How the media noice looks today and how the customers choose with emotion and needs. Methodology:                      We used a deductive approach as a starting point and after that study five different companies in border of media, advertising and event. Empirical framework:         Based on theory have we study five companies, Starcom, Picnic kommunikation AB, Klassons Mediabyrå, 7billion and Hansens. All companies are in the border of media, advertising and event. Conclusions:                       The most important of our study of marketing is to proceed from the potential customers needs because the advertising is very individual. To catch the customers attention is new, fast and effective communication channels very important.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur pedagoger i förskolan arbetar för att utveckla barns sociala kompetens och vad som kan påverka detta arbete. Studien har en kvalitativ ansats. Vi använde oss av semistrukturerade intervjuer som genomfördes med nio pedagoger på tre olika förskolor. Resultatet visade på olika tillvägagångssätt för att utveckla barns sociala kompetens i förskolan och det mest betydelsefulla var att social kompetens alltid ska finnas med som ett förhållningssätt i förskolans verksamhet. Det framkom att social kompetens är ett omfattande begrepp med en rad olika aspekter, där samspel och empati var de mest framträdande.

This study analyses social age as a phenomenon and if unaccompanied refugee children has a social age that, according to the Swedish culture, do not correspond with their biological age and if so is, the reason for that. Furthermore, our study has discussed the potential consequences of the effects for the unaccompanied refugee children and the social age when interacting with Swedish society. According to our study, the social age is effected by other factors besides cultural norms, values and role expectations that a society has on a specific biological age. The results in this study shows that social age is a vital component to someone?s identity.

Social phobia is a fear which limits a person's capabilities in daily situations. The fear can be so strong that a person can distance themselves from all social situations, for example education, marriage, sports activities etc. The purpose of this study is to discover whether there are any correlations between social fear and choice of educational program, between social fear and sex, and between social fear and Internet use. Questionnaires were administered to 80 upper secondary pupils. Each questionnaire answer was assigned a certain score, which was then coded in SPSS, the highest scores corresponding to highest degrees of shyness.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to create an understanding of how customer engagement, communication / interaction and customer insight are driving forces behind the use of Social CRM from a leadership perspective.Method: The purpose of the study, we believed it was appropriate to use a qualitative approach to conduct the study. The empirical data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The sample consisted of 10 companies located in the Gävle area who are active on social media. The interviews were coded to obtain keywords and patterns. These patterns and keywords are then analyzed to arrive at the study's results.Results and contributions: Our results suggest that all the identified benefits, customer engagement, customer insight and communication are driving forces to make use of social CRM.

The relation between LIS and physical bibliography is examined primarily through an analysis of such LIS literature as applies physical bibliography in research or otherwise discusses its relevance to information studies. Quite a number of scholars are stressing the usefulness of this bibliographical tradition, even though its position in LIS agenda as a whole seems to be less established. These scholars suggest that physical bibliography presents interesting conceptual and theoretical implications for many of the central objects of study in LIS, for example, knowledge organization, information retrieval, and information seeking. It is also suggested that physical bibliography could help deepen our knowledge and understanding of the digital media ecology. Physical bibliography is foremost seen as a method for the analysis of documents, a method in which not least its terminological apparatus may be a significant tool.

The purpose of our study is to get more knowledge about how moral dilemmas affect social workers in their work. This because we find that a big part of social work involves ethic reflections and that is why we find it important for social workers to have knowledge about how they should and can think and act in these situations. Ethic statements exist for social workers to use in their work but we haven?t found any guidelines for concrete situations and that?s why we decided to study this area. Questions we want to answer are how do the social workers define moral dilemmas in social work? How do the social workers deal with moral dilemmas in their work? How do moral dilemmas affect social workers in their work? This is a qualitative study with interviews from seven social workers from one social service office although they are from different units.

In Sweden the social assistance from a historical perspective, has been a part of the social legislation, since the 18th century. In that time called poor relief. Through the centuries this has established the social assistance we have today. With focus on the child, we have attempted to illustrate how the social workers consider the child perspective when they are dealing with the social assistance. We wanted to get a view of how the social worker reasons about needs the children have and how they can see that the benefit has been provided for.

