This thesis is performed as a summarizing project for the mechanical engineering education at School of Engineering in Jönköping. All knowledge necessary to complete this thesis was gathered from previous courses and education.This project was to develop a new product for the company TR Equipment AB in Tranås. The new product is going to be based on an already existing product, TR 1700. TR 1700 is a bathtub equipped with a height adjustable function. This product is used in retirement homes and in the care of disabled people.

Syftet med denna undersökning är att studera hur språket i Skatteverkets broschyr Dags att deklarera har förändrats mellan 1974 och 2014. För att få en bild av förändringen över tid har nio broschyrer, utgivna med fem års mellanrum, undersökts. Svensk språkvård har under lång tid arbetat för ett enklare svenskt myndighetsspråk och denna uppsats ämnar studera om myndighetsspråket har påverkats av detta och förändrats under denna tid. Hypotesen är att språket har förändrats och att det blivit enklare.Undersökningen genomförs i två led: en del som fokuserar på broschyrernas språk och en del som fokuserar på broschyrernas tilltal.Den språkliga undersökningen studerar materialets lexikon, syntax och lix-värden samt hur förändringen i dessa olika språkliga aspekter korrelerar. Resultaten från undersökningen visar att språket har förändrats under den undersökta tidsperioden, men att inga stora skillnader syns mellan 1974 och 2014.

According to the immigration service forecasts Sweden faces large refugee influxes in the coming years. This means that educators in the kindergarten, preschool and school, will meat children from the war torn countries. In this study, the purpose is to find out the educators different conceptions of war-affected refugee children, because my theory is that their beliefs influence their actions. I wanted to get answers to their beliefs about the difficulties or challengers that children and educators may be faced with. Furthermore, I wanted to know what educators envisioned about their own role?s importance to the war affected refugee children and their perceptions of the Swedish culture, environment, language and school.

The purpose of this study is to understand how teachers in the preparatory class and regular class, in the meeting with newly arrived pupils, plan and carry out their teaching. This in order to facilitate social interaction and learning in the classroom, from an intercultural perspective. The examination was conducted through interviews with four teachers from the schools that I selected. The teachers gave their perspective on their approach to newly arrived pupils, through interviews. The result shows that the teachers have ambitions to start from the newly arrived pupils' own ideas and from their prior knowledge.

Uppgiften, den givna. Består i att utforma en tillbyggnad till Nationalmuseum från år 1866 belägen på Blasieholmen. Den tänkta byggnaden är till för att komplettera Nationalmuseums verksamheter med ett program för både publika och interna funktioner. Tillbyggnadens stora uppgift är att förse Nationalmuseum med det logistiska. Där konsten mottages och packas upp för att sedan transporteras vidare in i museets utställningssalar, en stor vikt läggs vid att konstens väg in i byggnaden får ej korsas av publika besökare.

Eco-design is all about improving products environmental performances throughout the products lifecycle by including the environmental aspect into the product development process. There are a large number of different tools that can be used for this, but there are several factors that can affect which one will be the best to use. Some tools for eco-design takes comprehensive studies and can only be performed by experts, while some tools can be used more time- and cost efficient and with basic knowledge. The choice of tool should be based on the company?s situation.This report describes the research of how the design and furniture company Blå Station could include a tool for eco-design in their product development process.

The construction industry works today with a time limit, therefore it is important to have rational tools to improve the efficiency in the building process. That?s the reason for this report, where a standard for interior finishes has been developed for Sandvik. The standard for interior finishes is designed as a program for room functions and includes office space and sanitary areas. It is a proposal showing how Sandvik can design their premises in the future.

Ruptur av det främre korsbandet (ACL) uppkommer ofta i samband med idrott. Personer som drabbats av ACL-skada kan under en lång tid uppleva instabilitetskänsla och begränsas i vardagliga aktiviteter och fritid. Behandlingen kan vara konservativ eller operativ, men oavsett behandlingsmetod krävs en stor insats av den enskilde för att komma tillbaka till tidigare aktivitet. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att studera evidensen för olika träningsmetoder vid rehabilitering av främre korsbandsskada. Metod: En litteratursökning gjordes i databaserna PubMed och CINAHL, vilket resulterade i att 20 artiklar inkluderades.

Purpose/aim: This study was performed in order to describe how Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is reported in Swedish daily newspapers during a five-year period. MMA is a relative new sport in Sweden and it is important that the description by the Swedish daily newspapers is accurate and balanced. Then this sport will have the same opportunities to grow as already well-established sports in Sweden. Material/Method: The material consists of 159 articles from six different daily newspapers gathered from 2006-12-07 to 2011-12-07. Quantitative content analysis is used to investigate how the newspapers describe MMA. The result from this quantitative analysis are then compiled, analysed and discussed by applying theories of agenda setting, framing and moral panic. Main results: The result shows that the Swedish daily newspapers give a relative neutral and balanced picture in their coverage of MMA but they are affected to a certain degree of moral panic.

Problem: Vi kommer att behandla två olika problem. Den första frågan är "Hur kommer 3G-investeringarna att påverka operatörernas kapitalstruktur och konkursrisk?" Den andra frågan är "Finns det skillnader mellan finansmarknadens och operatörernas förväntningar och syn på 3G och kommer detta i sin tur att leda till svårigheter med finansiering i framtiden?" Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur 3G-investeringarna kommer att påverka de svenska 3G-operatörernas kapitalstruktur och konkursrisk samt att undersöka om det finns skillnader mellan finansmarknadens och operatörernas förväntningar och syn på 3G. Metod: Utifrån vårt syfte har vi valt att använda oss av en kvalitativ metod och utföra ostrukturerade intervjuer med analytiker och journalister, väl insatta i telekombranschen. Slutsatser: Under de första åren av 3G kommer intäkterna att vara mycket små.

Som slutdel inom utbildningsprogrammet ?Arbetsledning inom bygg och anläggning? ingår kursen verksamhetsförlagd utbildning. Kursen handlar om ett praktiskt lärande inom ett mark-, byggentreprenadföretag. De viktigaste uppgifter som kursen omfattar är en analytisk undersökning om företagens sätt att utföra nya projekten, deltagande vid förberedande och utförande delen. Som ett resultat av undersökningen skulle en rapport skrivas där ett problem skulle lokaliseras och eventuella förbättringar föreslås.

AbstractThe purpose of this work is to contribute knowledge about the transition of children from preschool to preschool classes. The experiences of pedagogical staff, parents and children are described, based on four deepening questions. The questions are about what the actors experience as positive and what the difficulties were in the transition process, and they also cover the differences of children and collaboration between actors. The method consists of qualitative interviews with parents, children, and pedagogical staff. The interviews concern the experiences of transition from the different actors.

Förskolan är en naturlig plats för många barn att utveckla både sitt språk och sin identitet före skolstart. För att barn ska få en så bra start i sin utveckling som möjligt behövs pedagoger som är medvetna och som arbetar aktivt för att stimulera barnens flerspråkighet i förskolan. För att arbeta medvetet är det av vikt att man som pedagog synliggör och reflekterar kring sitt dagliga arbete. Denna undersökning syftar därför till att undersöka pedagogiskt arbete i förskolor med flerspråkiga barn, för att illustrera hur arbetet med språkutveckling i förskolemiljöer kan se ut. Forskningen kring barns flerspråkighet visar att utveckling av barnens alla språk är av stor betydelse bland annat för deras identitetsutveckling.
