Bakgrund: I samband med att företag har blivit allt mer internationella samt att konkurrensen på olika marknader har ökat, så har också krav på ökad effektivitet i företag aktualiserats, vilket är en av orsakerna till att målstyrning blivit allt mer viktigt i organisationer. Banker är tjänsteföretag, vilket medför att de anställdas handlingar är av stor betydelse för verksamhetens framgång. Det är därför viktigt att styrningen utformas på rätt sätt för att så effektivt som möjligt motivera och engagera medarbetare att handla i linje med verksamhetens övergripande mål.Problemformulering: Hur ser målstyrning ut i banker och hur ser sambandet ut mellan målstyrning och motivation hos de anställda?Syfte: Syftet med denna rapport är att studera och redogöra för hur målstyrning ser ut i två av Sveriges storbanker, samt undersöka sambandet mellan målstyrning och motivation hos de anställda. Vidare är syftet att titta på likheter och olikheter mellan bankernas sätt att styra med mål.Metod: För att kunna besvara studiens problemformulering har en fallstudie gjorts på ett kontor på Handelsbanken respektive SEB.

ProblemområdeAnvändningen av digitala sociala nätverk har under de senaste åren ökat och Facebook är det nätverk med flest anhängare över hela världen. Statistik tyder på att användningen av sociala medier och Internet är en väsentlig komponent i den svenska befolkningens vardag, speciellt bland den yngre generationen. Millenniegenerationens användning av sociala medier kan betraktas som en förutsägelse över hur framtida generationers konsumentbeteende kommer att se ut och är därmed av stor relevans för marknadsförare för att hålla sig uppdaterade kring denna generation. Företagens största utmaning idag är att skapa en god kundrelation via de sociala medierna. För att bättre förstå konsumenters beteenden behövs vidare forskning i ämnet, vilket har mynnat ut i studiens problemformulering:? Hur uppfattas CRM-aktiviteter via Facebook av den svenska millenniegenerationen? Teoretisk ansatsDen teoretiska ansatsen har delats in i fyra delar; relationsmarknadsföring och CRM,  sociala medier, marknadsföring via sociala medier och Facebook samt millenniegenerationen och segmentering.

The reason for, and objective of, this project has been to research the relation between abstract and figurative illustration and how, if at all possible, one can bring them together and make them act as a whole.As a starting point for this project I used fragments from texts I?ve written during the past years. The texts deal with the thoughts and emotions that describe the state of melancholy or mania, two psychological conditions that are widely spread in our society. By illustrating these text passages in pencil drawings I?ve been given the possibility to investigate how to combine figurative illustration with the abstract alike.

In this thesis, high quality adverts are examined from the perspective of the advertisement contest Guldägget. The study discusses award-winning advertisement, both in terms of content and design, according to Guldägget?s jury members, industry experts and various theorists. Semiotics is used to analyse Guldägget?s winning adverts.

This final thesis is carried out at BAE Systems Hägglunds in Örnsköldsvik. The mission was to construct and integrate a new semi-active damping unit in the terrain vehicle BvS10. Questions that came up during the process, among others, was how to mount the damping unit to the vehicle in a flexible way without exposing it to unnecessary wears.A generation of the concept is made in 3D using CATIA V5 of a possible solution to the problem. The idea is to weld the unit to the skid girder which is one of the main constructions of the track system. In this way the damping unit will come closer to the track system, which will partly protect it from impacts from below and minimize current problems with breaking forces in the torsion shafts.The complete construction was then analyzed, first by theoretical calculations and then with the FEM-tools in CATIA V5.

The study presented here is about how to make the special needs user who has a profound intellectual disability and additional disabilities more involved in their implementation plan. Based on a life story interview the study aims at analyzing perceptions of procedures to enhance special needs users? influence. The method used in this study was a qualitative research approach as an overall approach in order to use a narrative method where life history is the method. The focus has been to study a part of an individual life history - a specific domain in the life of the interviewee?s working career.

The research on Ingmar Bergman is comprehensive, however, there is one aspect of his artistry that has been regrettably neglected ? his use of music. Music always played a huge part in Bergman?s life, and it was also a great source of inspiration. The music was a structural component in the creating process and he often referred to his films as pieces of music and his actors as musical instruments.

The purpose of this study is to examine how immigrants are portrayed in the Swedish daily newspapers online reporting. The essay investigates in what context immigrants, as individuals, are made visible and how they and their origins are reproduced. The study focuses on the roles victim and aggressor, and is also investigating potential differences between morning and evening newspapers.Present theories are discursive discrimination, critical discourse analysis, cultural racism, stereotypes and structural discrimination. Adopted methods are qualitative and quantitative content analysis, based on the Global Media Monitoring Project-tool.The results show that immigrants are not individually stereotyped or depicted negatively, but that their immigrant origins often have a central part of the story, that they are mentioned mainly in connection with negative news and that negatively charged words occur frequently. .

