Kulturmiljövården är en viktig del av den fysiska samhällsplaneringen. Även om planeringen i första hand handlar om utveckling och framtidsperspektiv, så är de befintliga strukturerna och deras historia ett aldrig försumbart inslag i den planerade verkligheten. Hur dagens planering förhåller sig till den historiska miljön är till stor del en produkt av de rådande planeringsidealen och samhällsklimatet i övrigt. Kulturmiljöbegreppet har under de senaste decennierna vidgats, dels genom att fler typer av miljöer klassas som kulturhistoriskt intressanta, dels genom att det s.k. brukarperspektivet, d.v.s.

There is an uncertainty in the market for grain forcing the meat/milk producers to review alternative feeds to a larger extent, in order to get control over the feed costs. This has led to that the meat/milk producers need to have a good knowledge regarding how the different feeds influences the animals and which technical equipment to use for handling. For those that produce their own feedmix, there is a need to put interest in new crops and their characteristics to be able to get the knowledge of what is required for their own production. It is beneficial to keep an open dialogue with advisors to be updated in new crops and new technology for feeding. When mixing feed at farm level, the legislation is not very clear since it the target group is large scale mixing plants. We have brought up the most important rules and regulations from the EU parliament Council as well as the ones from the Swedish Board of Agriculture (SJV), regarding feed mixing on farm and factory level. We have studied beans and pea at two different moisture levels, in order to evaluate how the moisture level affects the distribution of particles when milling with a plaitmill and a hammermill.

The Telecom industry is facing a paradigm shift, where the industry is converging with Internet technologies and the market is becoming more sophisticated. This results in more demanding customers, and the need for offering more content and services with a focus on usability for the end-users. The operators are starting to loose both their strong position and revenue in the Telecom industry, due to new technology and the fact that other actors are starting to enter the market, offering new content and services. In the end, the operators have two choices, to become bit-pipe providers, and only focusing on network management, or keeping the control over their networks. The latter would mean that they block other actors who are taking parts of their revenue, e.g.

Stora Enso Skog has a long term contract regarding felling rights and silvicultural activities on forest owned by Bergvik Skog. In the autumn 2006, Bergvik Skog proposed a new thinning program, ?Bergvikgallring?. My essay is an examination of the poet Mina Loy and two poems that are essential in her authorship, these poems also represents a thematic entrance to Loys life and literary concepts. On the basis of Gunnar Harding preface and translation of selected poems from the collection Lunar Baedeker, I have chosen to look further at the poems Lunar Baedeker and Songs to Joanne, poems that accommodate contexts of an esthetical and linguistic complexion.Using terminology from the philosopher Gilles Deleuze as method for analysis, enabling an examination which proceeds from the concepts of nomadism, deterritorialization and line of flight. In the consideration of Loys modernistic and woman ?becoming, a situational and relational context is introduced which includes references to feminism, cosmopolitism, futurism, modernism, Dadaism as well as to acquaintances of Gertrude Stein, Djuna Barnes, F.T. Marinetti and Isadora Duncan.

Den resa ni ska få följa med på börjar i ett brev till skolans prefekt Henry Stiglund där jag bland annat nämner två upptäckter under våren 2004 som jag blev mer nyfiken på och som jag hade en önskan att få fördjupa mig i. Dels var det en övning vi gjorde under genusdagarna på skolan och dels på sättet jag hittade en nyckel till min roll Trigorin i "Måsen" under workshopen då vi tog in de nya ettorna. Upptäckterna går under rubriken ?att få se världen på ett nytt sätt?. I brevet nämner jag också hur jag hade tänkt att gå till väga för att dokumentera mitt magisterarbete.

Detta examensarbete behandlar frågan om hur och varför Säve stationssamhälle i norra Göteborg kan byggas ut för att tillmötesgå den expandering som sker i regionen. Arbetet visar även hur en utbyggnad bör ske för att skapa ett hållbart attraktivt samhälle. I arbetet redovisas och analyseras de förutsättningar och restriktioner som finns för att bygga ut Säve stationssamhälle med tätortsbebyggelse för Göteborgs framtida bostadsbehov. Resultatet presenteras i ett övergripande planförslag samt i ett detaljstuderat område. Säve stationssamhälle ligger ca 12 km norr om Göteborgs centrum och är ett gammalt stationssamhälle omgivet av åkermark och med järnvägen dragen rakt igenom byn. Del 1 behandlar frågan om varför Säve stationssamhälle skall byggas ut och generella utbyggnadsidéer kring samhället redovisas.

