Studien syftar till att unders?ka hur ber?rda medborgare och yrkespersoner upplevt medborgardeltagandet i Biskopsg?rden. Uppsatsen utg?r fr?n fr?gest?llningar som ber?r medborgares samt yrkespersoners uppfattningar och upplevelse av medborgardeltagande, samt vad dessa personer anser kr?vs f?r produktivt medborgardeltagande.

This thesis has focused on the possibility to use a satellite image method developed by Metria Mijöanalys to identify stands that are wrongly registered in Holmen Skogs database. The method is only intended for identifying stand with poor descriptions in Holmen?s database that needs to be updated and not for updating the stand information. The study area is located several km west of Hudiksvall on the borderline between Gävleborgs- och Västernorrlands län. The area is covered by a SPOT image from 2005. By which Metria Miljöanalys has made estimates of forest parameters for all stands in the area, and compared them with corresponding estimates according to the stand database.

Bakgrund: Borderline personlighetsstörning är en sjukdom som är svår att diagnostisera, en sjukdom vars orsaker ännu inte är klarlagda och patienter med denna diagnos upplevs som svåra att hantera. Syfte: Att undersöka närmare vad det är i mötet mellan sjuksköterskan och patienten med borderline personlighetsstörning som försvårar ett professionellt förhållningssätt. Metod: En litteraturstudie baserad på tio vetenskapliga artiklar, både kvalitativa och kvantitativa, som noggrant valdes ut genom sökningar i databaserna PubMed och Cinahl. Artiklarna kvalitetsgranskades enligt Febe Fribergs modell och resultatet delades in i tre olika kategorier. Resultat: Sjuksköterskor hade negativa och stereotypa föreställningar om patienter med borderline personlighetsstörning.

To distribute goods to customers in urban areas is necessary to support the economic and social development in the cities, but has consequences that affect both residents of cities as well as the environment. The environmental effects of these types of transport involves not only the emissions of various pollutants, but also an increased noise level inside the cities. Many companies and organizations are working hard to change the distribution pattern to streamline transport in the urban area, while environmental impact is reduced. This is in line with what is called the City Logistics. The purpose of this thesis is to create a method for describing and measuring a given transport solution in order to compare it with an altered transport solution to achieve a more sustainable development.

The Swedish ostrich production started about thirteen years ago and still there are no Swedish recommendations regarding ostriches? space requirements. The European Council give recommendations and the Swedish Board of Agriculture (SJV) has a proposal, but so far the producers follow Danish regulations regarding space requirements. The Swedish Animal Welfare Agency are about to set standards for the ostriches? space requirements, and therefore the Swedish ostrich producers, together with The Federation of Swedish Farmers (LRF) ask for a scientific background to these decisions. This thesis is a preliminary study at the prospect of a future experiment on which factors important for ostriches? space requirements and welfare will be examined more thouroughly.

The use of balanced scorecards have spread explosively throughout the world during the last decade. This management tool have become very common in a vide spread variety of organisations on all continents. Many balanced scorecard fails though and scorecard theorists often blame the identification- and implementation process as they claim that these lay the foundation for the use of the tool. As my literature study shows, academic research on the area is rare. Particularly the effect on the implementation process from organisational dynamics and organisational structures needs further research.

The situation at Plastal AB is following; the plant in Simrishamn has not capacity enough but the plant in Kristinehamn has unused capacity. My task with this master thesis is to build a logistic flow between this two plants, optimize purchase quantities and ensure delivery safety.The production of the Intermediate Section (LS) will be divided between the plants. The LS will be produced in the following way; the injection moulding process will be done in Simrishamn and the assembling and lacquering processes in Kristinehamn, The reason to divide the production is to ensure delivery safety. Plastal AB can not move the whole production of the l.S because the two plants have different processes (moulding res. injection moulding).When the 1.5 has been transported to Kristinehamn following moments are included in this order; lacquering, welding and assembling.

The aim with this paper is to elucidate the current situation of the Swedish glulam market. This thesis paper will also consider prospects for the future and analyse the relationship between customer and producer and what makes a specific supplier attractive to their customer. The companies that are included in the paper are: Martinsons Group AB, Moelven Töreboda AB and Setra Group AB, Långshyttan. These three companies are the members of the organi¬sation Svenskt Limträ AB and produce the largest part of glulam in Sweden. Together they produce 140 000 ? 150 000 m3 a year. The study is based on interviews with all three producers and a customer survey, where I have interviewed five customer to each producer.

