When an organisation is going through a work of change, it is highly important that both management and employees has a healthy communication in order to make everybody feel involved. It is then important to be observant for both the managements and employees thoughts and ideas.This study has been performed on an upper secondary school which is performing a work of change. The change has divided the employees in three different groups. One, which thinks the change have evolved the organisation to something better. The second group of people means that it is preventing individual development of competence.

The aim of the project is to develop a tool for a management system at the advertising agency ofConfetti. The company has during a longer period of time felt a need of introducing a quality and environmentalsystem but have a lack in resources of knowledge, time and money. Their goal is to have aconcrete documentation which describes their quality policy and the function of the activity.The work has been performed by mapping and analyzing the processes of the company according tothe process model with focus on one pilot process. New routines have been developed and documentedin a management system.Confetti would like their management system to fulfil the ISO-standard so that they eventually inthe future can be certified. Therefore a literature study has been done according to management systemsand standards.

I denna studie undersöks hur smak, status och klass uttrycks i reality-TV-programmen Färjan (Kanal 5) och Danspalatset Playa del Sol (TV3). I program som dessa får vi följa människor som åker på kryssningar, semestrar och shoppar, alltmedan vi förväntas skratta åt dem. De ämnen som dessa program behandlar är tätt förbundna med en förståelse av klass. Syftet med denna uppsats är således att belysa klassaspekter och smakhierarkier. Vidare kommer representationen av smak diskuteras i relation till klass och status. Utifrån denna förståelse av klass som relaterat till smak och status skall sedan klasspositionering i programmen undersökas.

Det blir allt viktigare för företag och organisationer att arbeta förebyggande mot risker som påverkar säkerhetsfrågor, miljöfrågor och ekonomiska intressen. Ett arbetssätt för att analysera och hantera en verksamhets riskmiljö är Risk Management. Huvudsyftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva och analysera hur Helikopterflottiljen Malmen och Scania AB arbetar med Risk Management med fokus på miljöarbete. AbstractThe aim of my study has been to investigate which expectations students at The Hotel and Restaurant Programme have for their futue working life and labour market. I want to investigate if these expectations are important factors that female dominance is large within the meal service sector. I have chosen to do qualitative interviews to discover these expectations.Some explanations that the respondent give for the gender differences within the restaurant and meal service sectors are the old tradition of male and female work. Furthermore the possibility of becoming well known within the market and the possibility for personal development in this market are described as important factors.The answers to my questions show that all respondents are positive to future work markets; also they all want to work within the restaurant sector and not in the meal service sector. Denna rapport är skriven inom ramen för magisterkursen Management och på uppdrag av HSB Malmö. Rapporten är indelad i tre delar där den första utgör huvuddelen och syftar till att spegla vårt projektarbete på HSB Malmö. I denna delen beskrivs och tolkas HSB Malmö i nuläget, samt presenteras rekommendationer till hur ledningen i framtiden bättre ska kunna skapa organisatoriska förutsättningar för ett strategiskt förändringsarbete. Utifrån vårt syfte och den information som vi samlat in, har vi valt ut ett antal teman som vi anser är mest intressanta och utmanande för HSB Malmö att jobba med i önskan om att nå större framgång i strategiskt förändringsarbete. Dessa teman (medlemsorganisation eller vinstdrivande företag?, kundorientering, kommunikation och information, kompetens, visionsarbete, ledarskap, företagskultur och organisationsstruktur) utgör grunden för den diagnos av situationen på HSB Malmö som vi presenterar i rapporten.

A general topic underlying this master thesis is how the public library is being transformed through the subversion and re-articualtion of meaning according to different discourses. The aim of the study can be divided in to levels of analysis. At the first level, the aim is to investigate how categories such as users, needs and vision are articulated in a specific case ?the visionary project Garaget in Malmö, a project which in part include a public library inspired by Idea Store. The next level of analysis sets out to explore how the case of Garaget is related to a totalizing discursive struggle over meaning within the element the public library.

The aim of this masters thesis is to learn how an organization has solved its information management via intranet and document management. The purpose is to identify what different types of information are made available via an intranet, how this information is structured and what functions the intranet includes. Conventions, directions and advice about intranets and document management were studied, with the purpose to compare whether the systems of the company correlate with these. Other issues considered in the thesis, are how the employees of the organization use the intranet and how the document management is organized. To get an understanding of these questions the structure and functions of the intranet were studied empirically and a questionnaire on what the employees need and use, concerning the intranet, was sent out to 130 employees.
