This thesis work was made to optimize the writing of the construction specificationsat FKA. These construction specifications are created before each plant modificationsthat is started because requirements from the Swedish radiation safety authority(SSM) and internally on Forsmarks nuclear group as constructions / implementationdocumentationThe study was done through seven interviews of two people at three different groupsinvolved in the construction specification and an interview from the group accreditedverification. The four selected groups were selected through an extensive analyticalwork resulted in an elimination matrix where these four groups was considered to bemost involved with the construction specification.The questions asked to these individuals were based on the instructions and sampletext that are described in the construction specification. To ensure the quality of thethesis were to limit itself to the chapters that were considered most relevant toimprove. The analysis revealed a number of points that should be improved, partlyinto the routines when writing the construction specification and when ether sampletext or suggestions should be changed and complemented.

The purpose of this essay was to study the implementation of a policy document, which concerns questions of integration, in a municipality with an indirect government. I have especially focused on issues regarding how civil servants describe the usage of a specific policy document and to what extent their autonomy and the indirect government have had an impact on implementation, and to what extent signals from surrounding institutions have had an impact on the creation of the policy document. The study was based on qualitative interviews in groups, pairs and with single individuals with twenty-seven civil servants and politicians working with issues concerning the specific policy document.One of the conclusions of my study is that the reason for producing the document in the first place is that the municipality as an organization strives to acquire a sense of legitimacy. The intentions of the document have only partly been implemented by the civil servants and politicians, since the document is not used in their daily work. Here, their autonomy has played an important part, as the choice to not use the document is the servants' own.

Traditionally, mining has been performed mechanically with implementation ofyesterdays (and older) data. Several mining companies have started to useautonomous technology and robotics in the production areas although the harshmining environments make it unsuitable for today's electronic equipment. Despite allthe obstacles along the way of digitization, there seems to be no end in sight as thisdevelopment continues. This thesis focuses on what the mining industry is aiming forand why the mining companies are interested in these technologies. The actors of themining industry can be found to have a vision for the future mine, a production with ahigher degree of digitization and resemblances to a factory.

Ekonomistyrning avser de system, regler, tillvägagångssätt, värderingar och andra aktiviteter ledningar tillämpar i syfte att utstaka anställdas väg - ett forskningsområde som inkorporerar viktiga icke-konsensuella konceptdefinitioner som stör möjligheterna att bygga ett kumulativt forskningsområde och reducerar jämförbarheten studier emellan. Mot sagd bakgrund sökte Otley & Tessier (2012) att konceptuellt utveckla en synnerligen välciterad styrmodell, Simons Levers of control, som i denna studie, tillsammans med den paradigmatiska neoinstitutionella teorin, anlades mikroekonomiskt på en pionjärsorganisations tillämpade och upplevda styrning. Syftet med denna studie var att öka förståelsen för institutionella strukturer inom den strategiska ekonomistyrningen i en pionjärsorganisation genom att, (1) beskriva den tillämpade och upplevda ekonomistyrningen, (2) identifiera institutionella mekanismer samt (3) framtaga en analysmodell för strategisk ekonomistyrning i organiska miljöer. För att uppnå uppsatsens syfte har ett deduktivt/abduktivt forskningsupplägg tillämpats inom ramen för vilket befintlig essentiell teori- och modellbildning användes för att förstå en specifik händelse. Valt forskningsupplägg kompletterades med ett aktörsperspektiv åsyftandes att öka förståelsen för skeenden, uppfattningar och samband i den socialt konstruerade verkligheten som omgav studiens informanter.

Alla delar i Ulrich och Brockbanks modell för HR- medarbetares roller ingår i relativt stor utsträckning i personalvetarens yrkesroll. Vanligast är rollen som strategisk partner och rollen som funktionsexpert. Att en stor del av respondenterna innehar majoriteten av Ulrich och Brockbanks roller visar även att yrkesrollen för en stor del av respondenterna är komplex. När det gäller det strategiska personalarbetets betydelse för yrkesrollen tenderar personalchefer att inneha en strategisk position, sett som del i ledningsgrupp. Strategiska arbetsuppgifter och roller har en stor del i yrkesrollen för samtliga personalvetare.

