This paper examines difficulties that heirs to swedified sami persons experience when learning about how colonialism forced a lot of people to hide or dim their sami identity. The purpose is to examine what genealogy can mean for these people and how it differs from the ?regular? genealogy; what makes these heirs willing or not willing to call themselves sami and how the cultural traumas and family wounds can be understood as dark cultural heritage and how these can be resolved. With cultural heritage and history usage theories, Hall?s theories of hybrid identities, and Aarelaid-Tart?s trauma model, I have analysed material from six interviewees and some of my autoetnography to conclude that sami genealogy is an important factor in shaping a more complete and decolonized view of history and one?s identity, that descendants of samis won?t call themselves sami because of a lack of sami ?capital? but want to as a way of not letting colonialism win, and that cultural traumas and family wounds heal through talking about them ? not hiding from them. The dark heritage is a necessary part of the sami identity build. I have also concluded that sami identity have always been nuanced, there isn?t one correct way to be sami..

Operabyggnaden placeras längst ut på piren och tar hela dess udde i anspråk. Operan riktar sig mot staden. Byggnadens storlek och koncept kräver viss rymd och ljus runt sig varför valet av plats blev naturligt. Den stora operavolymen skärs itu i flera delar och de olika volymerna binds sedan samman av en stålkonstruktion som på vissa ställen fungerar som ett orangeri medan den på andra ställen är en öppen pergolastruktur. Växtligheten används som ett material och ger intressanta rum, skuggspel och klimat. Orangeriet/pergolan löper igenom och runt byggnaden och såväl personal som besökare rör sig på gångar genom orangeriet/pergolan och upplever olika typer av rum, på olika nivåer. En önskan med uppdelningen i flera volymer är dels för att få in ljus på ett vackert sätt i en annars djup och mörk byggnad, dels för att försöka bryta ner skalan, samt även för att kunna ge personalen bra arbetsmöjligheter.

The aim of this study was to identify what kind of masculinity is shown in 54 articles of the Swedish lifestyle magazine Magazine Café of 1993 and 2008, and in which way this masculinity may be different from eachother.The study included four magazine issues of each year with analysis focus on main articles and abolishment of reviews and press items.  The method was semiotic analysis with focus on manly characteristics and stereotypes. The result showed that the normative man pictured in Magazine Café in 1993 was a man?s-man interested in manly characteristic business as sports, outdoor adventures and women. Fifteen years later not much has changed. The manly characteristics are the same but they have been complemented with a man-by-man accepted and homosexually inspired vain..

The main purpose of this study was to examine own and social influence on perfectionismwith individual athletes. The participants (n= 96) of this study represented ten different sportsand their ages was between 15 and 44. An interview with four of the participant wasconducted. The instruments used for this study was the Positive and Negative PerfectionismScale (Terry-Short et al., 1995) and for the interviews questions was based on own and socialinfluence. The results showed that there was a relationship between positive perfectionismand own influence, negative perfectionism and own influence, negative perfectionism andsocial influence.

Uppsatsen undersökte en alternativ metod att kreditbetygsätta företagsobligationer. Metoden är baserad på en modell skapad av Hall & Miles (1990) och har tillämpats med viss framgång på banksektorn i tidigare studier. Modellen gör antagandet om effektiva kapitalmarknader och använder aktiekursinformation som enda informationskälla. Undersökningen utfördes genom att applicera modellen på 49 slumpvis utvalda amerikanska företag och ta fram en tio års lång kreditbetygshistorik. Denna kreditbetygshistorik jämfördes sedan med kreditbetyg på de 49 företagen satta av kreditvärderingsinstitutet Moody?s under samma period.

När vi utövar idrott finns det givetvis mer eller mindre passande tider för detta. Med tanke på hur vår övriga dag kan se ut med arbete, skola, familj med mera, kan tidpunkten vara oerhört central för vår möjlighet att utöva idrott. Det kan faktiskt vara direkt avgörande för om vi överhuvudtaget har möjlighet att medverka på träningen, men det kan också vara en påverkande faktor angående motivationen att träna. Problematiken som ofta upplevs i samband med detta är dock att alla inte kan träna på de tider de helst skulle vilja eftersom det finns fler lag på samma anläggning som också skall träna. En fråga som då ofta uppstår är, vem som ska träna på vilka tider?  Den här uppsatsen behandlar en specifik miljö, en isstadion där fem bandyföreningar huserar tillsammans med en skridskoförening.

AIMThis thesis purpose is to fill a knowledge gap of research into football-related violence and media. The objective is to create an understanding of how football-related violence is portrayed in the Swedish tabloids Aftonbladet and Expressen.METHODTo reach the desideratum we used a qualitative content analysis of 198 articles concerning football-related violence. To analyse the results we used theories regarding ?Framing?, ?the three ?I?s and the ?Stigma-theory?.MAIN RESULTSThe result from the initial analysis showed a heavy reliance on ?frames? by media outlets. This tended to make the news seem more sensational, dramatized and subsequently more readable than it otherwise would have been.

There are plenty of exciting changes being developed in Tre Högar´s Park, which is located in the district of Linero, eastern Lund. A project group representing Linero If, Lugi Tennis and Linero/Östra Torn Health centre, has been created and is responsible for managing a development project of the Park. Their main focus is to create sports, exercise, health-promotion, health-care, recreation and rehabilitation facilities. They view the park area as having great potential and will transform it into a purpose built park for Health and Exercise. Purpose/Aim: The aim of this thesis was to study the construction of gender and to compare Media?s portrayal of male and female athletes.Material/Method: 140 articles covering seven famous Swedish male and female athletes were selected from two Swedish newspapers (Aftonbladet and Expressen). The articles has been analysed within the frames of Norman Faircloughs Critical Discourse Analysis.Main results: Male athletes are often described in powerful ways and are framed as being strong and successful. Skills and strengths of women athletes are often devalued in comparison to standards of hegemonic masculinity and self-control. Objectives: The aim in this thesis has been to generate information relevant for strategic positioning and future evaluations within the scientific field of sport and exercise psychology. This has been done by request, and in collaboration with The Group of Sport and Exercise Psychology at the Institution of Psychology at the University of Umeå.Research questions:  (1) How does the cognitive structure within the field of sport and exercise psychology take shape with respect to research topics in current sport-psychological research, i.e. the research front? (2) How does the social structure within the field of sport and exercise psychology take shape with respect to formal scientific collaboration?Data: 879 articles published between 2008-2011 were used in this study. The population of articles were collected from a set of 5 core journals: International Journal of Sport Psychology, Journal of Applied Sport Psychology, Journal of Sport and Exercise Psychology, The Sport Psychologist, Psychology of Sport and Exercise.

This study's main objective was to identify adolescents participation in alternative sport activities and which kind of physical activity that was preferred by adolescents who didn't had any earlier experience of sport clubs. The study combined interviews and surveys with the purpose to get both adolescents and sport leaders perspective. A total of five interviews were performed and fifty-four surveys was collected. The results showed that adolescents already physical active were those who participated in alternative sport activities.
