I Sverige Àr föreningstraditionen vÀl förankrad vilket bevisas dÄ ungefÀr hÀlften av Sveriges befolkning arbetar i en förening.Syftet med studien var att kartlÀgga studenters delaktighet i studiesocial verksamhet samt studera relationer mellan studenters delaktighet och hÀlsa. För att besvara syftet skickades en webbenkÀtundersökning till samtliga andraÄrsstudenter pÄ akademin för hÄllbar samhÀlls- och teknikutveckling pÄ MÀlardalens högskola, VÀsterÄs.Resultatet, med en svarsfrekvens pÄ 20 procent, visar att tvÄ tredjedelar av studenterna har deltagit i aktiviteter inom studiesocial verksamhet medan ungefÀr 40 procent var delaktiga i arbetet i nÄgon förening. Anledningen till att studenter valde att vara delaktiga i arbetet var frÀmst för att trÀffa andra mÀnniskor och skapa kontaktnÀt.Statistiska signifikanstest av samband var inte möjliga att genomföra mellan deltagande i aktiviteter och hÀlsa, praktiskt stöd eller emotionellt stöd pÄ grund av att datamaterialet var för litet och Àven snedfördelat.

The purpose of this study was to examine divergences in assessments of social assistance in one big and one small social welfare office in the municipalities of Malmö. To examine this we used a qualitative method. We held interviews with social workers and their superiors. At the end of the interviews with the social workers we presented two vignettes, describing different cases of first time applications of social assistance. The social workers was asked to assess whether the application should be granted or not, and motivate their decisions.

Syftet med denna studie var att belysa vilka omvÄrdnadsÄtgÀrder vÄrdpersonal pÄ en slutenpsykiatrisk avdelning angav vara av betydelse för patienter med emotionellt instabil personlighetsstörning (EIP). Metod För att svara pÄ syftet i denna studie valdes metoden kvalitativ innehÄllsanalys av halvstrukturerade intervjuer med 6 vÄrdare som arbetade pÄ slutenpsykiatriskavdelning med speciell inriktning mot vÄrd av personer med EIP. Resultat Genom innehÄllsanalys av intervjuerna framkom tre teman med tillhörande subteman. Tema 1: Att hantera utÄtagerande symptom, subteman: Att hantera splitting, Att hantera Ängest, utspel och sjÀlvskada. Tema 2: Att arbeta tillsammans för att nÄ omvÄrdnadsmÄl, subteman: Enhetligt förhÄllningssÀtt, Struktur i omvÄrdnaden.

Bakgrund: Infertilitet och ofrivillig barnlöshet har visats beröra mÄnga centrala aspekter i en persons liv. Det pÄverkar det sociala och kÀnslomÀssiga livet, och kan leda till att identiteten hotas och lidande uppstÄr. Trots detta finns fÄ studier gjorda pÄ mÀns upplevelser till följd av ofrivillig barnlöshet, tidigare forskning har mestadels undersökt omrÄdet ur ett kvinnligt perspektiv. Syfte: Syftet med arbetet var att beskriva mÀns upplevelser av ofrivillig barnlöshet. Metod: En analys av 11 kvalitativa studier utfördes efter sökning i databaserna Cinahl och PubMed.

Aktiv i Mitt Hem (AiMH) ?r en aktivitetsbaserad intervention som syftar till att motivera boende till ?kat aktivitetsengagemang.

This paper examines, through questionnaire, how young students in upper secondary school in Malmo experience social integration. It also contain what they think should be done in order to improve the integration between youth that are ethnic Swedish and youth that have a foreign background. To understand the subject we started with a review over Swedish integration politic and its influence over Malmo and social integration in the country. We have used such theoretical starting points as identity and ethnicity in relations to the social surroundings, social affinity theory and flexible mindedness, making of groups among youth and factors to promote social integration. Our conclusion is that the experience of social integration between the two groups depends on how you experience yourself.

Social enterprises make up one of the groups of participants that provide welfare services financed by public funding. The object of this study is to describe and analyze from a theoretical point of view which conditions, in what fields, by which division of responsibility and finally through what decisions these social enterprises are allocated a place in the market for social welfare services. The company that has been the object of study offers services in the field of social welfare and in employment. In the study a triangulation of qualitative methods has been used: studies of literature on the subject, recurrent interviews and observations and also reviews of documents. The results have been analyzed from theories on the space available on the market for social services, on social economy and on social capital in the form of strong, weak and bridging bonds.

