Belöningssystem : En fallstudie av Handelsbanken och Swedbank
För att nå uppställda mål har organisationer valt att använda sig av belöningssy-Stem som motivationsfaktor. Det kan innebära extra ersättningar utöver den fasta lönen som används som ett styrningsverktyg för att skapa ett incitament till den anställde. Bonus räknas som en extra ersättning utöver lönen och speciellt bonus har diskuterats flitigt i media den senaste tiden. Utifrån resonemanget har vi funnit det intressant att göra en uppsats om hur medarbetarna i Handelsbanken och Swedbank påverkas av belöningssyStemet för att nå de uppställda målen.Syftet med vår uppsats är att beskriva hur belöningssyStem påverkar medarbetarna att uppnå målkongruens inom Handelsbanken och Swedbank. För att kunna besvara vårt syfte har vi ansett att en induktiv ansats med kvalitativ fallstudie som vetenskaplig metod är mest lämplig. För att genomföra vår uppsats på ett utför-ligt sätt har mestadels av datainsamlingen utförts med hjälp av kvalitativa intervjuer. De slutsatser som framkommit i uppsatsen är att icke-monetära belöningar utgör en större motivationsfaktor än monetära belöningar i eftersträvandet av målkongruens.
Krafter på rörsystem vid transient flöde : En jämförelse mellan RELAP5 och Fluent
At Forsmarks Kraftgrupp AB (FKA) forces on pipe syStems due to transient flow are frequently calculated as a step to verify their structural integrity. In nuclear industries these forces are often calculated with a one dimensional thermal-hydraulic analysis-code called RELAP5. When calculations regarding more complex geometries are needed, the three dimensional code Fluent is often used. This code is highly time consuming and requires large computational power.This projects aim is to compare calculations of pressure, flow and forces carried out by RELAP5 and Fluent for an arbitrary pipe section during transient flow conditions. This has been accomplished by constructing a simple geometry for which a transient flow is simulated in both programs.

Former studies have shown that a considerable part of industries? energy usage can Stem from idle times in the production. This thesis, carried out at Siemens Industry sector, evaluates the potential for using the control syStem to automatically put machines into energy saving mode during idle times. The main part of the thesis consists of a case study performed on machine tools at a Scania production site in Södertälje. Through load measurements the potential for energy savings was determined.The results show that there is a great potential for energy savings during idle times at the site.

The work has taken place during ten weeks at Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery AB in Finspång. The company produce steam- and gas turbines and also provides service and maintenance. The effectiveness of communication in the Swedish healthcare syStem context has long been the subject of debate. Issues Stemming from usability, accessability and interpretation affect the lives of patients, and yet the vocal groups in the healthcare communication debate are patients and administrators, not healthcare professionals. With the advent of eHealth services and new demands being put forth on the ability of healthcare professionals' to handle increasingly numerous and innovative syStems, it is of more importance than ever to understand the healthcare professionals' work context. This article is based on interviews with five healthcare professionals concerning their views on electronic health records (EHR), eHealth services, trends in healthcare services development in Sweden, as well as their views on the future of eHealth solutions and health information technology (HIT). Analysis of collected information shows an apprehension among healthcare professionals towards electronic communication, as well as a dissatisfaction with the usability of modern healthcare syStems.

Med fokus på slutet av tunneln : anhörigas upplevelser av sin livssituation i den akuta fasen av allogen stamcellstransplantation
Syftet med den här undersökningen var att beskriva hur anhöriga upplever och hanterar sin livssituation, med fokus på familjen och deras egen hälsa, under den akuta fasen vid allogen stamcellstransplantation. Undersökningen ägde rum på Centrum för Allogen Stamcellstransplantation vid Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset Huddinge. Sju anhöriga till patienter som genomgick en allogen stamcellstransplantation deltog. Metoden som användes var att genom semistrukturerade intervjuer låta anhöriga själva berätta om sin livssituation. Dessa intervjuer analyserades sedan med hjälp av kvalitativ innehållsanalys vilket resulterade i att temat den nuvarande situationen formulerades.
Cassava as an additive in biomass fuel pellet production :
In this study, the effects of using fine milled cassava Stems as an additive in biofuel pellet production was compared to the effects of refined starch addition. The bulk biomass fuel raw material, to which the additive was added, was a blend of spruce and pine sawdust. An experimental design in the factors cassava/starch content, moisture content and material temperature was used. Measured responses were pellet bulk density, pellet durability, amount of fines, pelletizer motor current, pellet temperature, die temperature and CV for pelletizer motor current (a measure of process stability). Each response was modeled by multiple linear regression (MLR).

The forests of Sweden are constantly changing. Map studies indicate that the amount of deciduous trees in Sweden has decreased in recent years in favor of the coniferous trees. The National Forest Inventory has since the early 1920s monitored the Swedish forests and in recent years has made the old data digitally available. In the present project, we have investigated how the numbers of Stems in different diameter classes have changed for birch and other deciduous trees. The inventory was conducted in the same manner as in the first forest inventory.

In Sweden, the demand for bio energy has increased in recent years due to the current energy and climate debate. In 2008, the energy supply of Sweden was 612 TWh, biofuels accounted for 123 TWh of these. Stumps have been highlighted as a potential fuel in recent years and the Swedish Forest Agency expects a technically and biologically feasible potential of 20.7 TWh annually between 2010 and 2019. The idea of utilize stumps is not new. During the 19th century stumps were used for tar production and during the 70?s and 80?s attempts were made to use stumps in the pulp industry.
