Syfte och frågeställningarSyftet med studien är att undersöka och jämföra vad som påverkar gymnasieelevers upplevda hälsa i årskurs 3, i en storstad och en mindre tätort. För att uppfylla detta syfte har tre frågeställningar utformats till följande: (1) Vad i skolmiljön upplever eleverna är en stressor som påverkar deras hälsa? (2) Vilken roll spelar läraren respektive skolan för elevernas upplevda hälsa? (3) Hur ser sambandet mellan fysisk aktivitet och upplevd hälsa ut?MetodFör att uppfylla syftet och besvara frågeställningarna valdes en kvantitativ metod, enkät. Enkäten utformades till största delen med fasta svarsalternativ. I val av skolor gjordes ett bekvämlighetsurval och för att få fram urvalspopulation gjordes ett slumpmässigt randomiserat urval.

Utifr?n ett planerings- och policyperspektiv finns det en stark uppfattning om att bostadsblandning p? grannskapsniv? kan bidra till en ?kad social sammanh?llning och en h?gre livskvalitet f?r de boende i dessa grannskap. Bland forskare r?der det d?remot en oenighet kring hur starkt sambandet mellan bostadsblandning och social sammanh?llning verkligen ?r, d? studier uppvisar varierade resultat. Denna studie ?mnar att unders?ka social sammanh?llning i urbana grannskap som tidigare dominerats av hyresr?tter, men som sedan millennieskiftet blandats upp med andra bostadstyper.

This is a paper about the social services waiting rooms. Our aim with the study has been to:?Describe and problematize the physical environment in social services waiting rooms. A wider purpose is to lift the question about the waiting room as a significant part of peoples encounter with the social services.? To be able to achieve this purpose, we have used two questions: What does the physical waiting room environment look like in social services in Stockholms län? How can we understand and problematize the physical environment factors impact on people who visits these environments? We have observed and photographed ten waiting rooms in ten different social services in Stockholms län.

The purpose of this study was to examine how social services in Örebro working with young people vulnerable to honor- related violence and oppression. Further the purpose was to investigate recognition of guidelines that could act as support in the work with honor- related violence and oppression, and also however the work with these honor-related cases could have an emotional impact on the social worker. To answer these questions a qualitative study using interviews was performed with four social workers in Örebro. The results have been analyzed and interpreted in relation to previous research conducted in the field of honor research. Further three theoretical perspectives have been used in the interpretation of the results; implementation theory, sociology of emotion and coping.

Syftet med studien var att beskriva personlig assistans, insatsen, yrket och rekryteringssituationen. Personlig assistans syftar till att ge personer med funktionshinder kontroll över det egna livet. En problematisk rekryteringssituation kan medföra att denna möjlighet går förlorad. Metoden som användes var personliga intervjuer samt litteraturstudier. De som intervjuades var politiker från socialnämnden i några av Norrbottens kommuner samt representanter för både kommunala och privata arbetsgivare för personliga assistenter.

This study aims to investigate how and why teachers use social media to reach their students, and how they handle different levels of computer literacy among students.The purpose of this study is to investigate the experience of teachers using social media in their teaching. I have done interviews with two teachers, who use social media in different ways. One of the teachers makes her students publish their work on the Internet on wiki-spaces, and the other one use Facebook for discussions and teamwork. This report uses the pedagogy theories laid forth by Vygotskij as a vantage point to analyze the answers from the teachers. I have also looked at some of the published student texts on the Internet.This study concludes there are students who don?t have access to computers and Internet at home.

The purpose of this essay was to examine whether there were any differences in social workers way of investigating boys and girls, age 13-15. The main questions we wanted to answer were; which were the factors that the social workers focused on? Did the investigations lead to a measure and if so, which one? How were risk and protection factors described and ana-lysed?To answer our questions we read and analyzed 22 reports, written by social workers 2004 at the department for teenagers and families at a social welfare service in Sweden. We came to the conclusion that there were some differences, but these were few and not extensive. Recreational activities was mentioned in a higher degree in the boys reports while health, housing conditions and network were mentioned more often in the girl´s reports.

