Pupils learn in different ways, varied teaching is needed to encourage all pupils. Aesthetic can be a good tool in this work and dance is one of the aesthetic subjects that can be used in the education. Dance gives the pupils an awareness of their bodies and what they can express through it. The essay discusses diffrent angel of incidence of dance in school and its positive effects and examines what kinds of dance there are in the schools of Vänersborg?s municipal.

Syftet med vårt arbete har varit att undersöka hur elever i en femteklass uppfattar och upplever fyra olika lektioner, som vi utformat utifrån fyra av Howard Gardners intelligenser, såsom verbal/ lingvistisk, logisk/ matematisk, visuell/spatial och kroppslig/kinestetisk. I vårt arbete presenterar vi den teoretiska bakgrund och forskning som är relevant för vår undersökning. Vår materialinsamling har skett genom skriftligt besvarade frågor, lektionsobservationer, elevarbeten och elevintervjuer. I arbetets resultatdel har vi sammanställt och analyserat elevernas svar och arbeten, vi har utifrån dessa tolkat hur de har uppfattat respektive upplevt lektionerna. I diskussionen resonerar vi vidare kring våra resultat och analyser. Eleverna som deltagit i vår studie var överlag positiva till alla de olika lektionsmomenten oavsett hur de var utformade. Det de lade störst vikt vid var huruvida lektionerna var varierande eller inte.

Ethical competence is an important precondition when people are to respond to moral problem situations as efficiently as possible. In these situations it is not easy to make choices and decisions, especially when many stakeholders are involved with various opinions and interests.The purpose of this thesis was to generate a web-based support tool to train and promote ethical competence of the users of this tool.We first created a theoretical basis by studying the major theories of ethics in general and ethical competence in particular. The importance of ethical competence and its main subject, namely, the autonomy in the theoretical part described and specified. In addition has the practical ethical reflection over morality preferred and characterized to the classical ethical passivity over morality. We have also preferred and characterized the autonomous thinking to the heteronomous one.Based on the theoretical base a prototype tool to support the training of ethical competence was designed and developed.

The purpose of this examination was to make a qualitative study focusing on children's influence from a gender perspective. The study is based on interviews. We wanted to investigate teachers' perception of children's influence in the preschool.Earlier research on children´s influence and gender has also helped us in the conclusion of this examination.The survey consists of ten interviews with teachers of varied work experience in the preschool. We also chose to interview teachers in other positions, since this is often the case in preschools today. From the result we can see that there are different levels of skill and awareness regarding the topic of children's influence from a gender perspective.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att belysa möjligheter och begränsningar med olika tekniska system för att identifiera kontakter på stridsfältet, främst med avseende på att minska risken för vådabekämpningar. Uppsatsen skall också belysa om införande av tekniska system för identifiering av kontakter är den enskilt bästa metoden för att undvika vådabekämpningar. Syftet är att läsaren skall uppnå en förståelse för vad olika typer av system för identifiering kan bidra med för att minska risken för vådabekämpningar. Utöver detta belyses andra nackdelar och fördelar med de olika tekniska systemen förutom just inom området identifiering.Uppsatsen beskriver olika händelser där vådabekämpningar skett och kopplar dessa mot hur olika tekniska system eventuellt hade kunnat minska risken för att vådabekämpningen skulle ha skett. Uppsatsen beskriver också ett antal olika tekniska system för identifiering av kontakter på stridsfältet..

A common form of communication within Facebook is the communication between users via status updates. If you write a status update all your friends have the opportunity to read and to respond to the update. The overall issue of this survey is: how are Facebook users to commu- nicate with status updates?  The survey aims to gain insight and greater understanding of communication patterns and user awareness of social contexts when they write status  updates. The study will act as an attempt to understand a small part of a complex interaction taking place in a social situation.

Många liv räddas idag då mammografiscreeningen som erbjuds symtomfria kvinnor tillhörande riskgrupper för bröstcancer, gör att cancer kan upptäckas på ett tidigt stadium. Screeningen utförs med röntgen, vilket är den metod som anses mest lämplig. Metoden är förhållandevis snabb och billig, men den har några nackdelar. Den kan vara ospecifik då man med denna metod avbildar skillnad i densitet mellan tumör och frisk vävnad, och ibland är denna skillnad så liten att det är svårt att detektera på bild. Bröst med högt innehåll av körtelvävnad försvårar även detektionen ytterligare.

