The aim of this project is to study the work that has been done by the youth welfare to prevent accidents and to increase the preparedness in case of fire. Further the aim is to develop a basis to improve the interaction between the fire services and the youth welfare. Background and problem: The financial crisis 2008-2009 came out from an over-optimism among those who took the real estate loans in the U.S., and especially so-called subprime loans. After the 2008 financial crisis, it has become a global uncertainty in the financial market with low growth, and even financial crises in the euro countries have appeared. The real estate industry is a capital-intensive industry where companies have a high leverage to implement their investment. This means they have a larger proportion of debt relative to equity than companies in other industries. As investments require a lot of capital, real estate companies become dependent on having a working relationship with both the banks and the capital market.

this paper is a study on children's social interactions in role-play. The aim is to try to highlight how children with other develop social skills and how to further motivate children tosee, understand and manage their reality in role-play by highlighting the characteristics of afunctioning role-play. I would also highlight the importance of pedagogue´s role in relation tochildren's social skills in role-play. The purpose flows into these issues, what distinguishes afunctioning role-play? Can the children in role-play influence their thinking to developunderstanding of others and the environment and if so, how? What significance does pedagogue´s role in children's role-play? I used out of a qualitative methodology to carry out this investigation.

Faktorer som påverkar skogsfastigheters pris
Under de senaste 20 åren har priset på skogsfastigheter ökat dramatiskt. Historiskt sett har priset på skogsfastigheter haft en tydlig koppling till skogens avkastning, men detta samband tycks inte längre gälla. Utöver värdet av skogens ekonomiska avkastning, tillkommer idag värdet av ickemonetära resurser som tidigare hade en begränsad betydelse för fastigheternas pris.
Faktorer som bonitet och åldersfördelning påverkar en skogsfastighets avkastning. Men är det självklart att dessa faktorer även påverkar skogsfastigheters pris? Om utvecklingen av fastighetspriset medfört en försvagad koppling mellan avkastning och pris, kan detta då förklaras av att tidigare prispåverkande faktorer inte längre beaktas i fastighetsvärderingarna?
Syftet med studien var med bakgrund av detta att undersöka hur ett antal faktorer påverkar fastigheters pris; däribland åldersfördelningen och boniteten.
Webbutveckling med Getting Real
Detta examensarbete syftar till att beskriva, använda och utvärdera Getting Real som arbetsmetod under utvecklandet av en webbplats åt teknikföretaget Metop AB i Malmö. Getting Real är en arbetsmetod som är beskriven i boken med samma namn, författad av Jason Fried och hans medarbetare på företaget 37signals, som bland annat har utvecklat Ruby on Rails. Getting Real skiljer sig från andra arbetsmetoder på ett flertal punkter. Projektdokumentationen är till exempel mycket begränsad för att undvika att tid läggs ner på arbete som inte direkt har med själva utvecklandet av applikationen att göra. Dessutom utvecklas gränssnittet och designen först.
Utbyte eller utveckling? En studie av fastighetsmäklares strategier för framtiden
This essay reviews the situation for real estate agencies within the Stockholm area. In this essay we assume that costumer loyalty is a requirement for survival on the competitive estate market. Two actors have been compared; A well known national Internet-based agency, Skandia Mäklarna, and a smaller local traditional agent Mäklarfirman Grönberg. These actors have been analyzed up on theories on loyalty, relationship marketing, service marketing, quality and involvement .The conclusion of the essay is that it is possible for small estate agencies to compeed with larger Internet based agencies by building loyal relationships with their customers. This can be achieved if the right strategic decisions are made.
Implementation och utvärdering av Mimer SQL Real-Time på INtime RTOS.
Virtualisering är en ökande trend där man istället för att ha en separat hårdvaruplattform förvarje system, så exekverar flera virtuella system på en och samma maskin. Dessa system kanha olika egenskaper och krav, exempelvis kan ett delsystem med hårda realtidskravinteragera med ett annat delsystem utan realtidskrav. Ett exempel på detta är ett industrielltstyrsystem där ena delsystemet samlar in tidskritisk systemdata i realtid medan det andradelsystemet utför icke tidskritiska åtgärder som är baserad på denna information, som tillexempel att grafiskt åskådliggöra systemstatus.Att dela upp system mellan olika virtuella delsystem ställer höga krav på delning av data. Ettsätt att dela data på ett säkert och strukturerat sätt är att använda sig av en realtidsdatabas.I detta exjobb har vi undersökt möjligheten att anpassa den kommersiella realtidsdatabasenMimer SQL Real-Time Edition för att användas i det virtualiserbara realtidssystemet INtime.Arbetet omfattar undersökningar av olika modeller för delat minne samt synkroniseringmellan systemen. Resultaten av dessa undersökningar har inkorporerats i en version avMimer SQL Real-Time Edition anpassad för virtualisering i INtime.
Matematisk generering och realtidsrendering av vegetation i Gizmo3D
To render outdoor scenes with lots of vegetation in real time is a big challenge. This problem has important applications in the areas of visualization and simulation. Some progress has been made the last years, but a previously unsolved difficulty has been to combine high rendering quality with abundant variation in scenes. I present a method to mathematically generate and render vegetation in real time, with implementation in the scene graph Gizmo3D. The most important quality of the method is its ability to render scenes with many unique specimens with very low aliasing.
Värdering av byggrätter - Om hur valet av metod och antaganden påverkar värderingen
Denna studie visar hur valet av metod och värderarens antagande påverkar värderingen avbyggrätter. Inledningsvis studeras ett antal faktiska värderingar med avseende på användametoder och antaganden. Vi finner att fastighetsvärderarna i regel använder ortsprismetodenvid värdering av byggrätter, som komplement används ibland en kalkylbaserad metod. Detvisas att fastighetsvärderarens antaganden om framtida bebyggelse i hög grad påverkarvärderingen. I mindre utsträckning påverkar valet av värderingsmodell..

