I denna fallstudie av en specialpedagog belyses uppdraget att stödja lärande och utveckling. Detta uppdrag påverkar och påverkas av den relationella och komplexa värld som skolan är, där lärare befinner sig i ett fält av politiska beslut och styrningseffekter. Syfte med studien är att undersöka hur specialpedagogens uppdrag organiseras, med särskilt fokus på utveckling, och inom detta syfte undersöka hur specialpedagogiska frågor hanteras i skolans praktik. Metoden utgörs av intervjuer och deltagande observationer. Resultatet visar på ett mångfacetterat uppdrag, där specialpedagogens expertroll bygger på särskild kunskap, men där hennes förmåga att stödja lärare till ökade prestationer, är beroende av nära relationer och en specialpedagogik och pedagogik i förening.

The aim of this study is to examine social workers' and social work students' attitudes towards people living with hiv in Sweden. I will also examine if there is a connection between knowledge and attitudes. The questions at issue are how social workers' and social work students' attitudes can assume to influence on their professional practice and what causes can affect their attitudes towards people living with hiv. The study is based on a qualitative method. The methods have been: conversational interviews with five social workers, who work with family issues and integration, and a focused group interview with four social work students.

The aim of this study was to understand the contact between foster homes and social workers, by doing a comparison of the social workers and the foster homes experiences of the cooperation that is between them. We started from three main questions to get an answer to our aim, how the foster homes and the social workers experience the organization of the foster care in the Social Service as an impact of the cooperation, what does the foster homes and the social workers experience as a important fact of a successful placement and finally, how does the foster homes and the social workers experience the supporting and controlling contact that is between them. To get our results we based our study on interviews whit four foster homes and whit four social workers. The analysis was based on one theoretical perspective, Skaus (2007) analytical approach for power and help. As a conclusion we have found out, that the organization of the Social Service has significance for the contact between social workers and foster homes.

The study aims to gain insight into how social workers perceive their psychosocial work environment and examine whether this effects the performance of their duties. The study mainly addresses the shortcomings of the psychosocial work environment of Social Services and the implications it entails for social workers health and wellbeing. The psychosocial work environment includes physical and psychological factors therefore the study's interpretive framework consists of organizational theoretical and social psychological concepts and previous research on the subject. We examined the organizational and social psychological connections to social workers perception of their work environment with a qualitative approach. The empirical data was collected through interviews with four social workers in a municipality in central Sweden using a semi-structured interview guide.

The purpose of doing this research except for educational reasons is to show significant effects that make motivational work successful. The choice of subject we decided out of experience from the term of practise. The description of the subject is from the social workers angle of approach. The method we used is a qualitative study with semi structured interviews. We have looked at three different fields of social work from the view of six social workers, two from each field.

Research about social support and social networks has mostly concerned the impact on a person?s wellbeing and health. However an aspect largely neglected is how social support within the social networks can affect the process of giving up a drug abuse. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to a better understanding of what role the social support within different relationships can have on the process of giving up drug abuse. Furthermore the aim is to examine how a self-help group can provide social support in the transitional period after leaving a drug abuse.

Högskoleförordningen (SFS 2006:173) föreskriver akademiska krav i kursplan och kursmål för både grund- och avancerad nivå i sjuksköterskeutbildningar. I svensk sjuksköterskeförening, på lärosäten och i klinisk verksamhet pågår diskussioner om hur dessa teoretiska krav ska förenas i klinisk praktik. Syftet var att belysa faktorer av betydelse för handledarskapet på grund och avancerad nivå och undersöka handledningsstrategier som kan förenar teori och verksamhetsförlagd utbildning för sjuksköterske- och specialistsjuksköterskestuderande. Metoden var en litteraturstudie som baserades på 11 vetenskapliga artiklar som kritiskt grans-kades och analyserades. Resultatet visar att det förutsätts ett väl fungerande samarbete mellan fakultet och klinisk verksamhet med tydligt formulerade kursplaner, mål och riktlinjer för handledning och stöd till handledare från fakultet och verksamhet.

Den pågående utflaggningen av den svenska handelsflottan har orsakat problem för svenska sjöbefälsstudenter att erhålla tillräckligt med fartygsförlagd utbildning på grund av ett minskat antal svenskflaggade fartyg.Genom en inledande kvalitativ intervjustudie undersökte vi intresse och eventuell problematik kring möjligheten att förlägga fartygspraktik på utlandsregistrerade fartyg i svensk regi.Vi fann att rederierna var intresserade av svenska befälselever på fartyg med viss svensk besättning, eftersom eleverna då sågs som en rekryteringstillgång. Flaggstatens bestämmelser kunde, beroende på land, vara ett hinder för svensk elevverksamhet. Elevkostnaden i sig var inget större hinder för rederierna att tillhandahålla praktik. Ett uteblivet sjöfartsstöd gjorde dock att kostnaden, i grund och botten, ändå var den enskilt största anledningen till problematiken kring befälspraktik på utlandsregistrerat tonnage..

This is a qualitative study of how some journalists on the Swedish national media are using social media in news work. The study, carried out by using interviews, also covers how these journalists' work is influenced by social media. For the journalists in the study social media has become a tool to do research, get news ideas and find interviewees. At the same time social media affects the work of the journalists, as the social media increases the speed of news and flow of information. Författaren analyserar förståelser av passering hos personer med icke-synliga funktionsnedsättningar utifrån en intersektionell förståelse av funktion, kön och genus. The purpose of this study was to examine social workers apprehensions about institutional placement of youths and what determines when these proceedings are used. When research not always shows that institutional placements lead to positive changes for youngsters, we wondered how social workers act on their assessment to institutional placement. We wanted to find out if the social workers meet any dilemmas along the way. To find out about that we used qualitative interviews with ten social workers, who worked in social service and came from different places in the southern parts of Sweden. To analyze our material we used the theory of human service organization and street-level bureaucrats work situation.

This study focuses on the use of animals in social work from the perspective of social workers. The purpose of this study is to examine social workers? experiences of animal assisted social work and how social workers view the integration of animals in various fields of social work. The research is based on a qualitative method and four semi-structured interviews were conducted with social workers. The theories incorporated in the study are Attachment Theory and Sense of Coherence (SOC).The following results are presented: Social workers are considered to have a more comprehensive understanding of clients compared to their associates who do not hold a degree in Social Work.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att studera vad elever uppfattar av utomhuspedagogik sett utifrån lärarens syn på utomhuspedagogik och hur denna tillämpas. Uppsatsen bygger på en elev-enkät till elever från åk 1 till åk 5 och fyra strukturerade intervjuer med lärare från samma skola som eleverna.Fyra intervjupersoner har svarat på frågor som handlar om utomhuspedagogiken och hur den tillämpas. Enkätens frågor handlade om hur eleverna upplever utomhuspedagogiken.Resultatet blev att elevernas och lärarnas svar överstämmer väl sinsemellan samt med teorin. Uppsatsen visar att de flesta elever samt intervjuade lärare tycker att det är bra att arbeta med utomhuspedagogik och att det är en tillgång för alla att skolan har olika sätt att lära ut. Utom-huspedagogiken hjälper eleverna fram till kunskap från teori till praktik och sammankopplar delarna till en helhet..
