Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka fritidspedagogers reflektioner om bemötandet av barn med koncentrationssvårigheter på fritidshemmet. Då fritidshemmen har förändrats, barn­grupperna har blivit större och personaltätheten minskat uppstår frågan om alla barns behov i fritidshemmet kan tillfredställas. Barn med koncentrationssvårigheter är en grupp som påver­kas av dessa omständigheter. Det är viktigt för fritidspedagogen att bemöta alla barn efter deras individuella behov.Genom en intervjustudie, där fyra fritidspedagoger deltog, undersöktes deras reflektioner om fritidspedagogernas bemötande av barn med koncentrationssvårigheter. Användandet av öppna frågor, i en så kallad ostrukturerad intervju, gav oss svar på studiens frågeställningar.Resultatet som är intervjupersonernas reflektioner kring studiens frågeställningar, visar bland annat att kunskap har visat sig vara viktig i arbetet med barn med koncentrations­svårigheter.

Bakgrund: En kommun granskas intensivt av dess omgivande samhälle där skandaler och utmärkelser skapar ett externt tryck som pressar organisationer till att reagera. När ett externt tryck uppstår förändras rådande samhällssyn och påverkar organisationers strategiska handlande mot upprätthållande av legitimitet.Syfte: Syftet med studien är att beskriva Växjö kommuns interna handlande efter att ett externt tryck uppstått genom en utmärkelse- Europas grönaste stad.Metodval: Studien består av en kvalitativ intern fallstudie. Studien utgår ifrån granskning av offentliga dokument i kombination med ostrukturerade intervjuer som skett genom ett snöbollsurval.Slutsatser: Studien visar på hur kommunen bemött det externa trycket utmärkelsen medfört genom sitt handlande. Detta visas utifrån strategisk anpassning mot det externa trycket. Då två externa tryck motsäger varandra visar kommunens handlande på en anpassning mot det som anses skapa måluppfyllelse.

Mitt primära syfte är att få veta vad som hänt med studenterna som studerat sociologi i Kristianstad. Mina teoretiska utgångspunkter är att förklara vad kunskap i sociologi innebär. Målet med studien är att ta reda på om studenterna fått arbete inom området, efter avslutade studier i sociologi. Empiriska utgångspunkten är att försöka belysa problemet utifrån dagens arbetsmarknad och Högskola. Först gjordes en litteraturgenomgång, där söktes information angående sociologernas åsikter beträffande sociologin i samhället.

Jag har valt att se närmre på hur några arbetsledare i den kommunala hemtjänsten upplever den mellanposition de befinner sig i, samt de effekter denna mellanposition möjligtvis har på ledarskapet. Intresset av att belysa just arbetsledarnas situation bottnar i att jag ser den som relativt svår. De befinner sig i en klämsits där de ofta med mycket små medel ska lyckas göra verklighet av de mål och direktiv som framförs av överordnade. Jag har valt att göra en kvalitativ studie eftersom jag anser att detta är i linje med mitt tänkta syfte. Fyra arbetsledare har medverkat i studien som bestått av halvstrukturerade intervjuer.

The aim of this essay is to examine three separate Swedish public libraries and their respective websites on the grounds of the usability sciences. I firstly had to summarize the main properties of the usability-field in order to gain an extended knowledge of its purposes and possible usage for today?s library systems. I was then able to apply the extended knowledge in the examination of the three library websites and the purpose of determining whether or not they were designed according to the standards set by the usability-sciences.Usability is a rather new science that deals with the dissection and examination of computer-based systems, in order to find the key components that make systems user-friendlier. With user needs being the main focus of its research, usability tries to meet all the different needs of the modern user and construct systems that are less system-centered and more user-centered.

The purpose is to explore and describe norms and values concerning emotions and emotional expression inSweden and Greece from an emotionsociological perspective. Do emotional regimes on a national level existand if they do, how do they differ? To answer this question qualitative interviews have been conducted withnine Greek/Swedes, men and women of different ages, who have lived in both countries and who speak bothlanguages. A quantitative survey study, employing a survey previously used in a Swedish study about emotions,has also been undertaken. Previous studies have shown that emotional regimes do differ historically and acrosscultures, but no study so far has focused on the differences between examples of North European and SouthEuropean cultures.The theoretical framework consists mainly of Hochschild´s theories about feeling/display rules and emotionwork, but the analysis also draws on Collin´s theory of interaction ritual chains and on Sociology of Emotionsmore broadly.The results suggest that different national regimes can be distinguished primarily in terms of display rules andin the skills of emotional alternations.

What is it that drives a person with criminal behavior to change their lifestyle? What are the obstacles to a lifestyle change? These issues have been guiding us during this study. In the introduction, we describe the previous research that has been done among crime in men. The themes that will follow us through the course of the study are as follows; cause of crime, Self-efficacy, social network and lifestyle change. The aim of the study was to investigate the factors that a former prison convicted individual believes has been significant, as they break their criminal behavior associated with a lifestyle change.