Background and problem: Corporate Governance is a well-known phenomenon which has been the focus of plenty of research where the board of directors and the CEO have been regarded as important actors. What's affecting decisions regarding these actors has been debated whereas media has been pointed out of having an impact. To decide whether or not media can affect Corporate Governance have shown to be problematic whereas it exists divergent views regarding this. At the same time this relationship is more explored in other contexts than the swedish one, although this one is considered suitable for this. Consequently there is a motive for examining medias impact on Corporate Governance in Sweden. Purpose: The purpose of the thesis is to explain if media has an impact on Corporate Governance at an overall level.

Women?s strive to reach higher leading positions and build a career that's combinable with child birth and private life, is an on-going debate among academics in the fields of leadership, management and organization. This bachelor level thesis is written at the section of Management & Organization at School of Business, Economics and Law in Gothenburg, Sweden, spring semester 2015. In our research methodwe have used source triangulation with a qualitative approach to the subject of egg-freezing in favour forcareer with a focus on Swedish workplaces. The purpose has been to illuminate, map out and further problematize how the introduction of the employee benefit in November 2014 can be seen to relate to social sustainability.A lot of the management research that discusses social sustainability tends to focus on how women (and men!) try to balance family life and career and how to combine (or to not combine) them.

Syftet med min uppsats var att studera ifall man kan använda sig av Sociala Media som Facebook och Twitter i vår undervisning, vilka för och nackdelar det kan medföra, vilka risker som finns och hur vi ska använda oss av verktyget på bästa sätt. Förbättrar användandet kommunikation och interaktion? Jag har utgått ifrån Lev Vygotskijs, John Dewey och Bakhtins olika teorier om kommunikation, dialog och interaktion. Jag har också behandlat begrepp och verktyg som Sociala Media, Facebook, Twitter och IT i språkundervisning. Jag använde mig av intervjuer med aktiva lärare för att samla material till min analys och sammanställde materialet i diskussion och slutsats..

The aim of this thesis is to study whether social welfare secretaries experience occupational pride and what affects this feeling. Previously made research indicate that occupational pride is essential for performance and work-related health. Research has also shown that social welfare secretaries often experience unhealthiness due to working conditions and a lack of professional self-esteem.This thesis is based on four qualitative interviews which have focused especially on critical incidents, according to the critical incident technique. This study has a hermeneutic, interpretative approach. As a theoretical framework, Pierre Bourdieu? s theory on social space and positions aswell as Aaron Antonovsky´s theory on Sence of coherence have been used. The result shows that the interviewed social welfare secretaries do experience occupational pride.

År 2005 förstatligades Försäkringskassan, vilket innebar att de 21 självstyrandelänsförsäkringskassorna och Riksförsäkringsverket slogs samman till enmyndighet. I en litteraturbaserad fallstudie undersöks orsakerna till förstatligandetoch vilken betydelse det har haft för socialförsäkringsadministrationen. Detta görsgenom att vi utifrån ett instrumentellt och ett kulturellt perspektiv tittar på hurFörsäkringskassans verksamhet, processer, struktur och organisationskultur såg utföre respektive efter förstatligandet.Resultaten visar att Försäkringskassan instrumentellt sett blev statlig eftersomregeringen ville öka sina möjligheter till styrning och ansvarsutkrävande avFörsäkringskassan. Ytterligare orsaker var att man avsåg öka verksamhetensmåluppfyllelse, resursutnyttjande, samordning, specialisering och standardisering.Kulturellt sett genomfördes förstatligandet då regeringen önskade skapa engemensam organisationskultur för att öka värdestyrningen, rättssäkerheten,kompetensutvecklingen och tilltron till myndigheten.Slutsatsen är att det finns en basal förklaringsfaktor till förstatligandet, vilkenär regeringens önskan om ökad styrning. Därtill finns det två bakomliggandeförklaringsfaktorer, vilka utgörs av regeringens krav på effektivisering ochbesparingar..

 The 2008 U.S. Presidential Elections were in many ways special, where the USA got its first president of Afro-American origin, Barack Obama. The elections will also be historical since the great use of social medias - as the community Facebook, the video sharing site YouTube and web based diaries, blogs - broke through during the campaigns. This study's purpose was to examine how a few members of the Swedish parliament described the result of the Presidential Elections in their blogs. The main question - how the election results were described in the blogs - was divided into three themes, created on the basis of the blog's content.
