Bakgrund: I takt med att fler företag blir allt mer kunskapsintensiva ökar konkurrensen om kompetent personal. En konsekvens av detta är att lönesättningen har blivit ett konkurrensmedel, varvid olika typer av optionsprogram uppstått. Redovisningen inom området har dock inte utvecklats i samma takt, varför en rekommendation på området behövs för att redovisningen skall upprätthålla sin trovärdighet. Optionsprogrammen kan betraktas som ett substitut för lön. Utifrån detta torde därför dessa tas upp som en kostnad i årsredovisningen för att ge en mer rättvisande bild av företagets ekonomiska ställning.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur kvalitetsprocesser utformas i verkligheten. Det ska också undersökas om det går att förbättra kvalitetsprocesser genom att titta på kvalitetssäkringen hos två verksamheter i den offentliga sektorn, samt om dessa kan ha nytta och lära sig av varandra. .

The law (1988:870) concerning care of substance abusers is constructed in a way that gives the social workers room to interpret and apply the law individually. This may contribute to differences in treatment between female and male substance abusers. The purpose of the essay was to investigate whether the client's gender had any significance to how the social worker interpret and apply the law (LVM).The specific questions we worked around were:- What significance does the client's gender have in the decision-making?- Does the social worker's opinion about the law have any significance?- What factors can effect the social worker's interpretation and application of the law?- What importance do the social workers attach to prevailing norms about men and women when they interpret and apply the law?We chose to use a qualitative method to answer the above questions. Six social workers were interviewed and 39 LVM sentences were analysed.

Ohälsan är ett ökande problem i samhället. Den leder bland annat till ökad sjukfrånvaro vilket leder till ökade kostnader för såväl företagen som samhället. Arbetsplatsen anses vara en viktig arena för att förebygga den ökade ohälsan vilket gör det viktigt att få företagen att satsa på hälsofrämjande åtgärder. Upprättandet av ett strategiskt hälsoarbete innebär mer arbete för företaget och för ett redan arbetsbelastat företag kan detta ses som en påfrestning. För att hälsoarbetet ska kunna implementeras och få genomslagskraft, gäller att kostnaderna och arbetsbelastningen inte är alltför stora för företaget.

Idag finns social och emotionell träning (SET) som ett särskilt ämne på en del skolor med egna tilldelade timmar på schemat. Det vi ställt oss frågande till är vad det är som gör att vi har tagit in social och emotionell träning som ett eget ämne på schemat i grundskolans tidigare år och vi frågar oss även om det behövs särskilda lektioner för detta? Genom att intervjua tre lärare och tio elever samt att göra observationer under dessa lektioner har vi försökt finna svaren på våra frågor..

Uppsatsens övergripande syfte var att undersöka möjliga mönster av social ångest och dess relation till depressiva symtom och livstillfredsställelse. Social ångest innebär lidande för många människor och medför rädsla för situationer där det finns risk att granskas, att få uppmärksamhet samt att bli bedömd för sina prestationer. Social ångest karakteriseras av undvikande beteende men indikationer finns att det även existerar en atypisk undergrupp av social ångest som uppvisar ett impulsivt beteende. Självskattningsformulär har använts vid datainsamlingen och urvalet bestod av unga vuxna i åldern 20-24 år. Resultaten analyserades genom klusteranalys och indikerade att en atypisk impulsiv grupp med social ångest existerade samt att kön modererar graden av depressiva symtom. .

A large number of children and teenagers are placed in foster care for various reasons. Social services have a responsibility to follow up youths and ensure that they have the same opportunity for positive development as other young people. A qualitative study was conducted with an abductive perspective by gathering material from social workers in this particular field. The research design of this study is an interview study. The theoretical premise was Bronfenbrenners ecosystem theory and Maslows hierarchy of needs theory.

The social dimension in the EU, explored through the document texts of the Treaty of Rome, the Lisbon Strategy, the Social Policy Agenda and the Swedish Strategy ReportThis paper explores the social dimension of EU social policy, except the aspects of the economic and labour market. The EU documents reveal an underlying line of thought stemming from the alignment of the six founding countries, spearheaded by France, with the conservative corporatist welfare model. As one of four European welfare models, the conservative corporatist model emphasises labour market issues, corporate social responsibility and the subsidiarity principle in EU social policy. It also influences how the texts define the terms social, social policy and social exclusion. The definitions determine how policymakers combat problems such as social exclusion and identify the policy issues to be included in EU social policy.The Swedish Strategy shows how the country is responding to the objectives that it has been assigned by the EU and how it plans to attain them.

