Projektet påbörjades med en förstudie som skulle resultera i ett koncept och en fysisk modell.Projektet går ut på att designa en laddstation för elbilar och på det sättet bidra till samhälletsomställning till förnyelsebara energikällor. Produkten är tänkt att placeras i Mälardalen påallmänna parkeringar, shoppingcenter, privata parkeringar för bostads- och hyresrätter,parkeringshus och liknande.Jag började med att genomföra en marknadsundersökning där jag undersökte existerandelösningar på marknaden. Deras styrkor och svagheter analyserades från olika perspektiv t.ex.design och användarvänlighet. Vidare försökte jag ta reda på vad Mälardalens var känt för,detta för att kunna hitta en gemensam nämnare och införliva det i designen. Här upprättades enfunktionsanalys, en QFD och en kravspecifikation.Med det avklarat fortsatte jag med konceptutvecklingen.

Rapporten beskriver ett examensarbete på 10 poäng som har genomförts av Moa Jantze, möbeldesignstuderande på Carl Malmsten Centrum för Träteknik och Design vid Linköpings Universitet. Rapporten består i huvudsak av två olika moment. Det första som beskriver skånska allmogemöbler och -textilier ur ett historiskt perspektiv och den andra som beskriver arbetet med att ta fram två produkter med inspiration ur allmogen. Projektets bakgrund är ett möbelprojekt som engagerat mig under hösten 2004, där jag tog fram en gungstol som presenterades i Malmstens monter på möbelmässan 2005. Gungstolen fick mycket uppmärksamhet både i svensk och internationell press och därmed väcktes ett större intresse för historien och mitt ursprung.

I detta arbete redog?r f?rfattaren f?r en del av spelmusikens historia, vilka influenser och tekniska begr?nsningar som lett till att bit-musik, med fokus p? 8-bitars musik och med inslag av 16-bitars musik, l?ter som den g?r, samt g?r en analys av 8-bitars musik p? bakgrund av musikteori, musikpsykologi och kompositionsmetod. F?rfattaren diskuterar ?ven begr?nsningar utifr?n ett historiskt perspektiv, och redog?r f?r uppkomsten av kompositionsmetoder som anv?nts genom ?rhundradena, fr?n Bach till 1980-talets 8-bitars komposit?rer. F?rfattaren kommer fram till att det g?r att applicera samma kompositionsmetoder i 1980-talets spelmusikkontext som under exempelvis barocken, och att analysera klassisk musikteori ?r anv?ndbart f?r att f?rst? och skriva 8-bitars musik.

The aim of this essay is to analyze the relationship between the title and the music in a selec-tion of piano pieces by Torsten Petre. Based on the work list, a categorization of the piano titles has been made and the categories have been named ?emotions, moods and minds?, ?na-ture?, ?mankind?, ?dances and similar titles?, ?supernatural beings, fairy creatures and popu-lar belief?, ?foreign countries and foreign culture?, ?nationalism and tradition?, ?artifacts?, and ?miscellaneous?. Wavecraft AB develops medical equipment for heating of organic synthesises. The heating is done with microwaves, which improves the process in both speed and accuracy compared to the more traditional methods where heating elements are used. This report discusses the developement of an automatic lid mechanism for one of Wavecraft's product prototypes. The company assumes that the final product will be integrated by customers into fully automated systems, and the upgrade from a manually to an automatically controlled lid is therefore an important step in the product's developement process.The first stage och the project was an idea generation process. The ideas generated here were organized into five different concepts of which the best one was selected through the use of a concept matrix.

The thesis contains mainly personal experiences relating to classical piano improvisation, based on the CD record Härlig är jorden, Piano improvisations in Various Classical Styles. Sex classics: Mozart, Stravinsky, Bartók, Chopin, Debussy and Liszt play the main roles in that record.The idea is (apart from aiming at stimulationg the styles as faithfully as possible) to look at the various classical styles as different musical rooms created by the composers for us to enter and use. It is also a personal pedagogical goal to structure my ideas, including formulating the strongest possible requirements on the quality of my improvisations. A leading theme manifesting itself in different quises (depending on the style used) is not only a means for improving quality further. The audience has shown a great interest in this form.

