I want to investigate this by interviewing a number of employees within a working team, including a manager.  My hope is that my thesis will interest managers in working teams, future managers and co-workers that want to learn more about motivation.Problem statement: What factors are important to individual motivation in a working team?   Methodology: I conducted a qualitative study where I gathered data from five persons.

Syftet med studien är att visa en ökad förståelse för enhetschefers upplevelser av ett ledarskap utifrån den geografiska placeringen. Denna förståelse har vi huvudsakligen erhållit genom intervjuer med nio enhetschefer inom äldreomsorgen, varav fyra som arbetar i direkt anslutning till sina medarbetare, fyra på distans och en som både arbetar i närhet och på distans till sina medarbetare. Intervjuerna utfördes i en mellanstor kommun i södra Sverige. Studien utgår från en kvalitativ metod med en hermeneutisk ansats där intervjuerna grundas på ett semistrukturerat tillvägagångssätt, vilket innebär att enhetschefernas svar medför en djupare förståelse för deras åsikter kring den geografiska placeringen. Studiens resultat visar både för- och nackdelar med att styra ett ledarskap i närhet samt på distans.

Segling är en stor sport i Sverige. Var sjätte svensk äger en båt vilket innebär att det finns över en miljon fritidsbåtar landet. 15000 personer arbetar inom båtbranschen. I Uppsala finns det tre stora båtklubbar samt flera mindre. Flera SM vinnare och Världsmästare har genom åren fostrats på Ekolns vatten.

When the population is getting older, the need for complex care and nursing interventions in elderly care increases. To create a holistic view of the elder and their life situation, interprofessional team collaboration is often desirable and necessary. Teamwork is often described in positive terms, but previous research has shown that this work method is complicated and requires constant reflection and development. The purpose of this study was to investigate how elderly care teamwork is formed in the interaction between representatives of different professionals. To accomplish this purpose, we have studied how the team members define a well-functioning teamwork and difficulties, and how consensus is achieved in the team.

In this bachelor thesis we have used a case study to examine the potential opportunities and obstacles an organization may have to internally implement a code of conduct with regard to the environmental guidelines. To succeed with the implementation of codes of conduct, companies need to ensure that what is provided to be implemented do this according to scheduled time targets, but also that is to be implemented in the organization actually is what is intended to be implemented, and that those that are involved in the implementation will be satisfied with result, this is because it is the employees who will follow the guidelines contained in the Code. Heide & Grönhaug (2002) argues that lack of communication is the main reason why the implementation in the business strategies fails. In this case study we have used primary data from interviews in the case company as well as secondary data from earlier research and information from the case company itself to develop our conclusions. The case study shows that the existing environmental awareness in an organization often is founded in common sense about how to act.

Det övergripande syftet med undersökningen har varit att studera etableringen och användningen av morfemet jätte i skrivna elevtexter och tidningstexter idag, med fokus på jätte som förstärkande prefix. Frågeställningen lyder: ?Hur, av vem och i vilken utsträckning används morfemet jätte i elevtexter och tidningstexter??.För att besvara ovanstående har två korpusundersökningar genomförts, en på tidningstexter och en på elevtexter. Resultatet visar att jätte förekommer i relativt stor utsträckning jämfört med andra förstärkande prefix som till exempel tok- och super-. Vanligast är att jätte används i sammansättningar med adjektiv, både i tidningstexterna och elevtexterna.

Social workers in this study describes various experiences of the assessments of interventions for children and adolescents. Social workers experience of the many different situations where an assessment of best effort must be made on the basis of BBIC, which is the Social Services investigation records. To make this assessment, the Social workers need social assistance and support of their colleagues and manager. Knowledge mixed with experience is also an important part when it comes to being professional and not let emotions control that could otherwise be happened when the social worker meets and builds relationships with clients. Social workers are also those who will decide which achievement the client needs from the needs.

When we started this study we quickly saw that almost all the previous research that we find was focused and concentrated on the fact that the employees should be motivated. The research also presents a top-down perspective which means from the head to the employee. A Swedish newspaper wrote in an article that 1/3 of all Swedish heads can?t motivate their employers. A Swedish internet platform discusses this and says that heads need to be motivated to be able to motivate people around himself.

In a web environment the library and the librarian continue to function in their role as information provider even when the physical library is closed. Research question is to describe how and in what extent the public libraries websites are integrated in their daily activity and what the causes are for that. The empirical material consists of a survey of number of public libraries websites and qualitative interviews with responsible librarians. I have delimited the study by only investigating the websites of Gothenburg public libraries. In my survey of the websites I have studied four spheres; Services, Contact, Structure and General viewpoints.

Syftet med denna C-uppsats är att genom samtalsintervjuer med sportjournalister med utländsk bakgrund få en bild av hur sportjournalisterna uppfattar sig i sin yrkesroll i kombination med sin utländska bakgrund. Dessutom har vi genomfört samtalsintervjuer med redaktionschefer på sportredaktioner. Detta för att få en bild av hur redaktionschefer ser på förekomsten av sportjournalister med utländsk bakgrund på redaktionerna. Vi har även i en kartläggning undersökt förekomsten av sportjournalister med utländsk bakgrund på åtta rikstäckande medieföretag i Stockholm. Kartläggningen visade att andelen sportjournalister med utländsk bakgrund på sportredaktionerna är underrepresenterade gentemot andelen journalister med utländsk bakgrund generellt.Samtalsintervjuerna som vi genomförde var kvalitativa och semistrukturerade.

The aim of this study was to examine how the Danish people and Denmark are represented in the daily Swedish press. We wanted to examine how the Danish people were represented, the characteristics given to the Danes and the differences we see between the different genres. We used theories about discourse, representation, stereotype and national community, too see what underlying messages was hidden in the texts. We analysed 30 texts from three Swedish daily newspapers: Sydsvenska Dagbladet Snällposten, Dagens Nyheter and Aftonbladet. The method we used was discourse analysis based on Faircloughs theories and methods.One of the most interesting results we found was that the Danish people often were represented as different kinds of stereotypes.

Syftet med detta examensarbete är att studera kommunikationskanaler för att kunna värva fler medlemmar till en nystartad förening.Frågeställning - Hur kan Västerås Capoeira värva fler medlemmar, med fokus på en äldre målgrupp?Avgränsning - Studiet är att studera kommunikationskanaler och att avgränsa sig genom att fokusera på Rogers fyra huvudsakliga element för spridningsprocess av innovation.Metod - Den huvudsakliga uppgiften har utförts genom intervjuer och observationer på plats hos Västerås Capoeira.Teoretisk ram - Består av kommunikationskanaler som behandlar Rogers fyra element, vilka är innovation, kommunikationskanaler, tid och socialt system. Studien ska ge förståelse för den teoretiska grunden där Västerås Capoeira har en positiv och fungerande kulturarena.Empiri - Empiriska studien bygger på intervjuer och observationer på Västerås Capoeira lokaler i samlingslokalen Växhuset.Slutsats - Västerås Capoeira är en ny förening som har sin verksamhet inom Växhuset. Eftersom Capoeira är en sport som har en bred målgrupp vill vi kunna hjälpa föreningen med att hitta medlemmar i alla åldrar, från båda könen och från olika kulturer.
