Many sexual crime matters are in a difficult position when it comes to proof, where it's word against word between the parties. However, the legislation states that it's the offender's actions that are to be in focus for the judicial judgement, but often the focus is on the woman, whether she said no and how she acted in that particular situation (Sutorius & Kaldal, 2003).The purpose with this essay was to investigate the professionals' view of the raped woman and what image the professionals convey/construct of the legal proceedings she goes through. With professionals, we mean lawyers and other professionals that function as support or treatment contacts for raped women. The questions we considered to be relevant for our investigation were: What image of the raped woman do the professionals convey? What image of the crime rape do the professionals convey and what image do they convey/construct of the legal proceedings the woman goes through? How is the view of the raped woman constructed in society? We considered qualitative interviews mixed with earlier studies and theories to be the best investigative method for our purpose.

European cities of today are under the challenge to find ways to stay competitive and flourish in a rapidly changing world, where the old patterns of centrality and periphery not necessarily holds true. New and improved communication networks, a changed political geography in Europe, and the globalisation of not only the financial and industrial markets but also to a certain extent the globalisation of people, have all led to great challenges for cities and regions.In a changed spatial reality the classic monocentric models are challenged by newer models of urbanisation. The polycentric urban region is one such model which has been used to describe urban regions like the Randstad in the Netherlands and the Rhein-Ruhr region in Germany. Regions which lack the single dominant central city of the monocentric models of old, and instead shows a high degree of more equal-sized and sometimes more specialised cities in regional cooperation. The polycentric urban region is in that aspect a possible model for how other urbanised regions in Europe may act to be able to position themselves as attractive urban regions and regional hubs in the European urban network.Polycentric urban regions are not a universal solution, though.

According to science internal communication is a complicated, yet very important, issue of organizations today. An organization with a successful internal communication shows better results both economically and in terms of coworker satisfaction. The two main theories on communication are sensemaking and transmission. After a century with a transmissionary point of view, researchers stress the importance of sensemaking internal communication.Main question of this thesis is ?Which of the two main theories is the most useful when anchoring important messages in large organizations??According to the results of this study, conducted by interviews, neither one is more useful than the other.

Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka i vilken utsträckning som Halmstads kommun har inkluderat boendesegregationsfrågan i sin översiktplanering, samt om hanterandet av frågan i samband med den fysiska planeringen har genererat goda förutsättningar för att implementera eventuellt förekommande integrationsmål. Metod: Samtalsintervjuer med fem tjänstemän och fem politiker för att studera hanterandet av integrationsfrågan i beredningen och verkställandet av den kommunövergripande översiktsplanen för Halmstads kommun från år 2000. Metoden består också av beskrivande idéanalys av översiktsplanen för att kunna avgöra dess tydlighet och giltighet avseende integrationsfrågan på bostadsmarknaden i Halmstad.Resultat: Det har kunnat påvisas att Halmstads kommun har angett målet att motverka segregation i översiktsplanen, men det har samtidigt funnits stora problem som försvårat implementeringen av detta mål och styrningen av bostadsmarknaden mot integration. Under beredningsfasen förelåg det problem med att inkludera integrationsfrågan då man utgick från en traditionell syn på samhällsplanering som innefattade andra värden är integration. Framför allt dominerade mer tekniska värden under beredningen av planen.Under beslutsfasen försvårades implementeringen av att översiktsplanen varken var tillräcklig tydlig eller giltigt för att kunna fungera som vägledning för de implementerande organen.

I en tid då sjukhusavdelningarna upplever ett åldrande patientklientel och patienttrycket är högt skall vården vid Sahlgrenska Universitetssjukhuset enligt ledningen, vara personcentrerad och patientens berättelse ligga i fokus för en god patientvård. Denna uppsats fokuserar kring patienters upplevelse av symtomet Fatigue (Kronisk trötthet) under en dag på sjukhus. Syftet är att beskriva frekvens och intensitet av kronisk trötthet, samt korrelation med socioekonomisk situation och andra parallellt förekommande symtom. En pilotstudie genomfördes som en punktprevalensstudie i december 2010, med syfte att kartlägga patientdemografi och symtomförekomst hos 41 stycken inneliggande patienter på tre vårdavdelningar. Därefter har en statistisk analys utförts och presenterats som resultat.

