarnas mobilitet..

Denna uppsats syftar till att undersöka vad svensk forskning de senaste 20 Ären har för rekommendationer för en god grammatikundervisning, samt att undersöka lÀromedel för gymnasiekurserna i svenska. UtifrÄn de rekommendationer som utlÀses i forskningen har uppsatsförfattarna gjort en lÀromedelsanalys dÀr de undersökt huruvida lÀromedelsförfattarna följer rekommendationerna i grammatikavsnitten. Uppsatsförfattarna har ocksÄ undersökt om det rÄder en skillnad mellan lÀromedel som riktar sig till praktiska och teoretiska program pÄ gymnasiet, för att se om den ena programinriktning följer rekommendationerna mer Àn den andra. Resultatet visar att de fem undersökta lÀromedlen inte följer forskningens rekommendationer i större utstrÀckning. Syfte med detta arbete Àr att skapa förstÄelse för gymnasieskolans utbildningsinnehÄll pÄ Hotell och Restaurangprogrammet respektive Livsmedelsprogrammet i relation till arbetslivets utveckling och utbildningsbehov. Genom en kartlÀggning av berörda branschers uppfattning om elevernas utbildningsbehov vill vi undersöka om det finns behov av att utveckla nytt specialutformat program med inriktning mot ?Butik och Cateringkock?. Metod Vi har genomfört en kvalitativ studie, dÀr vi gjort intervjuer med berörda branscher. DÀr söker vi svar pÄ frÄgan om utbildningsinnehÄllet pÄ gymnasieskolans ?Hotell och Restaurang program? och ?Livsmedelsprogram? motsvarar arbetslivets utveckling och framtida krav pÄ utbildningsbehov. Resultat Resultatet inleds med en övergripande introduktion som handlar om förÀndrade mattrender och livsstilar i dagens samhÀlle.

This thesis describes the process of developing a reservation system for common resources through a TV-interface. The system is developed in cooperation with the company Dreampark and is built to work in their platform for TV, Dreamgallery. The main goal was to develop a reservation system and to make it work with Dreamgallery, to develop a demonstration version of the system. The thesis describes the approach for developing an easy-to-use and customisable program and interface for making reservations. How this is inserted into an existing program in a suitable way.

This report contains a programming improvement work in a LabVIEW? fire testing furnace control system for SP Fire Technology in BorÄs. Here materials and products behaviour are tested and evaluated, being exposed to fire. For this task, UGNET is being used for control and surveillance of the testing furnace system. System hardware has been updated gradually through the years, while the software has been neglected.

PÄ senare tid har skolungdomar börjat uppleva sig allt mer stressade. Det kan handla om exempelvis stress inför skolan och den kommande framtiden. Denna studie undersökte elever pÄ högskoleförberedande program upplevda stress, stressen inför framtiden samt eventuell betydelse av Locus of Control och kön. Respondenterna utgjordes av 42 poj-kar och 51 flickor, samtliga gick pÄ samma gymnasieskola i Ärskurs tre. De fick besvara tre bakgrundsfrÄgor, en inom stressforskning vÀl anvÀnd stressenkÀt (PSS), en frÄga gÀllande stress inför framtiden, samt Locus Of Control.

keywordsThis was a project about the process of animation and the presentation of looped animations in the form of a zine.My main subject for the project was to explore the possibilities of the computer program After Effects and how to incorporate the functions of this program with my hand drawn technique. I wanted to keep the hand drawn feeling and at the same time make use of all the helpful short cuts and utilities that this program had to offer. I found that this program was quite suitable for this kind of work, although I didn?t feel completely satisfied when it came to the amount of animations that I was able to put together. At the end of the project I had completed six loops (plus a older one) for the CD that came with the printed zine.Another big issue in working with this was the question of theme and content for all the different loops.

In 1999 the Swedish Parliament decided about 15 environmental goals aimed to be achieved in time for the next generation. For example physical social planning must be based on programs and strategies how cultural-historical values has been attended, so called programs of cultural heritage. By law the Swedish municipalities are responsible for reaching these goals by creating program of cultural heritage. But only a few of the municipalities have these programs, meaning that many municipalities need to create programs of cultural heritage in the next five years.The aim of this report is to present a model of analysis on programs of cultural heritage in municipalities for preservation and development of cultural environments. By testing the model on the municipalities of Osby and Tomelilla methods on how to create a new program of cultural heritage or how to complete existing documents are formulated.One of the conclusions is that one document, program of cultural heritage, functions as landscape analysis, model of cultural valuation and strategy of developing cultural values.
