The consumer today is affected by a considerably larger number of world surrounding factors than she used to be, borders between different cultures and other consumer differences are being erased to a growing extent. The consumer can easily get its inspiration from many different directions which become clear in the common life. We eat sushi for lunch, we?re driving German cars and we?re having dinner with international business partners. The community also exposes the consumer for a more intense noise from offers, impact and marketing.

Syftet med denna Uppsats är att genom en fallstudie av Uppsala Internationella Gitarrfestival studera utvecklingen av ett evenemang och hur detta påverkas av aktörerna i dess evenemangsnätverk, samt hur detta hanteras av arrangören.Undersökningen utgår från teorier om projektutveckling, där teorier om hur projekt är strukturerade och aktörers betydelse för ett projekts utgång vävs samman. Vi har även använt oss av teorier kring evenemang, baserade på den omfattande evenemangsforskningen som bedrivs vid Göteborgs Universitet. Vidare baseras undersökningen främst på fyra djupgående och två kortare intervjuer med representanter från Uppsala Internationella Gitarrfestival och viktiga aktörer inom dess evenemangsnätverk. Sekundära källor som bland annat artiklar, undersökningar, pressreleaser, samt elektroniska källor har används för att underbygga och sätta informationen från våra intervjuobjekt i perspektiv.Vår studie har visat att Uppsala Internationella Gitarrfestival är ett evenemang som genom att långsiktigt ha byggt upp sitt varumärke och skapat starka relationer med aktörerna i evenemangsnätverket har stor frihet i utvecklingsarbetet av festivalen. Dock måste viss hänsyn tas till aktörer och deras åsikter, då utvecklingen måste ske på ett sådant sätt att aktörerna känner att de kan stå bakom Uppsala Internationella Gitarrfestivals produkt..

Scenskifte är ett utvecklingsprojekt på uppdrag av Ystads Teater AB. Projektet har under våren 2005, i nära samverkan med teaterns styrelse och ledning, tagit fram koncept för Ystads Teaters verksamhet. Teatern har med hjälp av metoden Effektkarta förtydligat vad de vill skapa, varför verksamheten finns, för vem och hur resultatet ska åstadkommas. De viktigaste målgrupperna för Ystads Teater blev: Barn- och ungdomar, Dagens trogna publik, Arrangörer, Sällanbesökare och Näringslivet. Ystads Teater vill vara en magnifik helhetsupplevelse, öppen mötesplats, nav och symbol för scenkonst i sydöstra Skåne.

Stockholm has in recent years experienced a strong population increase but despite that fact, the demand for housing has not been followed by enough housing contracts. According to forecasts, growth in population will further be continued upward. With more condominiums than rental units on the market, new apartments are too expensive to live in. This creates unsustainable problems for those in lower classes of society. Creating a housing market in the periphery of Stockholm is not sustainable from a social perspective.

I have examined the conditions for participation in an opera masquerade. Theoretical support has been found in Michail Bachtin, Richard Schechner and Judith Butler. The main study object has been a masquerade organised by the workers of The Royal Opera of Stockholm in 1925. The masquerade is examined as a social practise with distinct aesthetic framing. The analysis shows that the opera masquerade share some characteristics with the medieval carnival culture as described by Bachtin, but differ in many ways as well.

This thesis will explore how swedish Talang 2010 used their strategic communication in Kalmar and Stockholm and how the effect of this work was shown in the two cities. With a focus on how the sender was working with the external communication in the two cities, the heart of the research was studying Talang 2010?s communication strategy in these two contexts. The research was made with surveys during two audition days in Kalmar and two days in Stockholm. The competitors, the audience and the general public were answering different surveys but with the same base to study the effect.

This essay will examine the visitors' view of destination South Djurgården and the impact that tourism provides in them. South Djurgården belongs to Stockholm where the boundary between the southern and northern Djurgården is Djurgårdsbrunnsviken and Djurgårdsbrunnskanalen. The reason we chose South Djurgården is because the biggest and famous attractions of Stockholm are there. In this essay we have used a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The aim of this study is to enhance the knowledge of target and performance management?s effects on the judiciary. In the past decades there have been a number of reforms in the general public sector of many countries. The management philosophy often used to describe these public sector reforms is called New Public Management (NPM). One main theme has been an increased focus on the management control systems, for example a greater emphasis on target and performance management.

Background/aims: Extensive studies have found an association between parent - adolescent relationships and adolescents' alcohol use. However, only a few studies have been carried out in Sweden. Also, few studies have focused on 17-19 year olds or binge drinking. The aim of this study is to examine whether there is an association between perceived parent - youth relationship and binge drinking among 17-19 year olds in Stockholm, Sweden. Theory: Social Development Model is a risk-focused prevention strategy which emphasizes the importance of social units, such as the family.

Bostadsrättspriser är under ständig diskussion inte minst i Stockholm där priserna kan vara dubbelt så höga jämfört med övriga Sverige. Olika faktorer ses kunna påverka prisbilden på bostadsrätter, vissa mer intuitivt än andra, samtidigt som till synes liknande bostadsrätter i ett område prismässigt sett kan variera. Detta väcker frågor kring vad det är som påverkar bostadsrättspriser och vilka faktorer som har störst inflytande på prisbilden. Frågeställningarna har lett till studiens syfte: att genom en tvärsnittsstudie, analysera vilka bakomliggande faktorer som ligger till grund för prisbildningen på bostadsrättsmarknaden i centrala Stockholm.Tvärsnittsstudien baseras på insamlade empiriska observationer av sålda bostadsrätter i centrala Stockholm (Kungsholmen, Södermalm, Östermalm samt Vasastan/Norrmalm) under perioden mars till och med maj år 2012. Utifrån hedonisk pristeori, där priset implicit avslöjar konsumentens preferenser, har anpassade regressioner genomförts.

A variety of demands have to be considered in the design of a new opera house in Galärvarvet. All possible viewpoints are important to be aware of, as is the need for the new building to be a contrast to the already existing opera house in Stockholm. The restricted site also makes a multitude of demands on the building's design.By rationalizing the layout and structure and also by making the footprint smaller, the complex building of over 30 000 square meters can be fitted and blended into the existing physical context. Unlike the existing opera house in Stockholm, the new opera house shows the rationality and the advanced technology that lies behind the scenes and becomes the character of the entire building. Through the dynamic façade, the new opera can convey any character it so desires, just like scenes do through different settings.

Objective: The aim of this paper is to see if there are higher restructuring expenses under the item provision for the first year when a new president takes office.Method: The study was done by a quantitative study. Financial statements have been examined for companies listed on the OMX Stockholm Stock Exchange, Large Cap. We have examined all the companies? annual reports between the years 2002-2008. We have looked at the experience of restructuring and other expenses that occur in the context of CEO change.

För att minska risken för de konsumenter som belånade stora delar av sin bostads värde införde Finansinspektionen i oktober 2010 ett bolånetak som begränsar möjligheten att belåna bostaden till 85 % av dess marknadsvärde. Vi har i denna uppsats valt att inrikta oss på de priseffekter detta bolånetak har haft på bostadsrättsmarknaden i Stockholm. För att avgöra vilka effekter denna reglering haft har vi försökt klarlägga vilka potentiella köpare som främst påverkas av regleringen och hur de reagerar som följd av den. Vi har valt att genomföra ett antal intervjuer med sakkunniga på området, fastighetsmäklare, banktjänstemän och andra med stor insikt i bostadsmarknaden . Vi har med stöd av dessa intervjuer fört resonemang kring effekterna bolånetaket haft och slutligen försökt besvara de frågeställningar vi haft.