Detta arbete undersöker och presenterar en lösning för beräkning av nedslagsposition hos fallande objekt givet okompletta mätdata från ett antal olika mätsystem. Arbetet är utfört åt Swedish Space Corporation (SSC) på Robotförsöksplats Norrland (RFN) där man ofta har behov av att återfinna provobjekt efter nedslag i terrängen. Lösningen på problemet har varit att årligen avsätta en stor grupp människor till att gå skallgång genom stora arealer skog. Den föreslagna lösningen som utgör detta examensarbete är ett program som ger en förutspådd nedslagskoordinat tillsammans med kvalitetsmått på mätningarna. Därmed ges betydligt bättre förutsättningar för ett snabbt upphittande..

I dagens samhälle har det blivit allt viktigare för företag att kommunicera effektivt med olika grupper av intressenter i omgivningen. Börsnoterade företags årsredovisningar och kvartalsrapporter används numera som ett medium där företaget kommunicerar mer än bara finansiell information. Företagen använder detta medium till att kommunicera sina synliga strategier till marknaden. En väl fungerande strategi ligger till grund för att ett företag ska lyckas prestera bra. En framgångsrik strategi måste bland annat kunna förändras då omgivningen förändras.

Since a lot of the power in a professional bureaucracy lays within the operative profession with its strong corporate culture and strong co-workers the executive occupy a weak position. Their power comes from the complexity of the operative professionals work and the difficulties to supervise that work. To avoid conflicts it?s important to make all expectations on the executive equivalent. This can be done by defining the roles of the executives in a philosophy.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the managers? perspective on leadership in relation to the motivation of the employees by an example of a manning and recruitment agencies. This is implemented by framing of two questions; What kind of leadership can be identified by middle managers to motivate their employees? Which motivation factors are relevant to employees based on the perspective of the managers? To answer the question and identify leadership strategies and motivational factors and the relationship in between, we have conducted eight interviews with persons who hold a middle management position. Through a qualitative investigation we have been able to go into depth and had access to these managers reflections, thoughts and experiences.

Article 4.1(h) in the Rome I regulation establishes which law that will be applicable on contracts concerning financial instruments concluded in multilateral systems. The main problem is that most contracts concluded within these systems have standard clauses which contain a clause on the applicable law. If this is the case, Article 3.1 in the Rome I Regulation is applicable instead. This problem makes it difficult to find a need for article 4.1(h) if it will only be applicable in exceptional cases. The area may take any form and should be scalable up to and including national borders. The enclosure is managed on the mobile unit. The target system is Android. Iakttagelser har dock visat en minskad grad av fysisk aktivitet hos befolkningen. Könsskillnader har visats vara en faktor, män och kvinnor har ibland olika motivationskällor till fysisk aktivitet. Syfte : Syftet med den här studien var att beskriva vad som motiverar medelålders män till fysisk aktivitet. Metod : Genom att ha en litteraturstudie som metod var målet att få en fördjupning av det nuvarande kunskapsområdet som berör syftet. Studien har inkluderat 15 stycken artiklar från databaserna: Cinahl, Pubmed, Sciverse och Academic search elite.

In the society there is different kind of people that belongs to different groups. The different groups that people belong to are depending on where you live, grow up, ethnic group, level of education and which economic standard you have. The subject of our composition is about children and teenager growth environment and about what society they belong to and how it affects their possibility to exercise. Our composition is built from the question: Are there any differences connected to exercise in an association compared to spontaneous exercise based on economic standard and what district of the city you live? To be able to find an answer to our question we have chosen to concentrate on three districts in the city of Helsingborg.
