Uppsatsen syftar till att undersöka och analysera hur HR:s identitet konstrueras diskursivt i facktidningen Personal & Ledarskap. Vi undersöker också vilka motsättningar och spänningar som synliggörs och osynliggörs i Personal & Ledarskap, kopplat till HRs identitet, och hur dessa kan förstås utifrån diskursteori. En utgångspunkt tas delvis i Johan Berglunds (2002) forskning om personalspecialister och deras kamp för erkännande och status samt hur de arbetar med sin identitet utifrån olika retoriska positioner. Vår studie genomförs 10-15 år senare än Berglunds och ger därmed viktiga insikter i hur HR:s identitetsarbete ser ut i facktidningen Personal & Ledarskap idag. Uppsatsen utgår från diskursanalys och diskursteori och undersöker hur HR:s identitet konstrueras i textavsnitt från bland annat notiser, intervjuer och krönikor där HR:s roll behandlas.

The purpose of this Master?s thesis is to describe the library development in Sandviken, during a period from 1865 to 1945. I will mainly focus this examination on the two most significant libraries of the period; on one hand the library facilitated by the ironworks company, and on the other hand the library of the Workers? Educational Association (ABF). This study is carried out within a theoretical framework consisting of the two concepts paternalism and the formative moment, as formulated by Lars Magnusson and Bo Rothstein, respectively.

The aim of this thesis is to examine the institutional effectiveness of the environmental institutions Helcom and the Mediterranean regime, by using Haas, Levy and Keohane's "the three Cs"; governmental concern, contractual environment, political and administrative capacity. The method used is a comparative analysis.This study takes into consideration the specific structural and economic factors that are prevailing in each region where the environmental regime operates. This study also takes into account the influence of the European Union as a factor that affects the environmental progress.By focusing the study on the line of conduct concerning hazardous substances by respectively regime this study shows that the institutional effectiveness is fulfilled in neither Helcom nor the Mediterranean Regime, although Helcom has been more successful. The lack of state capacity is the most restraining factor for both developing countries and countries in the transition towards being developed, to achieve a good environmental status of the sea. This study also shows that the European Union sometimes has a greater impact on the environmental progress in states, rather than the environmental regime in countries that were/are aspiring members, thus showing the ineffectiveness of the regime..

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka serier som en adekvat bärare av kunskap och därför ett möjligt didaktiskt instrument för att utveckla elevers lässtrategier i svenskämnet på högstadiet. Uppsatsen redogör för seriens definition och samhälleliga status samt möjligheter kopplade till genrens plats i skolan. Fokus ligger på serier som faller under kategorin grafiska romaner, vilka är omfattande serieverk som berättar en viktig historia. Stand-alone-stories och auteur är även viktiga begrepp eftersom de in- nefattar serier som inte är massproducerade och där serieskaparen är ansvarig för hela den kreativa processen. För att nå en djupare förståelse för serier innehåller serien ett analysinstrument baserat på semiotik.

En skola där kretsloppstanken fått genomsyra både konstruktion, system och pedagogik. Med hänsyn till området och Annedalsparkens betydelse för de boende har byggnaden infogats som ett hänsynsfullt tillägg. Delar av skolans lokaler, takterass samt kulturcenter, är tillgänglig för allmänheten och fungerar därför som en sammanbindande länk mellan områdets invånare.  Privata innergårdar, takterassen och kontakten med den allmänna parken ger en stor variation för skolbarnen utan att parkens yta tas i anspråk.Utformningen av skolans lokaler skapar en trygg och hälsosam miljö för skolbarnen både rumsligt och materialmässigt. De obehandlade mjuka träytorna nöts av barnens närvaro och ger barnen möjlighet att sätta sitt märke på historian.

Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva hur manliga samtal och vänskapsrelationer ser ut med fokus på innehåll och funktion. En kvalitativ intervjuundersökning med fyra män genomfördes utifrån en reflexiv intervjuteknik. Materialet analyserades därefter med hjälp av tematisk analysmetod. Den nuvarande forskningen inom det undersökta området är begränsad. Forskning som finns utgörs till stor del av jämförande studier mellan de manliga och kvinnliga samtalen och vänskapsrelationerna.

The aim of the essay is to analyze destructivity and the aspiration of artistry in August Strindberg´s debut novel Röda rummet. By the method of close reading the thematic analysis is performed. The method is also based on an hermeneutic way of looking at literature.A historical context is adapted and the characters are compared to historical descriptions of artists such as bohemians, decadents and dandys. The artists of the novel prove to be, like the bohemians of the 19th century, standing outside and against society, although the presence of relations and cultural exchange seem to be just as important. There is also an ambivalence to be found in their relationship with the city and it´s lifestyle.The question at issue is how the development of the characters´ artistry come about, and in what ways the characters are influenced.

