Internet - and the website - has developed into an essential key for the relationship between enterprises and its customers. Today, a website might be the first or only impression a customer gets of a company. With this in mind we have focused our study on customer evaluations on websites. Social presence and its impact on people have so far mostly been given attention in the research of behavior in physical environments. However, in the electronic marketplace this has so far been overlooked, which is why our aim is to study how the presence of visitors impacts other visitors on the same website.

Genom våra val och beteendemönster påverkar vi människor varandra, både lokalt och globalt. Medvetenheten ökar och vi ser idag en växande oro för effekten av detta.Världssamfundet har enats om att sträva efter en hållbar utveckling. Åren 2005-2014 har av Förenta Nationerna (FN) blivit utsedda till år där man ska verka för en hållbar utveckling genom utbildning.Sverige har fört in hållbar utveckling i miljöbalken och landets miljöpolitik skall sträva efter densamma. Försvarsmakten har ett ansvar för den ekologiskt hållbara utvecklingen inom sin sektor, försvarssektorn. Som myndighet når de ut till många genom just utbildning då cirka 8500 värnpliktiga utbildas per år, därtill tillkommer de anställda.Uppsatsen undersöker hur försvarsmakten uttalat arbetar för en hållbar utveckling och hur utbildningssituationen, i fråga om hållbar utveckling, ser ut.

The purpose of our study is to examine whether stress among social workers is present, and ifso, what strategies they and their supervisors use to manage work-related stress. The study isbased on a qualitative method. The data consist of interviews, with six social workers andthree supervisors. The study?s theoretical framework is based on KASAM, SOC-sense ofcoherence by Antonovsky, demand- control- support model by Karasek & Theorell, stresstheory by Hans Selye and coping strategies by Lazarus.

Abstract - A business to change the world- An analysis of norms Textbooks for International Economics, in Upper-secondary Schools, Sweden 1994-2008 In this paper textbooks, for International Economics in Upper Secondary Schools in Sweden1994-2008, are analyzed with regard to norms related to taking moral responsibility for environment and society. A method for making discourse analysis, previously illustrated by Östman (2008), is used to deconstruct the knowledge content regarding norms about taking responsibility in relation to different social roles. The first question is: what different norms about taking responsibility can be found, in relation to different social roles? Different social roles that can be found in the studied material are: business-people, consumers, politicians/civil servants and citizens. Norms of taking responsibility in relation to the environment and society are studied in this paper in relation to these different roles. The second question is whether a discursive change in the material can be found. One case of discursive change can be found which is related to the role of a business.

The main purpose of this study is to examine and gain increased knowledge concerning the legal security of children taken into protective care. The purpose is also to enable contemporary social workers to reflect around phenomena in today´s social work, among other things how investigations are carried out surrounding children taken into protective care thought this historical study. To find out how social workers dealt with caretakings I have chosen to examine the personel files that the social workers compiled for each child and also interview a man who worked as a social worker at the time of the investigation. The paper is divided into two part studies were the first one studies legal security through Mattsson´s (2002) further development of KjÆnstad?s way to analyse legal security, namely through investigating the clarity of the law, procedural rules and the comtetenay of the social workers.

Occasionally the views of medicine and social sciences can collide. Doctors typically relate to a explanatory biological model, and social workers and psychologists seek social and historical reasons for neuropsychological diagnoses.A diagnosis is an obligation for medical doctors as well as other professionals within Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and a neuropsychological diagnosis is a prerequisite for treatment and more often than not for other forms of support from society.The aim of this study is to examine the function of a neuropsychological diagnosis with regards to the individual patient, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and society. A second aim was to examine how psychologists and social workers trained in the social sciences view neuropsychological diagnoses.Qualitative interview research methods have been used. Most of the interviews were recorded and transcribed in their entirety. The data has been organised into appropriate categories and the most relevant quotes have been selected.

The public spaces of the city from a social sustainability perspective, Jubileumsparken, a public space for the young, aims to see how public spaces can be open and accessible to all young people in the community. New public spaces can be created and formed by urban planning. A public space that is undergoing considerable development is Jubileumsparken, which is situated in Gothenburg. This area constitutes the case study for this thesis. Due to the commercialization in the neo-liberal society of today, there is a risk that economically weak people, such as the young, the unemployed or students, can?t take part of all public spaces.