This report is a bachelor thesis work within the field of Product Development and is also an assignment for Thule Sweden. The work has been performed by Niclas Tjäderborn and Christian Holm, students at the Mechanical Engineering Program with major in Product Development and Industrial Design at Jönköping School of Engineering during spring the semester of 2009.The thesis work concerned the development of a new wheel holder for bike carrier for Thule Sweden. The background to the project was that the initiator wanted a more user friendly wheel holder with better design than those available on the market. The wheel holder is able to be implemented on one or several of Thule?s current wheel holders.

Huvudsyftet med detta examensarbete var att ta fram ett regelverk för hur Hägglunds Drives AB kan effektivisera framtagningen av kundanpassade axeladaptrar för montering mellan utgående motoraxel till kundaxel. Ett beräkningsprogram skapades i Excel som guidar konstruktören genom skapandandet av en adapter. Till beräkningsprogrammet kopplades en parametriserad CAD modell av en adapter. På så sätt går det med en knapptryckning i beräkningsprogrammet skapa en CAD modell med den av beräkningsprogrammet föreslagna utformningen med rätt toleranser och mått. Möjligheten finns även att automatiskt generera ett ritningsunderlag på en 2D ritning.

Abstract in EnglishElsa Grave (1918-2003) is a Swedish writer, artist and composer. The aim of my study is to analyse the female character in Mödrar som vargar, (Mothers As Wolves), which is a collection of poems written in 1972.The analysis is divided into four parts. First I analyse the figures of speech of the female ?I? in the poems. In the second part I`m dealing with how she acts and relates to men.

Projektering i byggbranschen är tids- och resurskrävande och ofta ställs projektörer inför uppgiften att utforma samma lösning i flera olika projekt. Det är vanligt att kopiera och anpassa ritningsunderlaget mellan olika projekt om lösningarna är likartade. Idag har många byggföretag utvecklat egna standarder för ett mer produktorienterat och modulariserat byggande, speciellt inom bostadsbyggandet. Många forskare anser att ett produktfokuserade arbetssätt kan effektivisera byggandet.För att undersöka om det är möjligt att också standardisera lösningar för infrastrukturprojekt genomfördes en fallstudie med syfte att utveckla en konfigurator som skall kunna producera specifikationer för utformning av cirkulationsplatser.Genom den enkätundersökning som genomfördes kunde slutsatser dras om vilka typer av cirkulationsplatser som var de vanligaste att projekteras vid Tyréns. I Vägor och Gators utformning, som ges ut av Trafikverket på uppdrag av Sveriges kommuner och landsting, undersöktes parametrarna som bestämmer utformningen av cirkulationsplatser.

Uppsala University is involved in a large international collaborationto build the Laser heater system for the European Xray Free-electronlaser in Hamburg, Germany. In this thesis I describe a laser incouplingdevice into the vacuum chamber of this laser heater all the way fromthe specifications to a completed design.The laser heater is a very important part of the XFEL and thepart described here is a part of the vacuum system needed to couplean external laser into the electron vacuum system and align it withthe electron bunches in order to heat them. The task was started by studying the literature about the basic theory andthe design of vacuum systems. After this study and collection of ideaswith colleagues I started to prepare different concepts to solve thetask. The ideas can be put into two categories, in one case the couplingmirror is located inside the vacuum chamber and in the second caseoutside.

Rapporten beskriver ett examensarbete som utförts som en avslutning på Civilingenjörsprogrammet inom maskinteknik med inriktningen konstruktion på Luleå tekniska universitet, LTU. Examensarbetet utfördes i samarbete med Jama Mining Machines AB av Johan Forslund, delvis på plats i Skelleftehamn och delvis på LTU. Målet är att öka hållfastheten på två av Jama Mining Machines komponenter som återfinns i bommen på skrotaren SBU 8000 med rotator. Detta genom att ändra de specifika komponenternas konstruktion. En grundläggande nulägesanalys av de befintliga komponenterna genomförs för att identifiera vilka förbättringar som är nödvändiga till den nya designen.
