Utvecklingen inom nÀringslivet tycks gÄ mot ett mer ansvarsfullt företagande, men hur kan man veta vilket arbete som egentligen sker och vilka effekter detta fÄr? De tre viktigaste identifierade dimensionerna av ansvarfullt företagande för en hÄllbar utveckling Àr ekonomi, miljö och etik (sociala aspekter). Ett uppmÀrksammat ramverk i sammanhanget Àr Global Reporting Initiatives riktlinjer och företagen sÄvÀl som regeringen har identifierat behovet av ett mer aktivt arbete med hÄllbar utveckling och redovisningen av detta. Syftet med denna uppsats Àr att med ett redovisningsperspektiv undersöka orsaker till och metoder för hÄllbarhetsredovisning samt identifiera och pÄvisa möjlig utveckling för företagens redovisning av hÄllbar utveckling. VÄr analys bygger pÄ en kvalitativ undersökning, eftersom vi Àr intresserade av hÄllbarhetsredovisning i ett bredare perspektiv genom att belysa sÄ mÄnga aspekter som möjligt hos de undersökta bolagen. Undersökningen har visat att det inte finns nÄgon heltÀckande hÄllbarhetsredovisning hos de undersökta bolagen, men att det trots detta finns inslag av hÄllbarhetsredovisning och en potential och vilja för att kunna utveckla och förbÀttra arbetet med och redovisningen av hÄllbar utveckling..

Denna studies syfte Àr att kartlÀgga vad elever i Ärskurs 9 har för kunskaper om och attityder till hÄllbar utveckling inom nÄgra dimensioner för att förstÄ hur de kan tÀnkas prioritera som konsumenter frÀmst nÀr det gÀller livsmedel och val i hemmet. Jag har frÀmst tittat pÄ de val eleverna kan stÀllas inför i mitt Àmne Hem- och konsumentkunskap och de val de möter som vanliga konsumenter. Mina forskningsfrÄgor Àr: Vad har eleverna för kunskaper som grund nÀr det gÀller att göra hÄllbara val?, Vad har eleverna för uppfattning av olika dimensioner av hÄllbar utveckling? och Finns det skillnader mellan könen? För att ta reda pÄ det har jag anvÀnt mig av en enkÀtundersökning med fasta svarsalternativ. Resultatet visar att ungefÀr hÀlften av eleverna visar sig ha tillrÀckliga kunskaper för att kunna göra hÄllbara val i dimensionerna kunskap, solidaritet, framtid och att 38 % hade det för dimensionen jÀmstÀlldhet.

Background: Competence development has become more important since the pressure on effectiveness is increasing and organisations are expected to constantly improvement. The design of the competence development activities is governed by the strategy which in turn will affect the outcome of the same. A knowledge intense business in which changes recently have taken place is healthcare, a business in which competition also has increased as a result from globalization. Due to this, it is highly important to take care of and improve the competence of individuals. According to this, we have found that healthcare is an interesting business to study with regard to competence development.

AbstractAim: The aim of this essay has been to study how the Swedish church has created the image of their religious activity through media. This has been by studying the three commercial campaigns launched by the Swedish church during the years 2000, 2001 and 2003. Questions asked are: How has the Swedish church chosen to profile it self? Which discourses can be recognized in the campaigns? Which messages has been communicated through the campaigns? How has these discourses created the image of the Swedish church?Method: The methodological framework is critical discourse analysis inspired by Norman Faircloughs? three-dimensional model. Thirteen images all part of the campaigns are analysed using a semiotic method.

The essay deals with the hill-fort on the mountain Halleberg, Sweden, its wall design, functionality, dating and its possible function as a central location and a place of worship of the ancestors.The Halleberg hill-fort consists of a 1500 meters long at times cohesive stonewalls which together blocked the mountain from its surroundings. Hallberg's natural vertical scree and cliffs along with the masonry blocked the whole mountain from the surroundings.The hill-forts, with few exceptions are largely not investigated archaeologically and its functionality and role in the ancient society is based on outdated research on the subject. The current archaeological interpretation is that hill-forts served as temporary defense in times of unrest or served as center of power for a social elite. The prevailing view in the archaeological sphere is that the hill-forts had a variety of functions and that its functionality and role in ancient society has varied.HallebergŽs strongest wall sections are at the mountain's south-eastern part where the natural driveway, StorgÄrdsklev is located. Along with the massive masonry of the walls in Bokedalen StorgÄrdsklev functioned as the hill-forts main entrance.

