This study is about which opinion active teachers are having when it comes to integrate religious traditions and ceremonies in their teaching. The aim is to study the religious traditional ceremonies part and how they are being defined in the Swedish classrooms in primary school. Together with literature, research and the discussion in this study, I came up to a few conclusions of how religious ceremonies will be integrated and how it looks like in Swedish classrooms. In this study of literature and research overview, the literatures are intended to provide an insight about how the Swedish school system went from a Christian education to a school that was separate from the church. In the chapter called Literature and research overview the literatures are written by scientists and therefore this chapter is based on research.

Blood sampling is one of the most important diagnostic tools in veterinary medicine, and this is also true for avian medicine. A properly collected and handled venous sample can be used for serology, biochemistry and electrolyte analysis, as well as for blood smears, packed cell volume and cell differentiation. Caring for sick birds is a challenge for all veterinary staff. Many birds are easily stressed individuals, and to a very ill bird a big increase in stress level can even be fatal. Avian patients who are presented in a veterinary clinic are often in a poor condition, and blood sampling is an invasive procedure that can cause stress to the patient.

Syfte och frågeställningarSyftet med studien är att få större förståelse för förhållandet mellan stress, krav och ledarskap samt vilka strategier en mellanchef kan använda sig av för att hantera situationer som upplevs stressande. Syftet har mynnat ut i följande frågeställningar:- Vilka krav upplever mellanchefen från personal, ledning, samhälle och sig själv?- Vilka moment i arbetet upplever en mellanchef som stressande?- Vad kan en mellanchef göra för att hantera motstridiga arbetskrav och upplevd stress?MetodStudien består av en kvalitativ undersökningsmetod där sex chefer har intervjuats angående rollen som mellanchef. Fem av dem ingår och en har tidigare ingått i den kommunala sektorn. De arbetar som rektorer eller förskolechefer.

This research aims to determine teacher perceptions on alcohol- and drug use among students, as well as how they implement the municipality framework against alcohol and drugs. The research was carried out in a midsized town in the centre of Sweden. It is characterized by an inductive approach and was performed through a qualitative method. Results were analyzed from a hermeneutic approach, and theories used are system theory, salutogenic approach and Mead?s symbolic interaction theory.

Idag är det allmänt känt att barn upplever stress både i skola och förskola. Att många barn visar tecken på negativ stress gör att kraven på oss vuxna ökar och det visar även tydliga brister i vårt sätt att möta barnens behov och krav. Jag är övertygad om att avslappningsövningar kan fungera som ett avbrott i den annars så bullriga och aktiva vardag våra barn lever i. Syftet med denna rapport var att ta reda på små barns reaktioner på avslappningsträning. Undersökningen genomfördes under fem veckor på en 1-4-årsavdelning, gruppen bestod av fyra barn.

The aim of this thesis is to use the bibliometric method author cocitation analysis (ACA) and investigate the cognitive structure in a research field, which is called the intellectual base. The research field in this investigation is social psychology. The main question is: what is the nature of the cognitive structure, which contains of the intellectual base. This question is divided in two sub questions: ? Which are the most prominent authors in the research field? ? Which sub areas, based on groups of the most cocited authors in the research field, can be identified?An investigation with ACA is used to describe the general experience of consensus of later authors in a research field.

Syfte och frågeställningarSyftet med vår studie är att jämföra elevers upplevda stress på två olika skolor där skolmiljön och närliggande samhälle ser annorlunda ut från varandra. Syftet i studien vill vi besvara med dessa frågeställningar: Hur stresspåverkade är eleverna? Skiljer sig de stressrelaterade psykosomatiska symptomen åt mellan skolorna? Vilka stressorer upplever eleverna och skiljer de sig åt? Samt vad upplever eleverna att de själva, föräldrar och pedagoger i deras närhet kan göra för att förebygga och åtgärda deras upplevda stress?MetodVår studie är en kvantitativ studie där vi har använt oss av enkäter med fasta och öppna svarsalternativ. Enkäterna har delats ut på två gymnasieskolor till elever i år 2, 72 elever ifrån skola A och 73 elever ifrån skola B. Totalt har 145 elever medverkat i enkätstudien och könsfördelningen blev 69 killar och 76 tjejer.

This study focuses on work related factors which have an effect on the balance between peoples work and private/social life. Commonly discussed in the daily debate is the so called ?livspusslet?, the time puzzle. The question is: How do you balance the demands from work, family and society? A lot of peoples health and family relations suffers from a stressful situation at work.It?s not hard to figure out that the possible factors which could have an effect on the balance between peoples work and private/social life are many.

