Uppsatsens syfte: Att undersöka hur föräldrar idag påverkas av hälsodebatten kring socker. Frågeställning: Hur kan föräldraskap och föräldraidentitet konstrueras i förhållande till en debatt om ?det farliga sockret?? Materialet består av tematiskt öppna intervjuer med föräldrar inom fem familjer (sammanlagt åtta personer och fem intervjuer). Intervjuerna är gjorda med föräldrar i Stockholms innerstad och när-förorter. Studien har ett konstruktivistiskt perspektiv och undersöker hur föräldraskap och föräldraidentitet görs i förhållande till olika aktörer och sociala kontexter.

AbstractSocial welfare workers employed in the same county base their assessments on the same laws, routines and guidelines, yet it seems that they sometimes come to different decisions. It's the discretion that enables the social workers to make individualized decisions adapted to each clients unique situation.The purpose of this paper is to examine social welfare workers reflections on discretion and what influences their discretion in the professional role.Six qualitative interviews were conducted with social welfare workers in three communitys i the middle of Sweden.The main result shows that it is primarily four factors that affect the social welfare workers discretion in the professional role :External factors such as other organizations change of regulations and cooperation with other organizations.Organizational factors such as routines, rules and guidelines .Professional factors such as the opportunity to use experience and professionalknowledge to determine which measure works in different situations.Individual factors like the workers ability for initiative and the clients individualcircumstances. Social welfare workers feel that they have a relatively wide discretion in their profession. They believe they have the ability to make individual evaluations of each client, however they also believe that their discretion often is limited by lack of time.Key words: social welfare workers, clients, discretion, assessments. .

This essay is from a student at the cultural science program in Karlstad University. The essay in Culture studies deals about the history use and about the cultural-historical values on buildings. The buildings are from a certain area called the neighborhood Almen and have in the past been threatening many times of demolition. The neighborhood Almen buildings survived a huge city fire back in the 19th century. Since then the buildings has been known as a memory and by the inhabitants and as the oldest part of the city left.

The purpose of this study was to increase the level of knowledge in the field of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for wind power. The study includes six wind power farms in the County of Västerbotten in northern Sweden. The main questions were: What are the real dimensions of roadways and land claims for both roads and wind power turbines? How do those dimensions correlate with the dimensions stated in the EIA? Are there any differences in values of the dimensions between the wind power farms that are included in this study? The width of the roadways and the land claims for both roads and wind turbines in wind power farms were examined on site. The results from the examinations were compared with the dimensions available in the EIA for each wind power farm.

Uppsatsen undersöker tre Stockholms tidningars gestaltning av Crusenstolpekravallernas junidel sommaren 1838 i Stockholm. Studien är aktörscentrerad och inriktar sig på tre aktörer folket, ordningsmakten militär/polis och tidningarna själva. Som teoretisk utgångspunkt har Maxwell McCombs dagordningsteori använts i vilken gestaltningprocessen är en del. Metoden som används är en kvalitativ textanalys. Detta tillvägagångssätt kompletteras med komparativ metod.

AbstractThe main purpose of this essay is to examine if media-sport influence pupils in their physical education and if the teachers understands it. At the same time the aim has also been to investigate how the teachers can get along with the media influence in their teaching. We have also investigated what teachers in physical education think about the curriculum and if there is space for a teaching method that respect the pupils will.The essay is an empirical qualitative study built on open-ended interviews with 3 respondents from two schools in the county of Värmland, Sweden. The range of qualified teacher is restricted at this school. We asked 5 teachers to join, but only 3 were accepting to join our study.

This essay is about personal assistance for persons with considerable intellectual disabilities.The purpose with the study is: to examine personal assistance for individuals, who can`t speakfor themselves, to examine how the individuals can determine and get influence into theirassistance and how they can get help with it, to examine the role of an representative inrelation to the serviceuser´s assistance and examine if there are factors of gender in theinterviews.The chosen method is qualitative interviews.The interviews has been analysed through earlier research about personal assistance andtheoretical perspectives like: influence, integration and citizenship and discussed throughperspectives of social psychology.The main conclusions are: the influence the serviceusers can have is through persons whoknow them very well, the role of the representatives are indistinct, the serviceusers can´tdetermine their assistance themselves and need help with it from relatives, representatives,personal assistants and managers, the persons who know the serviceuser intimately are best totransform the needs to assistance. The factors of gender, are that there are more men aspersonal assistants than in the care of elderly, and the representatives are mostly men. Thepersonal assistants appreciates the time they have for the serviceuser, the work can be lonelyand demanding..

