Antalet ensamstående har ökat kraftigt i Stockholm under senare år. Frihet och självständighet ses som särskilt viktiga egenskaper för singelpersoner. Det är även socialt eftertraktat att som ensamstående framstå som lycklig och stark. Syftet med denna studie var att få en nyanserad bild av singelskapets betydelse samt synen på parrelationer för både kvinnor och män. Sju manliga och kvinnliga singlar i Stockholm intervjuades och materialet genomgick tematisk analys där fem huvudteman framkom.

This means that there is a big chance that the evaluation can be distortedSince we just recently have had strong cyclical variation and are on our way from an excess boom into a weak economic climate, this will be the first study performed about fair value in a weak economic climate since the adoption of IAS40.The purpose of the essay is to find out how well the booked value of investment properties owned by corporations listed on the Swedish stock market accord with the fairvalue that the market and the Swedish property index indicates on. To be able to test this connection we gathered information from the corporation?s annual reports which we compiled to see how the market comprehends.

Vision Sjöhem : Framtagning av förslagshandlingar för flytande bostäder

Stockholm lider idag av omfattande bostadsbrist och ständigt ökande befolkningsmängd. För att möta detta ökande behov av bostäder i Stockholm finns en nödvändighet i att utforska nya vägar till att åstadkomma detta. Här finns en unik möjlighet till en förtätning av staden genom att utnyttja Stockholms stora vattenarealer för att bygga flytande bostäder.Som alternativ till den traditionella byggkonsten ämnar examensarbetet till att demonstrera de kvaliteter som finns med att bo på vatten genom att utforma ett attraktivt bostadsområde med flytande konstruktion. Projektet illustreras i det tidigare hamnområdet vid Liljeholmskajen i Årstadals hamn, Stockholm. För att åstadkomma detta utförs fallstudier på olika typer av flytande konstruktioner som finns på den svenska marknaden för att fastställa de bästa konstruktionslösningarna som leder till färdiga förslagshandlingar.Resultatet visar att ett flytande bostadsområde är genomförbart med dagens teknik som ett sätt att förtäta staden.

(Sharda & Agrawal, 2012) In order to change that, major changes has to be made when it comes to making continuous improvements and to raise their standards regarding product availability and record inaccuracy (Wild, 2004).The purpose of this study is therefore designed to identify factors affecting the balance differences and what impact it has on the efficiency of material flow. The demarcation of the work is that Atlas Copco has begun working with Lean and it will not be investigated nor the relationship between balance differences and Lean. The study was based on answering the following questions: What influencing factors can be identified for balance differences? What factors are relevant to the efficiency of material flow? What kind of impact the balance differences has on these factors?In order to answer the purpose and issues, a theoretical framework has been developed with help of literature studies and an analytical model.

En park genom tiden : observation, intervju och litteraturstudie över Berzelii park

This thesis is a study over changes and similarities of people's activities in Berzelii park, with focus on the second half of the 19th century and present time. As one of the oldest public parks in Stockholm, Berzelii park has been a place for outdoor activity for more than a hundred years. During that time both the park and the society have undergone changes, but people are still using this green area in the city centre in a similar way as generations before have done. It is still a place for social gathering and during the summer month the park invite for optional and social activities such as a pause in the sun and pic-nic with friends. Äga eller hyra sitt boende? : I Stockholm och Paris

Är det mest fördelaktigt att hyra eller äga sin bostad? Vi har jämfört två europeiska storstadsmetropoler, Stockholm och Paris. Frågan är vilka aspekter som spelar in vid val av boendeform? De aspekter vi tittat på är inkomst, bristen på hyresrätter, ränteförändringar, lånevillkor gällande amorteringar, ombildningar till bostadsrättsföreningar, marknadshyror och den högt värderade bostadsmarknaden. Genom enkätundersökningar och intervjuer i de båda städerna har vi kommit fram till ett flertal skillnader på de båda bostadsmarknaderna.

Gatuträd i Bagarmossen :

Bagarmossen är en förort söder om Stockholm. Området har bebyggelse främst från 50-tal och 70-tal men även en del nutida bebyggelse. I området finns villabebyggelse, hyreshus och ett torg. I samband med att området bebyggdes planterades även gatuträd. De olika tidsepokerna har haft olika trädurval och träden har haft olika förutsättningar för sin etablering och fortlevnad.