Syftet med denna undersökning Ă€r att fĂ„ en förstĂ„else kring hur unga kvinnliga studenter anvĂ€nder sig av det sociala mediet Instagram. Studien Ă€mnar svara pĂ„ vilka funktioner Instagram fyller för unga kvinnliga studenter samt vilken betydelse detta sociala medium har i deras vardagliga liv.FRÅGESTÄLLNING: Syftet har specificerats i följande frĂ„gestĂ€llning: - Hur anvĂ€nds Instagram av unga kvinnliga studenter?METOD OCH MATERIAL: Kvalitativa individuella intervjuer med fyra kvinnliga studenter i 23-Ă„rs Ă„lder.HUVUDRESULTAT : Studien visar pĂ„ att en viktig funktion med Instagram Ă€r att interagera med andra mĂ€nniskor och vara deltagande i den sociala gemenskapen pĂ„ forumet. Detta visar att Àven om det handlar om barn som lever i ett vÀlmÄende samhÀlle, Àr det mÄnga som inte har en bra uppvÀxt, vilket ger brister i barnets utveckling. FörskolelÀrare har stor betydelse för barnet och dess utveckling. Vi skapar en god relation med barnen och har dÀrför oftast lÀtt att se om de mÄr bra eller inte. Barns hÀlsa kan pÄverkas av olika faktorer.

The aim of this study is to from a gender perspective to examine whether spa is a place for both genders or it is focused on female spa visitors only. Also to study the organisation`s point of view of gender performances within spa tourism as well as to see spa organizations views on gender distribution.To be able to answer the questions, the qualitative method was used in our research. The method is relevant to our study since we sought to gain a deeper understanding of the phenomenon. During the data collection we have used previous researchs and qualitative interviews. Overall we had conducted four interviews, one of which was the personal interview, two were made by email and one by phone call.

This report contains results of our study at CTC in Ljungby. CTC produces heating products such as boilers, heat pumps and additional products to their heating systems.The purpose of the report is to make a proposal how CTC will supply their new production line for heat pumps with materials. The proposal includes a production layout and a scheme for how to place the material in the production storage.The new production line will produce two different products and both of them have several variants. The line will also have a mixed flow, so the products can be produced in a random order. These conditions demand that the production line has great flexibility and that the material to all the variants can be stored in the production storage.With these conditions as input we made a layout proposal to the company.

The master thesis deals with three completely different areas: the place, the light and the design, which all are parts of the subject landscape architecture. The Place in this paper is the graveyard, the Light is the artificial and the Design is an illumination. The common denominator is the graveyard at GalÀrvarvet in Stockholm, GalÀrvarvskyrkogÄrden, where the three parts meet in a clear and outspoken need of new lighting. The problem formulation is: Is it possible for a graveyard to be looked upon and used as a park? How do the administrators and the designers reason in this matter and what are the consequences for example the illumination at a graveyard? This is being investigated and discussed in general and thereafter the thesis is specifically focussed on the needs and solutions for the graveyard at GalÀrvarvet. The thesis, which is mainly based on facts from litterature, location studies and interviews, contains of pure parts of fact, discussion parts, different types of analyses, reflections of the author, illustrations and photos from the graveyard at GalÀrvarvet and also a lighting proposal for the graveyard and its close environment. The purpose of this work is to show the connection between the usage of the graveyard and its illumination. All to simplify for the administrators, planners and designers. Hopefully this thesis will be of use in the deciscion making process for future lighting projects for the graveyard administration in Stockholm as a basis for their discussion and decision process for future lighting projects..

Företag mÄste anpassa sig till en hÄllbar utveckling och de har lagar och krav som deska följa. För att de ska kunna uppnÄ en hÄllbar utveckling mÄste begreppet operationaliseras, tas ner till handlingsbara regler. Det Àr nÀst intill omöjligt att veta vad som ska göras för att uppnÄ en hÄllbar utveckling utan att bryta ner begreppet till delmÄl och lagar.

This project concerns a new lower and mid level compulsory school in the currently developing area of Annedal, northwest of central Stockholm. According to the given program, the school should hold 500 pupils and 100 pre-school children. As an addition to the given program, my suggustion holds a sports hall and a public library.In my project, my ambition has been to investigate how to create an inspiring and exiting place for kids to inhabit and, at the same time, create an activated, central place in a developing suburb. The latter has resulted in the two program-related additions, which purposes is to extend the hours during which the area is activated and to create additional incitements for visiting the building. Both additions are chosen based on lack of service in the area. Architectually, I've been inspired by the medieval castle which has been used as an inspirational resource for the parts of the school holding classrooms.

Sports facilities are a highly unexplored field, and as of the autumn 2008 no research is being conducted about sports fields at Swedish architecture universities. Very few people recognize the sports field as an area for the architecture profession, and to gain more information about sports fields I have discussed the subject with people with connections to architecture and/or sport. The sports field represents a type of sports facility, a permanent football and/or bandy field surrounded by running tracks with appropriate measurements. Like the city?s physical environment, the sports field is a public place, where outdoor activities take place.
