Bakgrund: Det Àr viktigt att frÀmja barns fysiska aktivitet, eftersom det leder till mÄnga positiva hÀlsoeffekter. TyvÀrr Àr mÄnga smÄ barn idag inaktiva och nÄr aldrig den rekommenderade grÀnsen pÄ 60 minuters fysisk aktivitet per dag.  Syfte: Att beskriva hur fysisk aktivitet kan frÀmjas bland barn, i Äldrarna 2-8 Är. Metod: Studien som utfördes var en litteraturstudie dÀr tio vetenskapliga artiklar granskades. Resultaten sammanfattades genom att söka meningsbÀrande enheter och dÀrefter skapades teman av dessa.

This work is about how teachers describe their work with mathematics in a traditional nursery school and a Montessori preschool. Another aim is to study how children mathematise on the two different preschools and to see if there are any differences between the various educational theories and practices mathematising. I have used two methods wich is interviews with preschool teachers, and observation of the children. The results of my study was that differences exist but the biggest difference is the material that Montessori uses. The difference between the teachers' way of teaching mathematics is to Montessori preschool places great emphasis on the material and how it is used, while in the traditional preschool puts the emphasis on learning through interaction with others.

Detta kommer att unders?kas utifr?n ?tta h?gstadiel?rares perspektiv som, i kontrast till v?rdnadshavare, kommunicerar och har kontakt med flera v?rdnadshavare samt har en bredare ?verblick ?ver eleverna. Syftet konkretiseras genom f?ljande fr?gest?llningar: 1. Vilka m?jligheter och hinder finns i kommunikationen mellan l?rare och v?rdnadshavare p? en m?ngkulturell skola? 2. Hur uppfattar l?rarna att detta p?verkar eleverna? F?r att besvara fr?gest?llningen genomf?rdes en kvalitativ unders?kning d?r ?tta h?gstadiel?rare som arbetar p? en m?ngkulturell skola blev intervjuade individuellt. Dessa intervjuer spelades in, transkriberades och d?refter kategoriserades med hj?lp av en tematisk analysmetod som var i linje med studiens ?vergripande syfte.

This thesis presents a general definition of science education and earth science education.An inventory has been conducted of published material during the years 2011-2013, withthe start in 2013 and working backwards for international publications and with no timelimits in time for Swedish publications. Different databases were used during April 2013 forthe inventory.The thesis organizes and analyses published material in earth science education in a tablewith a following discussion.The purpose with the inventory was to investigate the amount and content ofprevious year?s publications in earth science education. Concept inventories were foundto be the most common subject of the found material, followed by virtual field studies. Thelargest amount of publications was published in North America.

In this paper, generic reference in a collection of juridical texts is examined, with focus on third person singular pronouns. The object of the study is to find out which generic pronouns occur in the material along with their relative distribution, but also to display further use patterns and to offer plausible explanations for these patterns. Another object is to evaluate whether the use of generic pronouns corresponds with language planners? recommendations for non-sexist language. The corpus studied consists of Rikspolisstyrelsens författnings­samling (?Statute Book of the Swedish National Police Board?), comprising 172 documents written between 1974 and 2009.The study is divided into two parts.

The intervention consisted of the information material Sugen pÄ sömn. There were five participants whom three of them participated in the second interview. The interviews were processed by content analysis.Results: Health professionalsŽ experience of giving advice on sleep was summarized in three themes. The experiences of giving advice in interaction with parents, health professional themselves experienced the power to influence the parents with the advice they gave, while the parents' previous experience and knowledge impacted on how the advice came into practice.

The purpose of this project has been to cut production costs for the fascia panels ofGetinge?s largest autoclaves. The cost for the stainless steel plates currently used is veryhigh. An alternative material solution could cut costs significantly.In addition, improvements have been made to the instrument tower which is a central partof the fascia panel. As a result of the new modular design in a new material theinstrument tower has been improved in several aspects..

Denna studie Àr ett arbete som baserar sig pÄ en litteraturstudie och en kvalitativ undersökning i form av intervjuer, som studerar motoriken och rörelsens betydelse för lÀrandet. Denna kvalitativa studie bygger pÄ intervjuer med fyra elever och deras förÀldrar samt tvÄ lÀrare. HÀr stÀlls ocksÄ frÄgan om hur jag som lÀrare kan upptÀcka dessa elever och hur jag kan arbeta med dem i skolan. Slutligen stÀlls ocksÄ frÄgan hur dessa barn och förÀldrar som arbetar med motorisk trÀning beskriver detta. I arbetet framgÄr att rörelser av olika slag kan vara stimulerande för vissa delar av hjÀrnans utveckling, som senare kan fÄ betydelse för lÀrandet.

The aim of this Master?s Thesis is to study readers and authors of Harry Potter fan fiction, in order to answer the question of why they read and write fan fiction about Harry Potter, and which factors determine what kind of fan fiction stories they read. The empirical material consists of three qualitative interviews with fan fiction readers and authors, and a textual analysis of four internet forums for discussions about Harry Potter and fan fiction. The theoretical background is based on reception theory and reader-response criticism. The results show, that commitment to, and interest in, the source material is an important reason as to why the participants of the study read and write Harry Potter fan fiction.

Dagens skola fÄr möta en del kritik för sin bristande förmÄga att motivera elever fullt ut i sina studier och allt fler lÀmnar grundskolan och gymnasieskolan utan fullstÀndiga betyg. Detta fick mig att undra vilka förutsÀttningar som mÄste bli uppfyllda för att en individ skall kÀnna behovet av att gÄ framÄt i sin utveckling. Det vill sÀga vilka faktorer Àr avgörande för gymnasieelevers studiemotivation. För att besvara syftet genomförde jag en litteraturstudie, som gav mig en bakgrund att utgÄ ifrÄn, dÀr jag gick igenom ett antal existerande motivationsteorier. Vidare undersökte jag hur den verkliga situationen sÄg ut pÄ en gymnasieskola i Norrbotten.

Earlier quantitative entrepreneurial studies with a focus on poverty rate has centred their arguments and analyses entirely on income differences which has resulted in a high poverty rate among self-employed. Their results shows that variables such as age, gender, hours of labour and structure of the household significantly affect the poverty rate among self-employed. In this study we aim the focus on material living standards instead of income differences, thus using a more representative approach while studying entrepreneurial poverty. The purpose of the study was to examine how personality traits (big five) affect the material living standards among the self-employed in Sweden, using a group of employed as a control group. Variables earlier known to affect the poverty risk among self-employed where used as control variables together with education and household income.

Introduktion: Telefonsamtal till sjukvÄrdsrÄdgivningen har ökat och telefonsjuksköterskan har en svÄr roll att utan visuell kontakt bedöma individens behov. Patienter som ringer Àr sÄrbara och beroende av hjÀlp. De flesta samtal resulterar i rÄd om egenvÄrd. Syfte: Var att belysa sjuksköterskor och patienters upplevelser i samband med sjukvÄrdsrÄdgivning. Metod: En litteraturöversikt har gjorts och resultatet av 17 artiklar sammanstÀlldes.
