Vidare frågas: är utbildning avgörande för att erhålla en tjänst och hur ser man på Pingstförsamlingarnas Teologiska Seminarium (PTS) och spelar sociala nätverk någon roll vid en urvals- och tillsättandeprocess samt och hur ser aktiva ledare inom pingströrelsen på ledarskap idag? Förutom dessa ovannämnda frågeställningar är ett annat syfte att, utifrån Pierre Bourdieus fältbegrepp (fält, habitus och kapital) ochförklaringsmodellen sociala nätverk, undersöka och kartlägga om den svenskapingströrelsen ett autonomt religiöst fält. Undersökningens resultat uppvisar att Bourdieus teorier både bidrar med förståelse för och att de förklarar hur och av vem/vilka som kallar kandidater till församlingar och hur tillsättande av tjänster görs samt vad som avgör om enperson skall erbjudas tillträde. Fält- och kapitalteorierna, samt förklaringsmodellen sociala nätverk, klarlägger även rådande attityder och tillämpning angående utbildning, ledarskapssyn samt explicit kartlägger att den svenska pingströrelsen är ett religiöst, implicit heterogent, autonomt fält..

The main purpose is to illuminate how a company links certain values to its brand in an effort to achieve a competitive position. We have done this by studying the government owned company Svenska Spel and its entrance on the netpokermarket. With Corporate Social Responsibility as a guidance for the company they wanted to offer Swedish gamblers an alternative to the, often morally dubious, international actors. Our thesis has taken an internal (corporate) as well as an external (consumer) perspective on the result of this strive. Our conclusions are that although Svenska Spel is successfully integrating social responsibility into their netpokerbusiness, they are facing a difficulty in making the consumer fully appreciate it.

Aim: To investigate the quality of life and the social life situation, with special focus on the consequenses of fear of hypoglycemia (FoH), in Islet transplanted patients.Method: 11 patients were included, four women and seven men, who have been Islet tranplanted at Uppsala University Hospital during the years 2001-2009. Two questionaires, Short Form 36 (SF-36) and the Swedish version Hypoglycemia Fear Survey (Swe-HFS) were used to investigate the quality of life, in relation to fear of hypoglycemia. Also, telephone interviews were conducted to investigate the patients social life situation in relation to FoH, after Islet transplantation and were analysed using content analysis method.Results: The mean value for quality of life was lower than that in the normal population. Three out of ten patients experienced FoH. Three predominant themes were revealed, one theme associated with pre- transplant, was ?Struggle for control of Social Life Situation? and two themes associated with post-transplant, were ?Regain power and controll of  Social Life Situation? and ?At Peace with the balance between the Present and the Future?.Conclusion: The patients experienced improved control over social life situation and quality of life in relation to FoH may been improved following islet tranplantation..

SYFTE: Syftet med denna uppsats är att få en ökad förståelse för hur AP-konvertibeln, mezzanine och säljarrevers fungerar i praktiken samt i förhållande till varandra. Det är även att skapa ett beslutsunderlag för förvärvaren och banken vid val av mellanfinansiering i samband med ett företagsförvärv. Intentionen är att bidra med en skriftlig jämförelse som kan vara till användning för finansiärer av mellanfinansiering. PROBLEM: När ett företagsförvärv ska genomföras uppkommer ett problem för köparen gällande hur förvärvet ska finansieras. Ett företagsförvärv är i allmänhet kapitalkrävande och det är därför vanligtvis inte tillräckligt med den finansiering som tillhandahållas från investerare av eget kapital.

Tillhörighet och att få vara en del av ett socialt sammanhang är nödvändigt för oss människor. Social exkludering utgör ett hot mot individens välbefinnande och har visats påverka individens beteende och åsikter. Syftet med studien var att undersöka om människor är mer intoleranta mot personer de inte känner tillhörighet med, om social exkludering leder till en ännu mer intolerant hållning samt om individens behov av tillhörighet påverkar hur de mår vid social exkludering. I studien deltog 26 studenter varav hälften blev exkluderade under ett datorspel. Deltagarna svarade på enkäter om hur de mådde, åsiktsfrågor och deras behov av tillhörighet.

AbstractThe struggle for land has been an issue ever since Brazil was colonized by the Portuguese Crown. The deep social inequalities that the country faces were raised then. More than 45% of the agricultural land is controlled by only 1% of the landowners. There have been many movements since then, who has fought for agrarian reforms.MST, the largest social movement in Brazil, was born in the 1980s. They managed to mobilize the peasants and the poor people.

The purpose of this study has been to investigate which factors are important with foster home placing, to achieve a positive result for the child. The questions that we have focused on is the importance of the child's earlier experiences and relations, the foster homes attitude and approach, the social service organization and the cooperation between these concerned parties. We have also looked at the importance that the relation between the biological family, the child and the foster home can have. This study has been carried out using qualitative interviews with several foster homes, social welfare secretaries and a researcher in the area. We have also chosen to separate the foster homes on the basis of two foster homes only accepting teenagers while other accepting younger children.The theoretical concepts we have chosen to use are connected to attachment theory and the ecology of human development point of view.

AbstractSocial welfare workers employed in the same county base their assessments on the same laws, routines and guidelines, yet it seems that they sometimes come to different decisions. It's the discretion that enables the social workers to make individualized decisions adapted to each clients unique situation.The purpose of this paper is to examine social welfare workers reflections on discretion and what influences their discretion in the professional role.Six qualitative interviews were conducted with social welfare workers in three communitys i the middle of Sweden.The main result shows that it is primarily four factors that affect the social welfare workers discretion in the professional role :External factors such as other organizations change of regulations and cooperation with other organizations.Organizational factors such as routines, rules and guidelines .Professional factors such as the opportunity to use experience and professionalknowledge to determine which measure works in different situations.Individual factors like the workers ability for initiative and the clients individualcircumstances. Social welfare workers feel that they have a relatively wide discretion in their profession. They believe they have the ability to make individual evaluations of each client, however they also believe that their discretion often is limited by lack of time.Key words: social welfare workers, clients, discretion, assessments. .
