Traditional product features such as price, quality and supply service have been extended and nowadays includes environmental aspects as well. It raises new and increasing demands on haulier companies. The transport sector is responsible for a large part of the pollutants causing today?s environmental problems. The business is being closely monitored and to operate environmental friendly is seen as one of the most important elements for the industry?s future development.

Alzheimer?s disease affects the patients with changes on their behaviour. It is important as a nurse to prevent that the symptoms increase.

Denna studie är en beskrivning av ett pedagogiskt utvecklingsarbete kring det samiska informationsprojekt vilket jag varit ansvarig för inom ramen för mitt arbete som museilärare på Skansens Visningsavdelning. Projektet omfattade tiden 2004-2006. Aktionsforskning handlar om att utveckla och förändra en verksamhet men också att skaffa sig kunskap om hur detta går till och vad som sker under arbetets gång. Det viktigast verktyget inom aktionsforskningen är reflektionen. Jag har reflekterat över vad som kännetecknar mitt museipedagogiska synsätt och utifrån detta studerat övriga synsätt i projektet och deras relation till varandra.

Through a case study, I wanted to find out what advantages and disadvantages local companies consider with scrum and what they think about its future. To find out what scrum is, I read the literature and scientific articles and then wrote surveys based on my thoughts. Further, I also wanted to find out if it?s possible to use scrum in a school environment and therefore I visited a high school class who used scrum in one of their projects. The result was good but could have been better as it requires more training of scrum to understand everything. The surveys were distributed to various local companies. After having received a lot of answers, I concluded that the clear priority was the most positive feature of scrum and the most negative was that it was difficult to get the rest of the organization to understand scrum, which creates problems. Both high school class and local companies believe in scrum?s future, even if they think scrum will be partially modified to adapt to the software-development in the future. According to the survey responses, the most important to get the projects to be successful both now and in the future is that everyone who work with scrum is right educated..

The purpose of this thesis was to illuminate and create a deeper understanding of a reputation?s value during crisis in business environment. We aimed to investigate how companies and organizations build up their reputation to prevent crises and how reputation affects the outcomes of a crisis. The theoretical section is based on various scientific articles. A case study was conducted based on interviews with two respondents from two different companies and organizations.

BAKGRUND: I bakgrunden har tidigare undersökningar och litteratur tagits upp som berör ämnet matematik i relation till barns och elevers lärande. Utöver tidigare undersökningar görs även kopplingar till skollagen, läroplanen för det obligatoriska skolväsendet, förskoleklassen och fritidshemmet, Lpo 94, samt till läroplanen för förskolan, Lpfö 98. Undersökningen utgår från utvecklingspedagogiken och det socio-kulturella perspektivet.SYFTE: Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur förskollärare och lärare uttrycker att de arbetar för att göra matematik till ett ämne som barnen och eleverna intresserar sig för, vill lära sig och utvecklas i.METOD: Undersökningen för vårt examensarbete är av kvalitativ art. Vi har genomfört intervjuer med 5 förskollärare och 10 lärare.RESULTAT: I vårt resultat framkom fem kategorier gällande matematik för barn och elever i förskolan och skolan. De är attityd och inställning till ämnet, intresse för matematik, planering, arbete med matematik och individanpassning.

Studien syftar till att få djupare insikt i hur professionella musikers övning i fri improvisation kan se ut. I bakgrundsavsnittet ges en överblick av begreppen ?improvisation? och ?fri improvisation? och därefter följer en presentation av tidigare litteratur och forskning inom ämnesområdet. Studiens teoretiska utgångspunkt utgörs av det sociokulturella perspektivet på lärande och kommunikation.Studiens datamaterial består av kvalitativa intervjuer med fyra professionella musiker inom fri improvisation. I resultatavsnittet beskrivs informanternas syn på improvisation, fri improvisation och frihet, deras redskap för övning samt deras användande av tillägnade färdigheter.

