The purpose of this Bachelor thesis in Economics at Lund University is to try to establish the correlation between the value change of retail real estate buildings in Sweden and macro economic variables. The principal method is the multiple regression model and it is used to estimate the basic model. The basic model is enhanced by estimating some 30 models and the result is two good models. The difference between the basic model and the two better models are small but important. In the lagged basic model, the same variables are used as in the basic model but with different time lags.

During 2012, the employer of this essay carried out a telephone survey with 18000 participants and a web panel survey with 708 participants. Those who partook in the telephone survey were given a choice to join the web panel. The purpose of this work is to study the participants of the telephone survey and see if they reflect the Swedish population with regards to several socio-demographic factors. Also, we intend to investigate if the propensity to join the web panel differs for participants of the telephone survey with regards to various socio-demographic affiliations. It is also of interest to study if the response pattern is different for participants of the telephone survey that would like to join the web panel and those who reject.

The purpose of this study was to investigate different relations between the damages of falls and background variables as well as the relation between the falls and the weather condition to later be able to use this report to expand the knowledge among workers at VTI about the pedestrian fall injuries. All of the fall injuries in the data that this study is based on have occurred in Sweden during the time period between January 2003 and December 2011.To be able to answer the questions that this report is based on several statistical methods are used. The statistical methods that have been used during the making of this report are multiple linear regression, binary logistic regression, correlation analysis, association analysis and descriptive statistics as well as visual analysis.The results of the study show that women around menopause age have a tendency to get a big increase in the amount of injuries compared to men of the same age. The study also suggests that men on average tend to have a lower level of injury compared to women.Age also seems to affect both the amount of injuries and the level of injury negatively. The study suggests that the most likely reason for this is both that the intake of ?Fall Risk Increasing Medicine?, which is medicine that increases the drowsiness, is higher among older individuals as well as lower estrogen levels among older women and lower amount of testosterone among older men, which causes a loss of bone density in both sexes.The weather seems to have a strong effect on how many injuries occur but also a noticeable effect on the scale of the injury.

 Bakgrund: Multipel Skleros (MS) är en komplex sjukdom med ett varierat sjukdomsförlopp för varje enskild person. En positiv inställning till sin förändrande livsvärld kan underlätta för personen att acceptera sin nya situation.Syfte: Syftet med studien var att belysa personers upplevelser av att leva med Multipel skleros (MS).Metod: Metoden bestod av en litteraturstudie med kvalitativa artiklar. Resultatet är baserad på åtta vetenskapliga artiklar. Analysen inspirerades av Graneheim och Lundmans (2004) kvalitativa innehållsanalys och genomfördes med en manifest analys med latenta inslag.Resultat: I resultatet framkom sex kategorier. Personer med MS upplevde att sjukdomen förändrade deras livsvärld.

Föreliggande systematiska litteraturstudies syfte var att inhämta information om och evidensgradera sjuksköterskans omvårdnadsåtgärder hos patienter med MS. Artiklar söktes ur databasen Electronic Libary Information Navigator (ELIN) via biblioteket på Högskolan Dalarna. Sökorden ?multiple sclerosis? och ?quality of life? användes. Datainsamlingen sker med hjälp av en enkätundersökning. Urvalet består av 3 300 revisorer i Sverige, auktoriserade och godkända. Analysen av insamlad data sker med hjälp av datorprogrammet SPSS och statistiska metoder som Principalkomponentanalys (PCA), korrelationsanalys och multipel linjär regression.Resultat och slutsats: Distributivt förhandlingsbeteende har ett delvis negativt samband med self-efficacy. Resultaten är dock inte entydiga och ger inte tillräckligt stöd för att motivera ett accepterande av hypotesen.

The aim of the study was to describe what it's like to live with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and experiences of social support and being received and met by health personnel. The method was a qualitative interview study of descriptive design and was analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Three women and two men (26-75 years) with MS from two municipalitiesin central Sweden participated in the study. The main results showed that the participants felt the disease limited everyday life. The majority described feelings of injustice being affectedby the illness, but they now have a new perspective on life.

Problem: Använder sig fondförvaltare av ett markant ökat risktagande för att försöka återta förlorad avkastning relativt konkurrenter? Vilka incitament kan leda till en förändring i riskjusteringen? Finns det några faktorer som har samband med riskjusteringen eller är fondförvaltarens riskbeteende slumpartat? Hur väl överensstämmer våra resultat med tidigare studier inom området för vår undersökning? Syfte: Vårt huvudsyfte är att undersöka om det föreligger någon skillnad i förändring av risknivå mellan de fonder som har lägre avkastning än medianen och de fonder som har högre avkastning än medianen. Vårt delsyfte är att försöka förklara medelriskjusteringen under andra halvan av året för de fonder vars avkastning hamnade under medianen för avkastningen under första halvan av året; givet att en sådan förändring föreligger. Metod: Vi utförde först en studie av befintlig teori inom området. Test av turneringshypotesen med hjälp av c2-metoden genomfördes på 41 stycken svenska aktiefonder.

ABSTRACTMultiple sclerosis (MS) is the leading cause of adult disability inSweden. Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) can be used as a treatment option for patients with MS where the disease has an aggressive course. The treatment is preceded by high-dose chemotherapy which lowers the patient's immune system. It is therefore of interest to study infectious complications associated with HSCT in this patient.Aim: The purpose of this study was to identify infection problems in this population associated with HSCT, and to study differences in infectious complications between this group and patients diagnosed with lymphoma who have undergone the same treatment.Method: The study was a retrospective descriptive study with quantitative data.