The purpose of this essay was to examine what Ungbo in Kalmar has meant for the adolescent from their point of view and to examine the social workers opinions of Ungbo.My questions were: What expectations did the adolescent and the social workers have on Ungbo? How has these expectations been fulfilled? What expectations does the social workers think the adolescents has on Ungbo? How is the impact of involvement for the adolescents when planning the living environment in Ungbo? What changes has Ungbo brought to the adolescent? What changes has Ungbo brought in the work of the social workers? What does Ungbo mean for the adolescent? What does Ungbo mean for the social workers and what experiences does the social workers have on the importance of Ungbo for the adolescents? How has the teamwork been working around the adolescent during the time at Ungbo?The questions were answered by asking four adolescents and two social workers with their experiences of Ungbo. My study showed that Ungbo was of importance for the adolescents that has been a part of the project, but it is also important in the work of the social workers. The adolescents noticed a change in them selves after their stay in Ungbo. The social workers were positive to Ungbo but they felt a need for others resembling activities in Kalmar..

DBT med tonÄringar har visat goda resultatoch börjar nu införas i Sverige. FÀrdighetstrÀning i grupp Àr enviktig komponent i behandlingen. Syftet med undersökningen varatt kartlÀgga hur fÀrdighetstrÀningen kan modifieras för att bÀttrepassa ungdomars förutsÀttningar. Abstrakt Social Engineering Àr konsten att manipulera mÀnniskor, för att pÄ sÄ sÀtt vinna deras förtroende. Med hjÀlp av detta förtroende kan attackeraren sedan kringgÄ sÀkerhetssystem och fÄ tillgÄng till organisationers information. Vi har i denna uppsats genomfört elva intervjuer pÄ tre stora organisationer med bÄde IT-chefer och övrig personal. Med dessa intervjuer har vi sedan försökt fÄ en bild av hur medvetenheten ser ut samt vilka ÄtgÀrder organisationerna tar för att förhindra Social Engineering. Med denna uppsats vill vi belysa den ovisshet som rÄder kring Social Engineering, men Àven farorna och hur effektiv en attack av denna typ kan vara.

The aim of this essay was to investigate how social workers, within chosen Social services districts in the northwest of SkÄne, work with children placed in foster care. Our purpose was to investigate the interaction between the child and the foster home from the perspective of the Ecology of Human Development. Our questions were:* How do the social worker prepare the child and the foster home before a placement?* What kind of support is offered to the foster home with the purpose of supporting the child?* How do the social worker make the childs contact with the biological parents easier?* To what degree does the social worker work on strengthening the child's network?* Which factors do the social worker decide the allocation of support?* What do the social worker think affects the work with the foster home from a society level?To answer our question we have interviewed nine social workers. We found that the social workers were generally good at perceiving how the micro- and meso-systems, and to a certain extent the exo-system, influenced the foster child.

This study elucidates the feelings and the experiences by working with the complex of problems of self-injurious behaviour, of six professionals. The purpose with this study has been to examine the feelings and the experiences of the professionals, coming up when they meet and treat young girls with self-injurious behaviour. The empirical basis of this study is built on interviews of six female professionals, working in the County of Kalmar. The statements of the informants were analyzed out of Goffman?s Role Theory and the norm perspective on social behaviour.

Many social services cases have been reviewed in the media during the last years. One of those cases is ?Lasse and Karin?, handled by the Social Services in Oskarshamn in 2002. Lasse and Karin had their son taken into custody by the Social Services and the case was reviewed in national media. Through this case the Social Services received much attention, of which most was negative, and their handling of the case was greatly criticized.

Stadsmissionen i Stockholm initierade denna studie dĂ„ personalen uppmĂ€rksammat en vĂ€xande grupp unga bostadslösa förĂ€ldrar. Sex unga bostadslösa mammors upplevelse av sitt förĂ€ldraskap, relation till sitt barn samt egen psykisk hĂ€lsa och stress undersöktes genom halvstrukturerade kvalitativa intervjuer samt med enkĂ€tinstrumenten CES-D och SPSQ. Intervjumaterialet bearbetades med hjĂ€lp av tematisk analys. Åtta teman framkom: Social situation, Egen individuation, De egna förĂ€ldrarna, NĂ€tverk, Syn pĂ„ barnet, Konfliktfyllda eller emotionellt pĂ„frestande situationer mellan mamma och barn, Interaktion med barnet och Coping. Mammorna upplevde att bostadssituationen pĂ„verkade förĂ€ldraskapet negativt.