Sammanfattning Analys Marieholm ligger i ett storskaligt landskap i Göta älvs dalgång endast 3km nordöst från Göteborgs centrum. Denna lokalisering sågs som ocentral när området exploaterades i början av 1900-talet. Sedan dess har Göteborg vuxit och Marieholms läge anses nu mer centralt. Den industriella användningen har format området vilket får en rad konsekvenser. Kommunikationerna domineras av bil och tågtrafik med motorvägen mot Karlstad som det dominerande inslaget.

The purpose of this study was to examine the laws, govern documents and guiding principals that are available for schools and their work regarding the work against discrimination, insulting and other forms of harassments, and then to form a method for the schools to implement this work in practice.The work to counteract discrimination, insult treatment and other forms of harassments should be done both in a short term and a long term. In this paper there is a presentation of a project, a set of lessons that was created and carried out as a trial. The project aims for conscious making among children and students in school regarding norm, deviation, discrimination and power and the fact that equal treatment is hard to achieve. The basic purpose behind the project is to offer a tool to schools and teachers so that they can decrease the possible gap between the laws and the practice of these laws by creating awareness among students and other teachers. The long term work for achieving equal treatment should be done on a political level.

This thesis focuses on interaction in netbased education. The purpose being to increase awareness about what promotes interaction in netbased education through understanding and categorizing the students? opinions . My method is qualitative with a phenomenographic approach. I have conducted a netbased survey with 21 respondents who have completed a netbased course.

Stadsmodeller i 3D är en allt mer bidragande faktor inom GIS och vinster i tid för räddningstjänst vid användandet av 3D-GIS har påvisats. Arbetet presenterat i rapporten behandlar nätverksanalyser i 2D och 3D och har utförts på uppdrag av Gävle kommun.  Uppgiften har utförts med två huvudsakliga mål. Det första målet var att jämföra processtiderna för Dijkstras sökalgoritm mellan nätverk (ett mindre baserat på förvaltningshuset i Gävle och ett överdimensionerat nätverk) i 3D och motsvarande nätverk i 2D, för att sedan avgöra skillnaden. Det andra målet var att utveckla en applikation som tillåter vägledning i 3D för besökare från reception till önskad anställd och få rutten visualiserad i en 3D-modell. Arbetet har i huvudsak genomförts med ESRI ArcGIS Desktop 10 och ArcGIS Engine 10 Developer Kit.

Background: Competence development has become more important since the pressure on effectiveness is increasing and organisations are expected to constantly improvement. The design of the competence development activities is governed by the strategy which in turn will affect the outcome of the same. A knowledge intense business in which changes recently have taken place is healthcare, a business in which competition also has increased as a result from globalization. Due to this, it is highly important to take care of and improve the competence of individuals. According to this, we have found that healthcare is an interesting business to study with regard to competence development.

The essay concerns corporation?s usage and consumer?s attitude towards the phenomenon Big Data. The aim is to analyse whether corporation-management and future ambitions concerning consumer data coincide with attitudes and opinions of today's consumer, and how these opinions reflect consumer behaviour online. The essay is limited to focus on how companies use consumer data in order to better understand and improve the efficiency of their marketing. A self-composed analyse-model was created using previous studies concerning Internet-usage in Sweden, previous management analysis of corporations use of Big Data combined with theory of Cognitive Dissonance. A questionnaire was then created with the analyse model as foundation.

In the paper we bring up and analyse the attitudes librarianshave towards youth and youth programs in the public library.The purpose is to raise awareness among librarians and tomake the process of change and development. We have usedsemi structured interviews in order to answer our researchquestions and conducted the interviews with five librarians incharge of the youth programs in different public libraries. Inthese interviews we asked about their views on youth as auser group, youth programs and how this affects theiropinions on the roles of the public library. We have also triedto see how the librarian?s opinions differ from how thelibrary runs their youth programs today.We have used two different models as theoretic framework.One of them has defined three different roles of the publiclibrarian and is constructed by Maj Klasson and the other is adeveloped version of Andersson & Skot-Hansen?s classicmodel of the roles of the public library made by Jochumsen,Rasmussen & Skot-Hansen.

The purpose is to increase awareness of the importance of staff engagement in the work environment and how the organization works to engage employees to want to participate actively in the work environment.The questions we seek answers to in this study is the following:What affects the staff to engage in the work environment from a managementperspectiveAre there external factors that affect the organization and the individual's engagementto work with the working environment?We have create a model that is based on recent research to define our definition of engagement. The model contains four factors : Clarity, Advocacy opportunities, resources and feedback. The method we have used to answer the purpose in this study is ten qualitative interviews with persons with work environment responsibilities.The result shows that the engagement regarding work environment is important to get the employees to actively participate. To get the engagement from the employees the organizations need to provide, clarrity, advocacy opportunities, resources and give mutual feedback.