Uppgiften för projektet var att rita en varvsbyggnad på den västra delen av ön Beckholmen i Stockholm. Varvsbyggnaden är menad åt ett reparationsvarv, som utför reparationer av de medelstora till större fartyg som trafikerar Stockholms skärgård, och ska göra det möjligt för verksamheten att utföras klimatskyddat året om.Den ritade byggnaden strävar efter att möjliggöra ett fungerande varv med maximal kapacitet. Därför har de maskiner industrin använder sig av integrerats i byggnaden och tillåtits påverka byggnadens utformning.Byggnaden består av en platå i betong ovanpå vilken mindre fartyg kan placeras genom användandet av varvets lyftkran som löper på räls längs med platån. Betongplatån bärs upp av tre stycken pelarrader och i den östra av de två korridorer som dessa skapar är en fristående byggnad med verkstäder placerad. Den västra av de två korridorerna förblir utomhus men utgör en regnskyddad väg från verkstäderna till skrovhallen och förrådet som är placerade intill betongplatån..

The purpose of this legal dogmatic Bachelor Thesis is to define the legal definition of ?a rescue service? and illustrate the division of responsibilities between national authorities and the municipalities with regards to the execution of emergency response operations.?A rescue service? means the emergency response actions that national and municipal authorities are legally obliged to provide to prevent or minimise injury to people and damage to property or the environment when emergencies occur or seem imminent. Projektet Bastu och bad på Värmdö är beläget i Stockholms skärgård. Den speciella platsen på kanten av ett berg är överväldigande och inspirerande men ställer även krav på en varsam placering för att spara berget och den sköra växtligheten.Badet är balanserat nära bergskanten för att ge känslan av att simma i det intilliggande havet med blicken vilande mot  horisonten. Badet är långt nog för en kort simtur, det mindre huset har endast rum för vila och plats för enkla måltider samt en bastu. Huset är enkelt utformat och har en låg profil med tak och fasader av grånat trä. Projektet Bostäder i Blackeberg visar fyra punkthus, grupperade två och två med en gemensam gårdsyta och kontakt och utblickar till den intilliggande skogen.Husen har varierad form med en högre del i nio våningar och en lägre med sex våningar. Det är  fem lägenheter per våningsplan med tre etagelägenheter högst upp.

The first regulation concerning the protection of shores was introduced in 1950. The purpose of that regulation was to "secure the general publics condition of an outdoor life". The protection has been sharpened over the years and in 1975 a general protection of the shores was introduced, which meant that all land was protected within 100 meters from the shoreline. In 1994 a supplement was made with the purpose to "preserve good conditions for animal and plants on land and in water". The Swedish Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) did an inquiry of the shore protection regulations commissioned by the Government in 2001. The inquiry pointed out that there were big lacks in the exemption decisions.

Projektet innebär en nyprogrammering och ombyggnad av en stor 60-talsbyggnad, belägen framför det nationalromantiska "Kontrollkontoret" i Solna, Tomteboda. Det nya förslaget innebär yteffektiva student och forskarbostäder i mångfald. Från enkilda boendeceller till gemensamma boenden och radhusliknande lägenheter. Detta för att möta den efterfrågan av bostäder som ständigt ökar och för att anpassa den ekonomiska aspekten i att bygga bostäder så nära Stockholms city. En central fråga har varit att anpassa boendet efter buller, då platsen är utsatt för buller från olika håll; järnväg & motorväg.

The objective of this study was to contribute with suggestions of nature preservation managements of selected forest objects of high nature values managed by the Swedish state-owned forest company Sveaskog. Many forests with high natural potential are relatively rare today due to modern forestry, where wood production is the main purpose. Sveaskog?s policy is to consider and to priority nature conservation on valuable objects. This assessment includes objects that in the future may develop into nature reserves.

The importance of daylight for humans has been known for a rather long time. Applying this knowledge in the science of urban planning is not very common, at least not in Stockholm, Sweden. Living in a country far from the equator with great differences between daylight and darkness during the year, daylight gets even more important for our wellbeing. This study aims to highlight the subject of daylight planning and contribute to the discussion about how to include daylight in the process of urban planning. By critically observing a new built district in Stockholm and applying guidelines of how to use daylight planning, this paper shows how important it is to include daylight planning early in the process.

Det står skrivet i skolans styrdokument att om en elev ej klarar målen ska ett åtgärdsprogram upprättas. I denna studie vill vi undersöka vad man skrev om åtgärdsprogram när det först introducerades i SIA-utredningen och hur det används i dag i friskola och kommunal skola.Vi har gjort en mindre kvantitativ enkätundersökning, och har skickat ut enkätfrågor till tio fristående grundskolor och tio kommunala grundskolor i Stockholms kranskommuner.Vi har även frågat om åtgärdsprogrammens utformning, samt vilka punkter de har med i sitt skrivna program. Vi ville också undersöka och jämföra om användningsområdet är olika i fristående grundskola kontra kommunal grundskola.Resultatet är att det tycks användas lika mycket inom båda skolformerna och är ett pedagogiskt arbetsverktyg. Åtgärdsprogrammen kan ha olika utformning och skilja sig lite på vilka som utarbetat det men trots det tycks innehållet vara relativt lika..