In 2005 we made a research in a Swedish community board about their view on the political and ideological intentions of ?a school for all?. The results from that study were the background to this research.The aim with this research was to find out how principles in the same community were thinking about ? a school for all? and if they were leading a development towards ?a school for all?. In that context they were given the opportunity to explain their definition and reasoning about ?inclusion? and ?integration?.

The application of the LSS law and how the public organization (Municipality of Hudiksvall) later had to reform their organization to fit the new demands is the foundation to this master's thesis. An internal evaluation was performed due to this reorganisation process within the social care department (LSS unit). The aim was to investigate and evaluate if the reorganization resulted in a better working environment and if the work load (distribution of work) became more evenly divided between the different unit managing directors. The primary empirical information to this master's thesis is collected from that evaluation report. The main aim of this master?s thesis is to answer if the organisational choice between specialised or de-specialised working tasks has an effect (experienced and measured) on the level of stress among the unit managing directors.

Bakgrund och problemformulering: Sjuksköterskan har ett brett kompetensområde med stort ansvar. Den nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskan behöver en god introduktion, där möjlighet att uppöva sin yrkesskicklighet finns. Stöd och feedback från kollegor är viktigt, då stress och utbrändhet är vanligt och påverkar den nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskans välbefinnande. När en sjuksköterska upplever ohälsa och utsatthet på grund av stress, kan kvalitén på vården påverkas.Syfte: Syftet är att beskriva nyutexaminerade sjuksköterskors upplevelser av sin arbetssituation.Metod: En litteraturstudie som bygger på vetenskapliga artiklar med kvalitativ metod. Evans (2003) modell för innehållsanalys har varit utgångspunkten under analysarbetet.Resultat: Tre huvudteman och nio subteman identifierades under analysarbetet.

Uppsatsen syftar till att ta reda på huruvida elever i årskurs fem upplever sin fritid som stressande och om detta inverkar på deras skolgång. Är detta något som lärare i så fall ska ta hänsyn till i sin planering av undervisning och läxor? Tre elever och tre lärare har intervjuats enskilt och deras utsagor ligger till grund för resultatet. Eleverna drogs slumpmässigt från samma klass och det resulterade i två pojkar och en flicka. Lärarna hade alla anknytning till den aktuella klassen.

As a student during my studies, I have been told about entrepreneurs who have red numbers in their financial statements, and there is a forest machine operator shortage in Sweden. The basic idea of this thesis was to examine the underlying factors that may have caused the problems described above. The aim of this thesis was to investigate the factors that create stress and job satisfaction as a forest machine operator. The study was performed as a comparison between forest companies own harvesting teams and entrepreneur teams to investigate if there are any differences in stress and job satisfaction between the two different types of team. The study was conducted in collaboration with SCA Skog. The material for this study was collected by doing interviews with SCA's harvesting teams. A total of 27 forest machine operators were interviewed, divided into a total of 10 separate harvesting teams. It was very similar between the different type of teams, which situations the operators experienced stress.

Requirements engineering is a widespread topic in the research field of informatics. However, there is little research regarding lack of requirements documentation and how it is perceived. The same applies for how requirements engineering in retrospect can be implemented. This is a debated issue on blogs and forums but it has not been reflected in the research area.Therefore, this study concerns research questions regarding how the developers, testers and requirements analyst experience the lack of requirements documentation and how requirements engineering in retrospect can be implemented.To answer these questions, data collection has been conducted through qualitative interviews with individuals affected by this problem in their everyday work.This study has provided an explanation of how the problem is perceived and what the consequences are, both direct and indirect. The impacts are divided into three categories and are presented as, emotional consequences, system implications and consequences regarding re source consumption.

The aim of this essay is to make clear, whether or not, textile research is visualised in a wider archaeological discussion today. The aim is then to discuss what the archaeological and textile technological research situation in Scandinavia looks like today, and how that relate to what has happened in these two research fields during the years. This essay also has a purpose to find out if there is a need of visualising textile research more in future archaeology, how that shall be done, and what that can possibly supply to our general picture of the prehistory.The head questions are discussed in the light of three investigations. The first is a study of literature used in archaeological education at five Swedish universities. The other two consists of a study which is aimed to find out how textile research results are published, and one in which archaeologists and textile researchers have answered questions about how they experience the relation between archaeology and textile research.There has also been done a comparison between interpretations of the archaeological material from the site of Löddeköpinge in west Scania.