This paper presents the results of a study of dyscalculia. It is a retrospective archival study implemented with a deductive approach. On the basis of established research and theory 18 analytical categories were formulated, before a deductive thematic analysis of empirical material, consisting of journal data of 17 students investigated for dyscalculia, 14 girls (82.4%) and 3 boys (17.6%).The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the concepts formulated in research on dyscalculia and actual mathematical difficulties as those found in practice of students at school.All pupils had early and long-term difficulties with mathematics, while not showing any difficulties in other subjects. Most have had an unsatisfactory learning environment. All had normal intelligence but difficulty with certain cognitive, self-regulatory and linguistic features.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka vad representanter för den svenska elitfotbollen har för tankar och åsikter kring IdrottsAB och den för Sverige unika 51-49-spärren. Vi har två övergripande frågeställningar i vår undersökning som lyder: Varför har så få allsvenska klubbar valt att bilda IdrottsAB? Hur skulle ett upphävande av 51?49-spärren kunna påverka Allsvenskan och dess klubbar? De teorier som ligger till grund i vår analys är idrottsprofessorn Tomas Petersons begrepp kommersialisering och professionalisering. Vi har genomfört en kvalitativ studie i form av intervjuer av representanter från de allsvenska klubbarna, Svenska Fotbollsförbundet och Föreningen Svensk Elitfotboll. Större delen av intervjuerna har skett på plats, medan ett fåtal intervjuer skett via telefon.

The purpose with this essay is to examine and create an understanding for what meaning graffiti and street art has for those who practice it. Furthermore, the practice of graffiti and street art is seen in relation to how urban space is produced. Five semi-structured interviews and one group interview has been made to answer the questions "What meaning does graffiti and street art has for those who practice it? Can it be seen as a way to construct identity?" "How do the artists relate to existing ideals about public space?" and "Does the artists see graffiti and street art as a resistance against the normative representation of the city, in that case, how?" The theoretical framework consists of Mitchell's ideas about public space, Tonkiss' definition of social order, Lefebvre's spatial triad, de Certeau's concept of strategy and tactics, the concept of appropriation and Castell's theory about collective identity. The results showed that the practice of graffiti and street art can be understood as a more complex practice than earlier research has shown.

This thesis is built on a field study that was carried out in two seed-tree stands near by Götbrunna in Uppland, Sweden. The aim was to examine if scarification carried out in spring time could generate a more dense seedling establishment when using natural generation, than scarification carried out in autumn. It was also investigated whether there were differences in mortality the first season between the two plot-types. Plots were established block-wise with 50 blocks (pairs) on each site. The spring scarification was made with a hoe during 22-23 of April.

Som trafikant får man många gånger sitt första ? och kanske enda ? intryck av en stad vid förbifartens trafikplatser. Här återfinns ofta brytpunkter både för körmönster och stadsmönster. Vid trafikplatsen ändras förutsättningarna för bilisterna och deras upplevelse av trafikmiljön och här delar förbifarten stadsbygd från landsbygd. Detta arbete handlar om hur man kan förbättra intrycket av en stads entré genom fysiska gestaltningsåtgärder. Arbetet syftar till att skapa en metod för att tydliggöra färden till trafikplatsen och vidare in mot staden och göra den till en regisserad resa genom rum.

The problem being examined is the disturbing noise that is created in an open plan office on a company working with a creative process, such as a newspaper or a communications agency. The purpose of this study was to examine the needs for today for a sound absorber in open offices and create and design a design proposal. The aim is also to develop a marketing material the product proposal. The problem has been broken down into the following questions:- How does the user look at the need of a sound absorber in an open offices solution today?- Does an interior designer apply sound absorbers when they furnish the intended environment? - How can a design that meets the needs that exists be achieved and to speak the user?The study is based on three choice of methods a literature review on selected topics that relate to the topic, an interview with an interior designer to explore how an interior designer applies absorbers in open plan office and finally an extensive survey that treats the user's needs and appropriate appearance for the product proposal.The design process has undertaken the following methods, design brief, requirements specification, functional analysis and sketches to produce the final product proposal.

Till följd av globalisering och en växande konkurrens ställs det i dag allt större krav på organisationer. För att möta den hårdnande konkurrensen är det vanligt att företag implementerar olika kvalitetsprogram. Dessa förändringar ses som nödvändiga åtgärder för att kunna bibehålla marknadsandelar och vara konkurrenskraftiga. Genom att införa Lean-verktyg och arbeta med ständiga förbättringar minskar riskerna för att produktionen läggs ned eller flyttas till lågkostnadsländer.Som examensarbete har författarna valt att studera ett av dessa Lean-verktyg som används för ställtidsreducering. Verktyget benämns SMED och står för ?Single Minute Exchange of Die? vilket syftar till att öka maskintillgängligheten genom effektivare verktygsbyte mellan olika produkter.
