This report is a study in voltagelevel in connection with regeneration of brake energy from the tramtype M31 in Gothenburg.In the act of braking, the tram M31 uses electrical braking where the electrical motors generates energy and if possible send it back to the overheadline, where other trams in the nearby can use this regenerated energy for its own driving force. In cases where no other energyconsumers are located in the same section, there is a resistance witch task is to convert this energy into heat. The regulation of this resistance appears to cause an increase in the voltagelevel into far too high levels.Investigations of the trams regulationequipment and its construction have been done. KVINNOR ĂR SĂLLAN ?BARA? KVINNOR : en kvinnofokuserad intersektionell studie av tvĂ„ lĂ€roböcker i Ă€mnena historia och engelska
In this study we have analysed from an intersectional perspective two textbooks Historia 1b and Progress Gold A which are purposed to be used as teaching material in Swedish schools in the subjects of History and English. Our question and reason for doing the analysis is to emphasise and make the variety of women in the books visible in order to compare that variety to the one that is demanded by the Swedish curriculum. The analysis is made from an ideology critical perspective and contains quantitative elements. Our conclusion is that the material contains both excluding and including features. Some intersectional categories are well represented while others, like functionality and religion, are not.
Styrd norm eller lÀrandeverktyg? : NÄgra lÀrares förhÄllningssÀtt till mÄngfald i klassrummet
Dagens samhÀlle prÀglas av en mÄngfald som sjÀlvklart avspeglar sig i skolan. Syftet med vÄr undersökning Àr att skaffa oss kunskap om lÀrares förhÄllningssÀtt gentemot denna mÄngfald. Vi Àr Àven intresserade av att se vilka eventuella möjligheter och begrÀnsningar lÀrare ser i undervisningen ur ett mÄngfaldsperspektiv. Undersökningen grundar sig pÄ en kvalitativ forskning dÀr intervjuer med nÄgra lÀrare i samhÀllsorienterande Àmnen i grundskolans senare Är samt gymnasiet har gjorts. Vid sammanstÀllningen av dessa intervjuer som genomförts med lÀrare frÄn de senare skolÄren uppkom en stor variation av uppfattningar kring vad mÄngfald Àr och vad det fÄr för betydelse för lÀraryrket.

VÄrt arbete bestÄr av en empirisk undersökning dÀr vi med kvalitativ intervju som metod velat undersöka hur sju lÀrare i grundskolans tidigare Är tolkar kursplanen i geografi, och hur de omsÀtter denna i praktiken. Vi har tagit avstamp i kursplanen i geografi, tidigare forskning och litteratur. Dessa visar alla pÄ geografiÀmnets bredd och möjligheter. GeografiÀmnet har en sÀrstÀllning dÄ det Àr tvÀrvetenskapligt och stÄr med ett ben i samhÀllsvetenskapen och ett ben i naturvetenskapen. De exempel vi har fÄtt diskuteras ocksÄ utifrÄn en sociokulturell kunskapssyn.
Yrkesstolthetens komponenter hos anstÀllda pÄ FörsÀkringskassan Dalarna
Syftet med föreliggande undersökning var att identifiera faktorer som bidrog till kÀnslan av "yrkesstolthet" hos anstÀllda vid FörsÀkringskassan Dalarna inkluderande personalens tillfredsstÀllelse med yrkesrollen. Sammanlagt 163 personer, 123 kvinnor och 40 mÀn, frÄn 25 till 66 Är (X= 49,8 Är) deltog i undersökningen. Denna genomfördes med hjÀlp av General Nordic Questionnaire for Psychological and Social Factors at Work (QPS Nordic) inkluderande 123 frÄgor samt 9 frÄgor gÀllande yrkesrollen. FrÄgorna besvarades vÀsentligen med hjÀlp av en 5-gradig skala av Likert-typ. Huvudresultatet utrÀknades med hjÀlp av Cronbachs Alpha, Principal Component Analysis och multipel regressionsanalys.

Motivationsskapande metoder ityskundervisning : en studie av lÀrarnas sÀtt att effektivisera undervisningen
Detta examensarbete Àr en undersökning av metoder som lÀrare i tyska pÄgymnasieskolan anvÀnder för att intressera och motivera sina elever. Eftersom intressetför tyska som sprÄk och Àmne Àr betydligt mindre Àn till andra frÀmmande sprÄk, harjag undersökt lÀrarnas sÀtt att utöva ett positivt inflytande pÄ elever som kan hjÀlpa tillatt förhindra elever frÄn att avsluta sina studier i tyska. I min undersökning har jaganvÀnt en kvalitativ metod, d.v.s. intervju av fyra tyskalÀrare pÄ gymnasieskolan.Resultatet visade att de mest effektiva och motivationsskapande metoderna Àrverklighetsanknutna och elevaktiverande och att variation i undervisningen Àr enavgörande faktor som hjÀlper lÀrare i tyska att skapa ett positivt inlÀrningsklimat iklassrummet.
