Debatten om Region Skånes budget har väckt en del funderingar hos oss. Vi undrar vad det kan bero på när kostnader tillåts skena iväg till den grad att budgetunderskott uppstår. Kan den uppstådda situationen förklaras med budgetprocessen i sig eller de aktörer som finns i organisationen, eller är Region Skånes organisationsstruktur orsaken. Med aktörer avser vi individer och grupper av individer i organisationen som deltar i den dagliga verksamheten och som antingen påverkar eller påverkas av budgetbeslut. När det talas om organisation eller organisationsstruktur åsyftas karakteristika för offentliga organisationer.

Förtroende är en förutsättning i olika former av samspel mellan aktörer. Inom hälso- och sjukvården kan ett förändrat förtroende påverka hur individen söker vård och därmed leda till effekter på individens hälsotillstånd. Uppsatsens syfte är att undersöka förtroendet för hälso- och sjukvården i Region Skåne. Det görs genom en ekonometrisk analys av data från Vårdbarometern, en omfattande undersökning över befolkningens uppfattning av hälso- och sjukvården. Förtroendet för tre olika vårdproducenter; husläkare/distriktsläkare, akutmottagning och privat specialistläkare/läkarhus undersöks utifrån socioekonomiska och demografiska bakgrundsfaktorer.

Syftet med uppsatsen har varit att med utgångspunkt i den regionaliseringsprocess som idag äger rum i Europa, undersöka samt analysera hur regionaliseringens förändrade drivkrafter påverkar människors möjlighet att identifiera sig med denna regionalisering. För att illustrera detta har en empirisk studie av Region Skåne ur ett aktörsperspektiv genomförts, där fokus har legat på att framhäva mänskliga aspekter som identitet i motsats till de ekonomiska beträffande EU:s utveckling och mål om sammanhållning. För att undersöka detta har intervjuer och litteraturstudier genomförts, där företrädare för Region Skåne samt Sydsvenska Industri- och Handelskammaren utgjort respondenter för intervjuerna. Undersökningens resultat har sedan i uppsatsens avslutande diskussion relaterats till teorier om flödessamhället, regionalisering och identitet. En för uppsatsen central konklusion är att bristen på medborgerlig förankring i regionaliseringsprocessen riskerar att skapa en polarisering mellan platsrum och flödesrum.

In January 2004 two members of the Pentecostal community Knutby Filadelfia in Uppsalamunicipality, Sweden, were shot by their fellow member Sara Svensson. With a qualitative hermeneutic case study as the principal method this essay takes on the task of not only investigating if and how Stockholm Syndrome can be used as a model for interpreting and understanding the violent incident in Knutby Filadelfia, but also to see if the unique characteristic of the Knutby incident can tell us something about Stockholm Syndrome as a model for understanding violence in religious movements. The material shows Stockholm Syndrome as having been present in Knutby because of among other things, a mileu, leadership and theology that supported the normalization of abuse and the enabling and maintaining of self punishment in the community. While Stockholm Syndrome still is a controversial theory this study shows that it can be used as a powerful tool in the understanding of violence in religious contexts..

The aim of this thesis is to explore the relationship between the surrounding world and the library with respect to the library?s need to provide a Library 2.0 web site. We also explore the relationship between the physical and the virtual library. Our research objects are the public libraries of Stockholm and the Umeå region, that maintain the web sites Biblioteket.se and minabibliotek.se respectively. By applying Dorte Skot-Hansen's theory of rationales we found that the Stockholm public library is acting in accordance with the experience rationale, whereas the libraries of Umeå are influenced by the instrumental rationale.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka varu-märkeslagets samstämmighet i synen på utvalda områden i byggandet av Skånes varumärke. Vi finner att den interna samstämmigheten inom värderingarna inom Region Skåne överlag är god, men behöver förbättras när det gäller strategin för hur visionerna för varumärket skall förverkligas. Genom att applicera den korporativa varumärkesteorin på Region Skåne finner vi även att denna har ett förklaringsvärde när det gäller att förstå och analysera en regions process med att bygga ett varumärke..

Problemområde Problemområdet i studien är det eventuella sambandet mellan konjunktur och Ohälsotalet inom den offentliga sektorn. Genom att studera detta är syftet att förstå vilken påverkan konjunkturen har på Ohälsotalet samt vilket eventuellt motivationsteoretiskt samband som går att urskilja. Metod För att genomföra en statistisk datainsamling inom området har den kvantitativa datan utgått från tidigare insamlad statistik från Statistiska Centralbyrån (SCB), Försäkringskassan (FK) och Konjunkturinstitutet (KI). Statistiken har varit grunden i den kvantitativa undersökningsmetod som använts i studien. Data som undersökts är inte insamlad av författarna och ses således som sekundärdata från andra statistiska undersökningar.

This thesis focuses on the mass media cover of ?Smart textiles?. The Swedish?smart? textiles are developed in Borås and are a mix of ordinary textile and new technology.  I analyse the article with a text analysis method, looking at themes and the language?s propositions in focus. Context and the actors in the articles are also important in the analysis.Many women occur as developers of the new smart technical product, a field often knowed as a typical male subject.

This study aims to examine the effect the evaluation system used by the Stockholm County Council, has on how the healthcare providers themselves conduct the evaluation regarding their own operations. This is done through a qualitative case study of the evaluation systems of the Stockholm County Council and of four primary healthcare producers concerning one primary healthcare contract. The evaluation systems were analysed using Merchant and Ver der Stede's (2007) framework for different types of control. In order to give a more detailed picture this framework was complemented with different types of performance measurement. The evaluation that the Stockholm County Council conducts was found to have little influence on the providers own evaluation with the exception of the quality indicators that are rewarded with a monetary bonus..

Abstract. Aim: The aim of this study is to determine certain health, demographic and socioeconomic factors that affect the costs for specialized health care between the municipalities within the Västra Götaland region. Method: The method is explorative and analytical. The costs for specialized health care was divided into three different subgroups; independent somatic specialized health care, specialized health care provided by private practices or outside the region and psychiatric specialized health care. The data was age-standardized.

This report is written in cooperation with the Swedish National Road Administration South-Eastern Region in Jönköping. The report is a result of the evaluation to give an answer to the question about how well the function contract has been carried out on the E4 in Östergötlands and Jönköpings län. The evaluation is divided in two hard parameters and one soft.The Swedish National Road Administration is interested in knowing how the standard on the road have been changed during the functions period, which is the reason why the first hard parameter is considering road standard. To evaluate the standard there have been a comparison of values from measures taken every year on the current road stretch. The second hard parameter considers economy.

This research is conducted on one of the world?s largest deposits - Shtokman gas and condensate field located in the Barents Sea. The development of the field is operated by the Special Purpose Company Shtokman Development AG - the international consortium of Total, Statoil and Gazprom. This research is aimed to analyze the value chain of the Shtokman project and to study the socio-economic capacity of the Murmansk region in order to examine the perspective fields of work for local companies, as well as the socio-economic potential of the region related to the gas industry that can be applied to the realization of the Shtokman project. The research is based on qualitative and quantitative data collection that involves the results of 24 semi structured interviews conducted in the Murmansk region, including the interviews with representatives of the Shtokman Development AG and the industrial committee of the Murmansk region government.
