The purpose of this study was to describe job satisfaction among employees and to analyse a possible connection between job satisfaction and employees experiences of SOC.

AbstractThe purpose with this study was to get knowledge if there are any possible differences in, and correlation between, experienced stress, experienced demands, experienced control and experienced social support in correlation to shiftwork.The study was made at two central hospitals in south of Sweden and had 90 participants (78 women and 12 men) that answered a questionnaire in the current variables. The result in experienced stress showed that there were no differences between shift workers. The results showed a difference between the day- and the nightshift in the correlation between control and stress. The writers speculates that the reason why the nightshift experience high stressvalues with high control can depend on the lack of presence by higher managers, compared with the dayshift. .

Drottningholmsparken under 1900? talet? beskriver vilka förändringar och restaureringar som genomförts i lustträdgården och parken från 1900 fram till idag och hur man sett på det historiska arvet. Den tar upp och visar på förändringar som skett i synsättet på historiska trädgårdsanläggningar. Att kungafamiljen bosatte sig på slottet och att Drottningholm blev Sveriges första världsarv ledde till att besökarantalet ökade. Uppsatsen redovisar hur man nyttjat Drottningholmsparken som en publik park för olika typer av arrangemang och hur administrationen sett ut under olika tidsperioder.

The chief aim of this study is to investigate the impact of context on written peer response. A second aim is to explore students? attitudes towards peer response. The investigation has taken place at an upper secondary school in the south-east of Sweden, involving 20 students in grade 2 and 3 in the course Swedish C. The investigation is based on the students? comments on their peers? speech drafts and six qualitative interviews.

Sammanfattning Stadens offentliga rum är en viktig arena för stadslivet. Detta påstående har varit utgångspunkten för att undersöka de fysiska förutsättningarna i stadsrummet och vad de har för betydelse för mötet mellan människor. Människor ska ha möjlighet att mötas i det offentliga rummet, men det behövs en anledning för att vistas där. Det kan vara så enkelt som att titta på andra människor, men då måste människor välja att uppehålla sig just på den platsen. I examensarbetet utpekas ett antal element i den fysiska miljön som underlättar eller försvårar möjligheten till att vistas i den offentliga miljön. En avgränsad del av norrcity i Örebro har fungerat som studieområde, bestående av Järntorget, Henry Allards park och del av Storgatan. Norrcity besitter ett av Örebros ?finrum? med historiska miljöer så som Henry Allards park med utsikt över Örebro Slott och omgivningar. Storgatan på norrcity fungerade som Örebros shoppinggata nummer ett under första delen av 1900-talet.

Mariehällsskolan ligger i den nya stadsdelen Annedal på gränsen mellan Sundbyberg och Stockholm och är en grundskola för 750 elever från förskoleklass till årskurs 5. Skolbyggnaden inrymmer även ett kulturcentrum som kan hyras ut när det inte används. Byggnadens dubbelprogram med ett kulturcentrum som riktar sig utåt mot stadsrummet, kombinerat med en skolavdelning som vänder sig mot en lugn park, gör att byggnaden får två sidor med olika karaktär.Mellan hemvisterna och kulturcentrum finns skolans administration och personalavdelning. Avdelningen för elevvård är också kopplad till denna del men är placerad närmast hemvisterna för att vara mer lättillgänglig för skolbarnen. Länken mellan hemvisterna och kulturcentrum utgörs av en korridor av tegelpelare längs med en glasfasad mot parken, där naturen bjuds in.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to study how libraries handle metadata in institutional repositories. The methodology of the study is semi-structured interviews with librarians from all Swedish libraries that currently use the institutional repository system DSpace. Metadata schemes from the different libraries have also been studied. As analytical tools the study uses the user tasks presented in Functional Requirement for Bibliographic Records, as well as a study of metadata quality made by Jung-Ran Park. The study shows a rather big difference between the ways the libraries use institutional repositories.

The role of religion, of religious individuals and organizations, is currently discussed within both a private and public sector of development. I have viewed documents from the World Bank and DFID where the religious presence is a growing fact and previous theories that religion would disappear with economic development have been abandoned. As a result DFID conducted a large study on the importance of religion for development work, RaD 2005-2011, under the directions of Professor Carole Rakodi. Rakodi (2011) concluded that religion was highly related to the success or failure of developmental projects, and to understand the values people had religion needed to be understood within its specific cultural context. She developed an analysis model to conduct this work.

Stress and burnout is a common healthproblem among different workcategories today. The aim of this study was to investigate possible presence of stress and burnout among radiographers and if there was a connection to number of years in the profession. Maslach Burnout Inventory was used as an instrument to investigate the possible presence of  burnout, supplemented with questions about stress. The instrument contained a total of 33 questions and was handed out to two hospitals in south of Sweden with a total of 51 respondents. The study showed that the most stressful situations arose due to workload, negative stress, bad working environment and high time pressure.

A Swedish company, company F, will establish a new factory in China. Company F is adivision within Company F. The factory in China will manufacture wire products. Thepurpose of this final thesis is to analyse which legal and practical measures the company hasto undertake during the process of localization to get approval from the Chineseenvironmental legislation.An analysis of the influencing factors on the environment from the production in theconstruction in Sweden was carried through. A material-balance was analysed according tothe flowchart of the production.

Ämnet som behandlas i denna uppsats är förnamnsutvecklingen i de två värmländska församlingarna Karlstad och Ekshärad. Det är två typer av utvecklingar som studerats. Dels hur många förnamn föräldrarna gav sina barn under perioden 1800-1920, dels vilka förnamn som gavs de nyfödda barnen mellan åren 1800-1859.Vad gäller hur många förnamn barnen fick så var det under hela 1800-talet stor skillnad mellan de båda församlingarna. I Karlstad fick en majoritet på mellan 60 och 80 procent av barnen två förnamn. I Ekshärad var det däremot mer vanligt att endast ge dem ett.