Barnskötares och förskollärares uppdrag har i och med den reviderade läroplanen för förskolan (Utbildningsdepartementet, 2010) förändrats och förtydligats. För att kunna anställas som förskollärare, krävs numera en yrkeslegitimation. Hur uppfattas dessa förändringar av förskolepersonalen och hur har de påverkat relationerna mellan de två yrkeskategorierna? Har arbetsfördelningen mellan barnskötare och förskollärare påverkats? Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur förskollärare respektive barnskötares uppfattningar av hur deras yrkesroller har förändrats ute i verksamheterna efter att den reviderade läroplanen samt yrkeslegitimationen trädde i kraft sommaren 2011, vad gäller ansvarsfördelning, resurser samt befogenheter. För att undersöka detta utförs individuella intervjuer med barnskötare, förskollärare samt förskolechefer.

 The 1st of July 2006 Sweden made a change of authorities in the system concerning the reception of separated asylum seeking children. Prior to the change, the Swedish Board of Migration was held completely responsible for the reception of these children, who arrives in Sweden without their parents or any other relatives to care for them. Since the alteration of the law (1994:137) the responsibility for the housing of these children now lies within the Swedish municipalities, while the Board of Migration still handles their legal commissions. The change was intended to fundamentally improve the conditions under which these children were taken care of. However the implementation took a severe wrong turn when the municipalities weren't prepared for their new responsibilities and the immediate result was alarming. This qualitative study is based upon interviews with the people responsible for the reception of the separated asylum seeking children in the municipalities of Kronobergs County, as well as one of the two people in charge of the new system at the Swedish Board of Migration.

Bakgrund. Många patienter oroar sig inför kirurgiska ingrepp. Ett av orosmomenten är smärtan efter operationen. Smärtpåverkade patienter utsätts för ett lidande. Detta lidande bryter patientens naturliga förhållningssätt till den levda världen.

Samtidigt som svensk forskning visar att individer med utländsk bakgrund blir utsatta för diskriminering och stigmatisering så väljer allt fler ungdomar ur denna grupp att högskoleutbilda sig och visar en benägenhet att välja elitutbildningar. I denna uppsats undersöks om det finns ett samband mellan vetskapen om, eller erfarenheter av, diskriminering och elitutbildningsval. Den metod som används är semi-strukturerade intervjuer med fem kvinnliga och fem manliga juriststudenter med ursprung i Mellanöstern. De teoretiska utgångspunkterna är sociologen Erving Goffmans teori om stigma, sociologen Michèle Lamonts teori om destigmatisering och socialfilosofen Axel Honneths teori om erkännande. Resultatet visar att juriststudenternas föräldrars erfarenheter av diskriminering och egna erfarenheter av exkludering har lett till en hög studieprestation där elitutbildningsvalet kan ses som en anti-diskrimineringsstrategi.

Families of children with disabilities often have many different contacts with professional representing different principals. This places high demands on their professional work together to meet the needs of families and use resources efficiently. The method used is a literature review which aims to describe what is needed to achieve good collaboration between different professions around families with children with disabilities, and that from an organizational perspective to examine why there are often gaps in collaboration and how this affects the parents' life situation.The theories in this study originated from organizational and sociological theories. The most central concept in this study is collaboration from an organizational perspective. The results show that the interaction is problematic, due to that collaborative organizations often have rules which are incompatible and a lack of accountability on who is liable makes impairment in the interaction.

The thesis investigates how Uppsala University student nations steward their cultural heritage. The survey targets how student nations manage their cultural heritage, what financial priority they give it, their attitude towards it, and their awareness of it.A qualitative study of semi-structured interviews with representatives from 11 out of 13 student nations in Uppsala was implemented. The theoretical framework is based on the theory of David Lowenthal on the importance of cultural heritage, Susan Pearce?s theory on collecting, and Pierre Bourdieu?s theory on cultural capital. To investigate the importance of cultural objects theories by Ivo Maroevi?, Annette Weiner, and Igor Kopytoff was applied.The survey shows that stewardship of cultural heritage at Uppsala student nations is poor and in need of reform.

In the nurse's profession ulcer care is a common nursing intervention. Being inserted in methods of treatment and updated with evidence-based knowledge is therefore an important part of the nurse's work. Chronic ulcers are expensive for health care and occupy a lot of time. Knowledge is therefore important for ulcer healing, for the patient comfort and to reduce costs. The aim of the study was to illustrate the nurse's knowledge of nursing interventions of chronic ulcer.

Phosphorus is essential to all plants and is taken up from the soil as the ion H2PO4 - (and to some extent HPO42-). Plant availability depends on, among other factors, the soil pH. In order to provide for plant available phosphorus, it is applied as mineral fertilizers and farmyard manure. However, that causes phosphorus leaching from arable land to surrounding surface waters and lakes and contributes to the eutrofication. There are three types of soils in Sweden that are at higher risk of contributing to phosphorus leakage.