Detta är en kvalitativ uppsats om hur lärare ser på sitt användande av sociala medier utifrån sin yrkesroll, samt hur de skiljer mellan rollerna som privatperson och yrkesverksam. Jag har även sett på hur relationen mellan lärare och elever ser ut på sociala medier, i synnerhet Facebook. Jag har gjort semistrukturerade intervjuer med 5 lärare på en skola, utifrån dessa samt Goffmans dramaturgiska teori ger jag svar på mitt syfte och problemställning. Det har framgått att informanterna får svårare att vara privata i och med användandet av sociala medier som Facebook samt att de är restriktiva i sitt användande på grund av pressen på att alltid vara bra förebilder. Informanterna har skapat egna tillvägagångssätt för att kunna separera på privatlivet och yrkesrollen..

Many archaeologists have been intrigued by how often symbolic houses of varying forms are used on the burialgrounds of the Scandinavian Bronze Age. Some scholars even claim that to deal with the dead did not mean to set them apart from the world of the living during this period. Since several examples show that there seem to be an active connection between the ship-setting and different types of symbolic houses, this study seek to demonstrate and interpret how the ideology behind these symbols vary between three regionally different Swedish areas: Halland, Småland and Gotland. The purpose is to show that the way chosen to shape the symbols materially not only had fundamental impact on the organization of the burialground itself, but also on how the surrounding world came to comprenhend and use them. This study suggests that even though the special shapes of the graves and the gravefield itself can carry meaning, the materialization of the monuments can be interpreted as incorporated in a practice of remembrance in where the individual shaping of the grave most probably formed part of a greater story..

Syftet med denna uppsats är att göra en kvalitativ och komparativ studie genom att närläsa några appar på ett givet tema. Detta har jag gjort med stöd av bilderboksforskning. Jag har valt att se närmare på ABC-appar utifrån att de är designade med en pedagogisk intention.Jag visar genom studien, på ett av många sätt, att se på och förhålla sig till appar. Utifrån ett sociokulturellt perspektiv belyser jag det estetiska begreppet smak, vilket jag ser som en betydelsefull fond till min studie, eftersom jag anser att smak påverkar förväntningen och därmed upplevelsen. Min strävan är att hålla ett kritiskt barnperspektiv, det vill säga att genomlysa de föreställningar om barndom som tas för giv, eftersom barn är en målgrupp för kommersiella intressen..

Genomic selection (GS) is used for selection of breeding animals of dairy cattle. GS is though not as extensively used within the beef industry. One reason for that is the low accuracy (rTI) of the breeding value that is of great importance for the final genetic gain. Causes to the low accuracy are high effective population size, a small reference population and a genetically differentiated population. There is however a market for genomic selection with High Density (HD) tests for beef cattle.

Dagens konsumenter inom alla ålderskategorier handlar idag blommor och växter i genomsnitt 10,2 gånger per år. Den yngre generationen som är upp till 29 år (generation Y) har inköpsfrekvensen sjunkit från att handla 4,7 gånger per år till 4,3 gånger per år (Gfk, 2012, muntl.). I dagens samhälle kan vi se både generation X och generation Y, det innebär att det är konsumenter som har olika köpbeteende och olika preferenser när de väljer växter. Beroende på vilket segment man tillhör, det kan vara ålder, kön, inkomst och demografi som bestämmer vårt beteende att det handlas på olika sätt. Undersökningen innehåller båda generationerna. En stor uppgift för dagens företag är att ta reda på så mycket som möjligt om konsumenterna för att kunna marknadsföra rätt produkt till rätt konsument. Målet med detta kandidatarbete är att ta reda på hur de unga konsumenterna 25-40 år väljer växter idag.

This study examines negative issues that cannabis users have experienced associated with cannabis use. The author made qualitative interviewsto unveil four cannabis users? life stories. These stories were analyzed through the discourse psychologicalperspective interpretive repertoirein order to explore and identify analogies among the users. The author found that the respondents, despite their seemingly diverse backgrounds and personalities, carry a collective repertoire of similar experience and reasoning around cannabis and society which can be defined as a cannabis discourse; a discourse grounded in facts as well as speculations, arguments which separately may seem reasonable but altogether often appear contradictory, and real-life anecdotes that sometimes reflect paradoxical conclusions.

CDMA2000/ 450 is a third generation mobilecommunicationsystem which could replace the old NMT- 450 and for comparatively low costs. The reason for the low costs is that you only have to use the old NMT- 450 masts and supply them with new equipment.