Syftet med föreliggande studie är att studera hur högläsning sker i fyra olika lässituationer i förskolan. Utifrån högläsningsaktiviteten vill vi sedan diskutera hur barnets språkliga utveckling kan möjliggöras respektive hindras genom deltagande i sådana praktiker. Den teoretiska utgångspunkten i vår studie är det sociokulturella perspektivet som innebär att lärandet är en social och kommunikativ process där språket är ett viktigt redskap för lärande. Inställningen är också att samspel och aktivitet utgör centrala aspekter för utvecklingen av barnets språk. Dessa begrepp löper därmed som en röd tråd genom uppsatsens alla delar.

Corporate Social Responsibility has been defined as the responsibility towards stakeholders and the society in whole and the expression was founded in the 1950´s. Reporting in corporate social responsibility has been termed corporate social disclosure and has been divided into three areas: environment, ethics and human resources. The aim of this study is to explain variations in corporate social disclosure and the different media used by corporations to communicate these disclosures. A survey was conducted, which included all Swedish corporations listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, and all public-owned corporations. The results show that corporate characteristics such as size, industry and profitability can explain some of the variation in social disclosures and also have an effect on the extent and variation of the media used.

This study examines the link between the individual and social network, what social forces and social mechanisms involved in the interaction between individuals and groups and how we can explain and consider this relationship with the aim of understanding this connection. Through qualitative interviews, based on interviews of six active members in the organization Young KRIS (Young Criminal?s Return in the Society) examines the active social processes that the young members undergo, and motivates those who have been outside the expected conformed and regular society, to be included in the regular community and how this can be explained. The study shows that the organization through high availability, openness, knowledge of the needs of young people, good treatment, range of meaningful activities, has created a great venue for the young to develop and thus regain their place in the society..

Dagens samhälle befinner sig under ständig förändring och utveckling. Idrottsrörelsen satsar nu på olika sätt på föreningsutveckling, det är utveckling av detta slag som denna rapport kommer att titta närmare på. Syftet var att studera seglingsföreningar i ett distrikt i södra Sverige som fått bidrag ur Idrottslyftet för föreningsutveckling. Studien hade även till syfte att se vilka mål dessa seglingsföreningar hade med sin utveckling, samt vad de upplever möjliggör och hindrar den utvecklingen. De frågeställningar som låg till grund för undersökningen var: Vilka mål har de seglingsföreningar som arbetar med föreningsutveckling? Hur är utvecklingsarbetet organiserat? Vad möjliggör och hindrar utvecklingen?  Empiri samlades in genom intervjuer med representanter ifrån de aktuella seglingsföreningarna.

Utveckling av olika typer av påbyggnadskod till programvaror blir allt vanligare. Dessa som går under samlingsnamnet plugins skiljer sig från vanliga applikationer då de har en annan struktur samt speciella beroenden till applikationsspecifika moduler. Problem uppstår när denna typ av utveckling inte stöds av de vanliga utvecklingsmiljöer som finns ute på företagen och delar som borde vara automatiserade måste utföras manuellt. Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur utvecklingsmiljön för Java på Sandvik IT Services kan anpassas för att stödja plugin-utveckling för IBM Lotus Notes. I denna studie undersöks skillnaden mellan plugin-utveckling och den vanliga Java-utvecklingen på företaget samt hur detta påverkar verktygen i utvecklingsmiljön.

Syftet är att få insikt i vad som motiverar företag till att använda Social CRM, och hur de arbetar med detta för att kommunicera med sina kunder med hjälp av sociala nätverk. En kvalitativ ansats har använts där tre företag inom olika branscher har blivit intervjuade; Röda Korset, Komplett ASA och Ving Sverige AB. Intervjuer har genomförts med två olika personer på varje företag. Studien visar att företag som är verksamma i Sverige har börjat anamma de möjligheter som arbetet med Social CRM i sociala medier innebär. De möjligheter företagen tar upp är att de kan nå en större målgrupp på ett mer kostnadseffektivt sätt, underlätta dialoger och skapa en informell och personlig kontakt vilket kan leda till ökad varumärkeslojalitet och värdefulla konkurrensfördelar.

Det här examensarbetet syftar till att undersöka i vilken omfattning det bedrivs undervisning om hållbar utveckling på gymnasienivå i Växjö kommun och vilken inställning elever och lärare har till ett sådant arbete. Den undersökning som ligger till grund för resultatet är en enkätundersökning genomförd på en utvald grupp av elever och lärare i Växjö kommun. Resultatet visar på att undervisning bedrivs men inte i en tillräcklig omfattning utifrån vad nationella och internationella styrdokument gör gällande. Undersökningen visar dock att elever och lärare har en överhuvudtaget positiv inställning till undervisning om hållbar utveckling och miljön som helhet..