In relation to the paradigm shift that took place between the marketing mix and relationship marketing, and the emergence of information technology in the 90:s, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has become a frequently used concept in marketing. Most definitions and approaches have been generated from previous studies, but the concept is still criticized for the number of failed implementation attempts. Along a discussion of the area has an elaborate theoretical foundation remained as the foundation for the study development and utilized in all the sections of the study. The study, with help from Gartner's eight building blocks of CRM, focus on how Swedish medium and large companies work with CRM, and if this is an indicator of the number of failed implementation attempts. The survey consists of two approaches, qualitative and quantitative, to provide both depth and generalizability of the study.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of the uniform way of interpretation from the Swedish asylum officers at the Swedish Migration Board, of asylum investigations for asylum seekers who claim sexual orientation as reason of refuge. The interviews with the officers were analyzed in relation to the policy document with investigation- guidelines and methodology.The results of the study showed that there was a uniform way to conduct asylum investigations and interpret the policy document, this despite that the document was found to be ambiguous in certain aspects. The uniform interpretation of the asylum officers was explained by the knowledge and understanding that exists within institutional organizations. This because the asylum officers at the Swedish Migration Board might have similar experience, knowledge and also the demands related to asylum investigations.The uniform interpretation demonstrated a strong similar common understanding of investigative work within the agency. This suggests a certainty that the investigations are carried out in a similar way regardless of which asylum officer within the institution conducting the investigation which indicates a well-functioning ?rule of law? for the asylum seekers. .

Målet med detta projekt har varit att, till en ny digital handelsplats, ge ett förslag till en implementation av MongoDB, med tillhörande REST-API, för hantering av användar- och annonsdata. Förslaget ska innebära en prestandaeffektiv och säker databas med möjlighet till framtida skalning, tillsammans med ett API för klientkommunikation med hantering av relevanta förfrågningar mot databasen. Prestandan av databasen handlar främst om att i förslaget ange vilka olika former av indexering som bör implementeras, tillsammans med ett förslag till relationsmodell, och vad detta ger för positiva och negativa effekter på systemet. Denna prestanda bör även återspeglas till största möjliga mån i API:et genom att utnyttja den indexering som väljs på bästa sätt. Säkerhet och skalning diskuteras under arbetet för att ge ett förslag på hur detta bäst hanteras för minimera riskerna för dataförlust, samt minimera nedtiden av databasen vid en eventuell framtida skalning.

The interviews were recorded and then analyzed to bring out the similarities anddifferences between the companies.Results & Conclusion: The study shows that Swedish companies corporate cultures haveconnections with internal communication, and implementation of social media as acommunications tool. The study found that connections to companies with a comprehensiveone-way positive consider social media as alternative communication tool to strengthen theunity and community within the company.Suggestion for further research: One of the study's three companies is owner-led and thiscompany showed a high level of corporate culture.

Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva hur professionella tjänsteorganisationer mäter och följer upp prestationer i verksamheten samt vilken funktion som prestationsmätnings-systemet har för implementering och uppföljning av organisationens strategier och mål. Metod: Metodvalet är en kvalitativ studie byggt på undersökningens syfte att bättre förstå hur studieobjektet i detta fall en kunskapsintensiv organisation mäter och följer upp prestationer för att nå sina strategiska mål. Den analytiska processen har utgått från att objektivt undersöka om det finns en överenstämmelse mellan befintlig teori och den empiriska undersökningen. Samtidigt har det varit viktigt att vara öppen för en djupare och subjektiv tolkning av det empiriska materialet för att på så sätt finna nyskapande och meningsfulla insikter inom det undersökta området. Genom att använda en intervjuguide istället för ett detaljerat frågeformulär anser vi att vi har uppnått en större följsamhet under intervjuarbetet samtidigt som respondenterna självständigt har kunnat utveckla sina tankar och åsikter.

To reach an Ecological Sustainable Development, Sweden has established environmental quality objectives. Green spaces are attractive for exploitation and in Sweden the access to large jointly green spaces has decreased, which has impact on humans recreation and the biodiversity. The economic aspect has great impact on the planning process which gives indications that the environmental objective may collide with other sector goals within the municipality. The thesis overall aim is to see how the management by objectives for the green spaces implements and how the green spaces is handled in the planning process in a specific case. The thesis builds on a content analysis, strategic interviews and a case study.

This paper aims to shine a light on the challenges connected to the implementation of a process focused way of thinking in a public service organization. To this we have conducted a series of qualitative interviews, primarily from participants of a university driven project. The project aims to teach decision making employees of public service organizations how to use process modeling techniques to increase their efficiency. We have also interviewed the teachers who have taught the courses included in the project. As a final point of view we have also interviewed a researcher and IT consultants to compare novice users with experienced users of process modeling techniques.

WesDyne TRC AB is a fully owned subsidiary of the global WestinghouseElectric Corporation. WesDyne is a world leader in non-invasive methods for theinspection of nuclear power plants. One of the inspection platforms used to scanfor defects in and around the welds in the reactor vessel is called the T-crawler.The T-crawler operates under water in a radioactive environment by stepping onthe vessel (reactor tank) inner wall using suction cups. The environment is harshand many traditional positioning sensors are not suitable for implementation. Thisthesis investigates the possibility to use a gyroscope and a pressure sensor tocreate an alternative and independent positioning system.