In recent decades, demands has emerged that the companies shall take a greater social responsibility for the impact that they have on their environment and that this impact shall be reported, which is known as Sustainability Reporting. The Sustainability Report is based on a number of general principles that ensure the content and the quality of the Sustainability Report. One of these principles is the principle of completeness. In the research, this principle seems to have been interpreted in terms of number of reported aspects and indicators, which can be a limited view where only the existence of the aspects and indicators is observed. By including the degree of the reporting in terms of full, partial and no reporting as well as a comparison between the real and the alleged reporting, our intention is to extend the principle of completeness and to develop a tool that we also apply through an empirical survey in a particular area.
Deriving ECA-rules from timed-automata specifications.
Real-time systems are required to answer to external stimuli within a specified time-period. For this to be possible, the systems behaviour must be predictable. The use of active databases in real-time systems introduces unpredictability in the system, e.g. due to their use of active rules. The behaviour in active databases is usually specified in ECA-rules.

Aim: The purpose of this study is to show models from the literature which can underlie appraisal and development in the real estate business of Gavlegårdarna.1. Gavlegårdarna should be able to use the study in their work with quality assurance off their services.2. Company?s in real estate business and other students should be able to use the study for an overview of quality models.Method: To collect data I chose to use a qualitative method based on the hermeneutic research method. The collected data was a result of literature and interviews.Result & Conclusion: From the literature there are two models that are suited for analyses of quality, that is the Housing quality model and the Gap model.
Homestaging : Fenomenet & avdragsrätten
Around year 2004, a new service was introduced on the Swedish housing market with the purpose of increasing the sell price, namely homestaging. Homestaging means that a home gets in order before a open house, for example by removing personal affections or the leasing of new furniture. The phenomenon originates from the United States, where it has existed for several decades.Most components, but not all, that is included in the homestaging concept is tax-deductible and this has lead to several questions around the law and foremost within tax law. To elucidate this complexity of problems around the right to deduction for homestaging, the Swedish tax agency, Skatteverket, has formulated a letter stating the authority?s attitude towards the phenomenon.

Background: Suicidal individuals are vulnerable patients in need of a caring relationship. A caring relationship should be based on a real presence were the patient's needs are in focus. Yet research has shown that suicidal patients experience caring that exacerbate their suicidial problems and hopelessness.Aim: To describe the experiences of hope and hopelessness in suicidal patients and their encounter with health care.Methods: In a literature review, in accordance with Friberg (2012) eight scientific papers have used, analyzed and scrutinized to answer the purpose of a new whole.Results: Two main themes emerged in the results with related subcategories. Experiences of hopegiving acts with sub-themes: The significance of a caring relationship, the significance of a strong social network and the significance of feelings of hopefulness. The second main theme that emerged was: Experiences of acts connected to hopelessness with subthemes: The significance of a non-confirmatory caring relationship and the significance of feelings of hopelessness.Discussions: It is found that suicidal patients experience care that lead to feelings of despair.