A growing need to strengthen ones position on the market, even as a city in competition with other cities, has resulted in an increasing number of municipalities developing brand platforms. When the city of Umeå developed their platform, they identified decision makers and investors as one of four important target groups.The aim of this study is to explore the portrayed image of the city of Umeå in two Swedish trade journals which addresses the specific target group decition makers and investors in both public and private sector. The aim is also to compare the image of Umeå in the two papers, to the ambition of the municipality, expressed in the brand platform.In order to make the observations as firmly established as possible, the method of the study is a combination of a quantitative content analysis and a qualitative text analysis. The study draws on the theories of Eli Avraham and Philip Kotler, concerning how to improve city images and how to market a specific city among others. The study shows that the city of Umeå in large extent is portrayed in accordance to the ambition which the municipality expressed in the brand platform.Umeå is displayed as an expanding city.

Clinical signs of hypocalcaemia in dairy cows are easily recognized, and a rapid response to treatment generally confirms the diagnosis in the field. However, clinical signs of other disorders in cows, such as toxemia, calving paralysis, or muscoskeletal injury, may mimic those associated with hypocalcaemia. Therefore, making a diagnosis of hypocalcaemia on the basis of clinical signs alone may be difficult. In ambulatory veterinary practices, cow-side tests are useful to make the diagnosis and prognosis easier. Kruuse?s Kalcium Test is a cow-side test based on the principle that calcium ions are necessary for coagulation of blood, and that chelation with EDTA prevent coagulation.

Denna studie syftar till att undersöka om det förekommer någon diskursiv diskriminering gentemot hbtq-personer. Detta undersöks genom att analysera hur skillnad mellan hbtq-personer och svenska, heterosexuella majoriteten konstrueras i en hatbrottskontext i tidningarna Dagens Nyheter, Västerbottens-Kuriren samt Helsingborgs Dagblad under perioden 1 januari 2003 fram till 1 januari 2012.Studien vilar på en teoretisk utgångspunkt om att identitet är socialt konstruerat samt att medierna utgör en viktig arena för dessa konstruktioner. I studien har en kvantitativ innehållsanalys kombinerats med en diskursanalys som tar avstamp i Ernesto Laclaus och Chantal Mouffes diskursteori. Diskursanalysen bygger på två delar, i ett första steg fokuserar den på problemformulering där problem, orsak och lösning kartläggs för att sedan i ett andra steg kartlägga texternas analogikedjor kring hur identiteterna offer och gärningspersoner skapas i diskursen. I den kvantitativa delen ingår 246 nyhetstexter som handlar explicit om hatbrott.

Our starting point has been to use the football player Zlatan Ibrahimovic as a model person for individualism that seams to break the ordinary socialization pattern in Sweden. The purpose of this study is to examine how the team leaders handle the socialization of more individualistic focused individuals/young persons into groups, since the Swedish School Curriculum is designed to meet each individual on his or hers former experiences. Is the socialization of individuals within team sports affected by their cultural background? And, in that case, should those facts have consequences for the sport subject at school? Those are the questions we want to explore. Besides a survey of documents, we have been seeking answers to our questions through interviews with the team leaders Roland Nilsson and Peter Bergander, the pedagogues/teachers Karin Jutterström and Håkan Jensgård and the professional football player Abgar Barson.Our study shows that the leaders and teachers of today have begun to change their view about individualists.

Syftet med denna kvalitativa studie som utgår från ett sociokulturellt perspektiv är att beskriva, analysera och förstå den verbala interaktionen mellan pedagoger och barn i förskolan, sett ur genusperspektiv. Vi vill även ställa denna interaktion i relation till förskolans styrdokument. I studiens bakgrund kommer begrepp och teorier som är centrala för denna studie att belysas.De metoder som använts för att få svar på studiens syfte och forskningsfrågor är observationer och intervjuer. Frågeställningarna lyder på följande sätt; I stödjande, tröstande och korrigerande situationer, vilka eventuella skillnader finns det i pedagogers verbala bemötande gentemot barnen, sett ur ett genusperspektiv? Hur beskriver verksamma pedagoger skillnaden i den verbala interaktionen i förskolan gentemot flickor och pojkar? På vilket sätt blir styrdokumentet tydligt i pedagogers verbala bemötande gentemot flickor och pojkar?Sammanfattningsvis pekar studiens resultat på att flickor och pojkar fick olika mycket verbal uppmärksamhet och kontakt från pedagogerna.