Tidigare forskning om riksdagsledamöternas politiska intressen har pekat på partitillhörighetens betydelse för den enskilda riksdagsledamotens individuella intressen och möjlighet att uttrycka dem i interpellationer och motioner. Sociologisk forskning visar samtidigt att en social kategori som etnicitet kan ha betydelse både för individers identitet och för individers politiska intressen.I denna uppsats undersöks om riksdagsledamöter med utländsk bakgrund har ett större intresse för integrations- och invandringsfrågor än riksdagsledamöter utan utländsk bakgrund och om ett sådant eventuellt samband försvinner då man kontrollerar för partitillhörighet. Antagandena grundas i Bourdieus teori om etnicitet som ett kulturellt kapital samt Balibars och Wallersteins teori om etnicitet som en kulturell gemenskap. Undersökningen har även ett maktkritiskt perspektiv, där etnicitet ur ett intersektionalitetsperspektiv betonar maktstrukturers begränsningar för individens intressen och handlingsmöjligheter.En enkät skickades ut till samtliga riksdagsledmöter där de kunde skatta hur mycket de interpellerat och motionerat om invandrings- och flyktingfrågor under sin tid i riksdagen. Drygt 40 % av enkäterna besvarades.Analysen av enkätundersökningen visar att riksdagledamöterna med utländsk bakgrund totalt sett har ett större intresse för att motionera och interpellera om invandrings- och flyktingpolitik.

January 1, 1999, a new sex purchase law was introduced in Sweden, Lag (1998: 408). The law implies that in a sex trade a crime is committed only by the consumer in the sex trade. The majority of consumers in prostitution are men and the suppliers are women. When prostitution is problematized it's usually from the woman's point of view and the perspective of the man is often overlooked. The new law has shed light on the consumer and made the male more visible in the public debate.

The purpose of this study was to examine the process of developing an identity as a skateboarder during adolescence. Our aim was to, from the actors? point of view explore what impact their values, experiences and thoughts have on their identity as individuals as well as a collectivity. We also investigated which symbols that are significant for this group. For this essay a qualitative method was used; we conducted nine individual interviews and one group interview with young skaters from the ages of 15-17.

As the staffing agency business is rapidly growing and suffering from accidents resulting in higher sick leave than in other businesses, it is of great interest to analyze which responsibilities prevail between the customer companies and the staffing agencies, when it comes to working environment for hired staff.The purpose of this essay is to clarify the distribution of responsibilities between customer companies and staffing agencies, regarding working environment. I would also like to analyze which consequences this distribution of responsibilities may lead to.To be able to answer these questions, I have chosen to use the legal dogmatic method together with the Sociology of law method. I have studied legal sources, literature and also interviewed three persons who are active within the staffing agency business; one person from the Swedish Work Environment Authority, one person from the employers? side and one person from the employees? side.The conclusion of my survey is that the SAM-responsibility is divided equally between staffing agencies and customer companies, since the customer company who hires staff is equated with an employer. The employer must also ensure that there is an organized work adaptation and rehabilitation function within the company.

Working life is an arena that often reflects attitudes that already exist in our society. When alcohol- and drug abuse is detected among employees the employer has a statutory responsibility for rehabilitation. But the way how these employees gets to be treated is also influenced by attitudes. The purpose of this essay was to illustrate from a gender perspective how women's and men's alcohol- and drug abuse occur in working life and how the attitudes in our society towards their abuse reflect on trade life. Referring that, our intention was also to examine which consequences are given of how the individual is treated.

The aim of this study was to, using previously collected data from self-declared antisocial behaviour questionnaires, examine if the crime frequency has been different between adolescents that have either been referred to two different forms of open care in social service, child and youth psychiatric inpatient care or have been sent to Homes for Specialised Supervision. The criminality frequency and the most common crimes committed were compared between the study groups and further between genders in each particular study group. Statistical significance testing was used and the results of the survey revealed that juvenile delinquents that had committed severe criminal acts were represented in all four groups. The study group with adolescents in national care was the most different from other groups. These youths seemed to have had a lower crime frequency than the other groups with the exception assault and robbery.

The object with this bachelor thesis is to illustrate if equality is present during the interaction between female and male players in the World of Warcraft with focus on the female players conception. The main question is: How does gender matter in the interaction between female and male players in WoW? This question is particularly interesting because WoW is in its own construction neutral in regards to gender in the aspect that gender does not hinder or benefit your avatar when it comes to the avatars development or possibilities. This bachelor thesis describes the views three of female WoW players and how they perceive the interaction with male players with focus on equality. The informants? personal thoughts and experiences are described.