The purpose of this particular study was to examine the client relationship as described by social workers during the ongoing process of addiction treatment in conjunction with the effects on creating these relationships as affected by government stipulations. As a basis for the study, qualitative interviews were conducted with five separate social workers in the course of their work within addiction treatment. Results from the study were analyzed by means of power and dramaturgically roll theory. The social workers stated that it was of the utmost importance to create a good relationship in order to effectively help the client. The social workers further stated that a good relationship was characterized by the virtues of cooperation, trust, and confidence.

The overall objective of our research is to understand  how social workers in social services protect the individual's autonomy, integrity and a coercive law which deprives the individual of his rights.In this study, we bring out social secretaries perspective on how they see the compulsory treatment and the problems that can arise in a detention. This study is based on the questions; How are power between social worker and client? What is the social secretary of the law on compulsory as a tool to help clients?We interviewed eight social workers who work specifically with compulsory treatment. We used the result to answer our questions. As a theoretical background, we chose to use the power perspective, the concepts of flexibility and freedom of action and categorizations.The results that emerged from our study are that compulsory treatment is considered to be a positive and negative thing.

Ett nytt politikområde håller på att ta form, nämligen genteknik- och bioteknikpolitiken. Hur vi väljer att reglera detta nya kunskapsområde avslöjar bland annat hur vi ser på individens rätt kontra samhällets nytta. Bakom vår lagstiftning gällande genteknik ligger således etiska och moralfilosofiska idéer. Syftet med uppsatsen är att kartlägga i vilken utsträckning den svenska synen på genteknik, vid tidpunkterna 1984, 2000 och 2008, präglas av utilitaristiska och/eller libertarianska idéer. Metoden som används för att fullgöra syftet är en innehållslig idéanalys, där idealtyper konstrueras som analysverktyg.

Different forms of organization in the field of social work, creates different conditions of the individual social workers occupation. This affects not only the people who carry out this work, but also the clients who come in contact with social services.   This survey was based on six interviews executed during spring in the year 2010. The respondents were social workers within economic aid and their nearest executive manager at two municipalities in Kalmar County. The overall aim for this survey was to examine how these social workers were influenced by various ways to organize the municipal work activity. This through following questions:How was respective social service in the municipalities organized?How were the social worker effected in their daily work by the organization?Where there any specific up- or downsides in the way that economic aid was organized in the aspect of the social workers daily work?  The result of this survey was synonymous with a lot of the previously executed research in the area in the sense that the larger municipalities were more specialized in its organization than the smaller.

Svensk filmindustri idag finansieras huvudsakligen genom statliga medel. Dock finns det inte tillräckligt med finansiella medel jämfört det antal svenska filmer som produceras varje år. När finansieringen är otillräcklig kan det vara av största vikt att förstå och kunna arbeta med finansiell bootstrapping som verktyg för att kunna slutföra produktionen av filmen. Finansiell bootstrapping är ett begrepp som kan fungera som ett resursanskaffande verktyg för att tillföra resurser till en produktion till en lägre kostnad än marknadspriset, eller till ingen kostnad alls. Denna uppsats syftar till att undersöka om detta verktyg finns inom svensk filmproduktion ? och i så fall vilka som använder verktyget och varför.

 Den socialt kompetente har hög social status, många vänner, ett funktionellt beteende och sociala förmågor så som empati och hjälpsamhet. Avsaknad av social kompetens innebär bland annat känslomässiga och beteendemässiga problem. I denna studie medverkade totalt 30 gymnasieelever som genomgick två arbetsminnestest samt fyllde i en självvärderingsenkät som mäter social kompetens. Syftet var att undersöka om det finns ett samband mellan en tonårings arbetsminne och sociala kompetens. Studien begränsades till att mäta arbetsminnets fonologiska och visuellspatiala lagringsenheter samt två sociala förmågor; prosocialt beteende och initiativtagande.

År 1983 infördes kravet om lagstadgad revisionsplikt för samtliga aktiebolag i Sverige. Lagens huvudsakliga uppgift var att motverka ekonomisk brottslighet i små aktiebolag. EU skiljer på revision i små och stora aktiebolag. Det är upp till varje medlemsstat om revisionsplikt skall finnas för de allra minsta företagen. Sverige har valt att inte göra några lättnader än men i ett uttalande i december 2006 ges klara direktiv om att regeringen har en önskan att underlätta för småföretagarna.