Min utgångspunkt vid uppsatsens början var att ta reda på hur lärare uppfattar det pedagogiska ledarskapet och vad som är ett bra pedagogiskt ledarskap? Jag gjorde intervjuer med 8 lärare som var mellan 22 och 63 år. De har en geografisk spridning i Skåne med blandade erfarenheter - givetvis beroende på deras ålder. Samtliga undervisar i nuläget barn mellan 11 ? 13 år. Jag har med min undersökning fått fram att det har stor betydelse i lärarrollen att inneha social kompetens samt ett socialt ledarskap, som lägger vikt vid att alla individer skall må bra och lyckas nå de mål som sätts upp..

Introduction: The health for individuals with intellectual disabilities is asubject that is prioritized by the Swedish Institute for Public Health. Socialsupport has been proven to be important for health and quality of life. Despitethis fact there is no research available regarding the influence social support hason health and quality of life for people with intellectual disabilities in Sweden.Aim: To describe social support and the consequence of social support forhealth and quality of life for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Method:A litterature review of research in a defined area with a descriptive design.Systematic searches for articles were done in several databases and ultimately16 articles were chosen. Themes and categories were created with respect to theaim of this study during the analysis of the articles.

Denna uppsats syfte är att genom en analys av en intervju med en fokusgrupp kvalitativt undersöka hur en grupp kvinnor idag talar om sina upplevelser av hormonbaserade preventivmedel. Frågeställningarna uppsatsen utgår från lyder: Hur upplever kvinnor att deras kroppar påverkas av hormonbaserade preventivmedel och vad betyder dessa upplevelser för deras identitetsskapande?Resultatet av undersökningen visar att fokusgruppens informanter använder p-piller för att kontrollera sina kroppar och att denna kontroll tar sig uttryck genom att de talar om sig själva i enlighet med kropp/sinne-dikotomin. Informanterna anser sig vara dåligt informerade angående p-pillers biverkningar och det grundar sig i en generell övertro på vetenskapen. P-pillren medför också för alla informanterna att de upplever mindre sexuell lust.

From an organizational standpoint social media has become a way for organizations to get closer to, and create a dialogue with, their environment. Swedish municipalities have began to use social media in their daily communication with the environment, but a problem has been raised about how public organizations should organize their social media when formal guidelines from the government are missing.Objective: The objective of this thesis is to examine how eight Swedish municipalities have organized their use of social media due to the lack of official guidance from the government, and also what difficulties that have occurred during this process.Method: The method used is qualitative with data collected through interviews with one respondent from each municipality.Results: The result show that the organizational solutions varies through each municipality but also the choice of social media. It has been important for municipalities to have someone in charge of the new communication tool since social media is a fast and communicative channel. Seven out of eight municipalities have already developed or are in process of developing their own formal guidelines on how to use social media.

Purpose: The purpose of the essay is; to explain and clarify how the company is acting to lead members in social media to achieve valuable external communication. The authors believe that it is important to act with credibility and quality in social media, to accomplish long lasting relationships. This study investigated how banner ads, depending on its quality and placement,can capture a user's attention while searching for editorial content in an online newspaper. Furthermore, the user's search strategy was also studied to see whether it varied depending on the placement of an ad. An experiment was conducted where 20 subjects searched for articles in a Swedish online newspaper while their eye ovement was recorded with a headmounted eye?tracker. In each search task the online newspaper contained either a low quality ad or a high quality ad.

Uppsatsen behandlar insourcing av stödtjänster där fokus ligger på att klargöra tjänstens allt större betydelse för företags kärnverksamheter. Forskningen gällande insourcing av tjänster brister eftersom den inte tar hänsyn till det mervärde som tjänster skapar och den interna kontroll över resurser som insourcing medför. Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva och analysera insourcing av stödtjänster. För att uppnå syftet med uppsatsen har teori samlats in som beskriver de aktiviteter ett företag består av. Vidare har teori som beskriver vikten av alla aktiviteter i ett företag behandlats samt teori som beskriver tjänsters särart och vikten av interna relationer.

The effects of social media usage in a professional context, specifically the effects on social media usage in relation to leadership have been studied in order to determine weather or not usage can be productive for leadership in general. The study concludes that there are several benefits as well as drawbacks to leadership in using social media, but has yet to conclude weather productive or not. This study gives an overview of a relatively unexplored subject.Leadership in terms of leader, communication and group dynamics have been defined and explained in accordance with existing literature. A  brief review of computer and Internet history attempts to explain the formation and evolution of social media. Risks in terms of risks related to leadership and risks related to IT-security are taken into consideration and have been briefly explained.