Background: Breast cancer is one of the most common cancer diseases among women worldwide. Breast cancer brings fear into many womens? life. It is a threat against life, but also to the psychological health, self-esteem and the female identity. Aim: The aim of this literature review was to describe newly breast cancer patient?s perception of information provided by healthcare personnel.

This paper describes the development of direct and indirect service at the former Gothen­burg city library. This was during this period of time not the public library of the town, but a scientific library mostly serving the college, although also open to the public. Furthermore the services offered in Gothenburg are compared with those of the two old Swedish university libraries in Uppsala and Lund. The investigated direct serviceforms are "making material available", "guidance", and "localities". The indirect service areas are "the catalogue" and "the personnel and their competence".The conclusion is that the differences weren't that big and that Gothenburg city library was a modern library providing about the same services as you could find in Uppsala and Lund.

The aim with this thesis is to investigate two different methods used to test usability on web-sites to determine the advantages and disadvantages of two methods and compare the results. The two selected methods are the think aloud method and asynchronous remote method. Re-mote usability testing has existed for more than ten years but the possibilities with this meth-od needs to be explored more.To achieve the purpose of this thesis a case study was conducted on an e-commerce site and for the online remote usability testing software was used.The results of this study show that think aloud usability testing encounter more issues with the website than the remote usability testing..

Den senaste PISA-studien (Skolverket 2010) visar på en försämrad läsförmåga bland svenska elever jämfört med tidigare studier. I föreliggande examensarbete intervjuades sex gymnasieungdomar om de lästraditioner som förekom under uppväxten, sina läsvanor, samt sin syn på läsning idag. De intervjuade var alla pojkar som läste på El-programmets andra år. Intervjuerna har varit halvstrukturerade och de har relativt fritt fått berätta vad som har påverkat deras läsning eller brist på läsning under uppväxten. Jag har utifrån transkriberat material analyserat deras svar med utgångspunkt i det socio-kulturella perspektivet.

Syftet med den här undersökningen har varit att utgå från Skolinspektionens tillsynsrapport över Malmö kommun från 2011 och bredda den bilden genom att intervjua de som direkt berörs av skolan, nämligen eleverna. Skolinspektionens rapport har visat att resultat och måluppfyllelse sjunker i vissa delar av kommunen samtidigt som skillnader mellan skolor och olika områden inom kommunen ökar. Jag har intervjuat fem elever för den här undersökningen som alla går i samma klass i ett område som beskrivs som socio-ekonomiskt svagt och där skolresultaten försämrats. Syftet har vidare varit att öka förståelsen kring hur ett mindre antal elever upplever att det är gå på en mångkulturell skola och hur de upplever bemötandet från lärare. Min undersökning har visat att lärarnas bemötande gentemot elever ibland bygger på förutbestämda förväntningar som grundar sig på elevers tidigare resultat.

The purpose of this study was to look into how learners of Swedish as a second language and some teachers of the subject think and reason about the choice between Swedish or Swedish as a Second Language and literature in Swedish at upper secondary schools. Similar studies have earlier been carried out at upper secondary schools in areas dominated by immigrants while the present study has been accomplished in a small municipality with comparatively few immigrants. The study is based upon qualitative interviews which have been analysed through the socio-cultural theory regarding those artifacts, communication and that mediating second learners of Swedish and their teachers and schools are using in their choices between Swedish or Swedish as a Second Language as well as selection of literature in literature teaching.  The study also shows how learners of Swedish as a second language perceive the choice between the two options of Swedish courses at advanced upper secondary school and how their teachers look upon their choice and the information given. Furthermore we will also get to know the learners of Swedish as a second language and their teachers? view on teaching Swedish literature at advanced upper secondary B-level in Swedish.

It is used to control heating, ventilation, lighting and alarm systems in the house. Is hasbeen found that KNX is very expensive and that the amount of energy, possible to save in thehouse, using the system, is relatively small.
