Bakgrund och problem: Sedan år 2005 har flertalet fastighetsföretag i Sverige valt attvärdera sina förvaltningsfastigheter till verkligt värde, istället för till anskaffningsvärde. Ettverkligt värde skulle kunna vara mer relevant än ett historiskt anskaffningsvärde eftersomdetta är mera aktuellt, och därmed ger en bättre bild av tillgångens ekonomiska värde. Dettaskulle kunna innebära att en mer rättvisande ekonomisk bild ges och att informationen i definansiella rapporterna därmed utgör ett mera relevant beslutsunderlag för investerare.Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka om införandet av IAS 40 i Sverige har letttill en ökad värderelevans för informationen i de finansiella rapporterna. Vidare att fåförståelse kring hur förhållandet mellan börsvärde och eget kapital, samt det redovisaderesultatet har påverkats av de nya redovisningsreglerna.Avgränsningar: Uppsatsen behandlar enbart svenska fastighetsbolag som inneharförvaltningsfastigheter och som har varit börsnoterade under hela den studerade perioden.Enbart renodlade fastighetsbolag ingår i uppsatsen, det vill säga vars huvudsakliga tillgångarutgörs av förvaltningsfastigheter. Vidare ingår enbart svenska börsnoterade koncerner iunderlaget, alltså inte onoterade koncerner som frivilligt upprättar sin koncernredovisningenligt IRFS.Metod: Uppsatsen bygger på en kvantitativ metod, vilket innebär att statisk information harsamlats in.

Ett sätt för dematt göra detta är att tillämpa synsättet som kallas ?Open Innovation?, alltså att man tar hjälp av intressenter utanför företaget för att bli mer innovativa. This study aims to examine how social workers, in the Swedish social services, perceive and interpret LVU § 3 from a gender perspective. In total eight social workers participated in the study, attending interviews based on a vignette. From a gender perspective we wanted to found out how the social workers define "other socially destructive behaviour" and understand their thoughts about this subject. Moreover, we aimed to see if social workers perceive any differences between boys and girls behaviour. Based on several theories, two gender theories and concepts we have analysed our result from the interviews.

Genom regeringens satsning Matlandet Sverige har Sametinget fått medel för att satsa på den samiska maten. Satsningarna har bidragit till att placera den samiska maten på den svenska matkartan, men en tydlig och gemensamt förankrad framtidsstrategi för den samiska maten har saknats. Denna examensuppsats för Agronomprogrammet med landsbygdsutveckling som inriktning ämnar skapa en bild av vad den samiska maten är för samerna, samt hur samerna i framtiden ska marknadsföra och profilera maten. Samer är Europas enda ursprungsbefolkning och en stor del av deras identitet kretsar kring rennäringen och den traditionella kulturen kring renen. Exploateringar och det instrumentella samhället hotar rennäringen och samernas traditionella leverne. Sápmi är en gastronomisk region med stark terroir i maten, vilket betyder att maten bär på ursprung, historia, platsbundenhet och kultur.

A social intranet is an information and communication channel that is relatively new. There is still a small amount of research done around social intranet and what it is, and also on what organizations and their members may benefit from using such an intranet. Therefore, this paper was written with the purpose to em-phasize the reasons, possibilities and difficulties of implementing and using a so-cial intranet. With interview as method we took part of the experiences and views on social intranet from a number of organizations that are using or is about to establish a social intranet, and also from companies who deliver the service. Through the use of previous research in organizational communication, we then analysed the responses we received from our respondents.

The objective of this thesis was to study how parents of adult drug addicts experience their contact with the social welfare office, what elements affected the parents degree of satisfaction with the contact with the social welfare office, and whether the contact meant any help for them. Six parents of adult drug addicts were interviewed..

The aim of this study is to better understand the Swedish concept of ?förebyggande socialt arbete?, preventive social work. I have conducted eleven qualitative interviews with different key persons and skaters, together with participant observation. During the process of analyzing the material I have used Randall Collins´ concepts of interaction ritual chains together with Jean Laves and Etienne Wengers concept of situated learning. The answers could be split up in three areas, first those who regard prevention work as building good things for the future.

Undersökningen är riktat mot vårdanställda och reseledare då tidigare undersökning påvisat samband mellan social trötthet och reseledare. Undersökningen är av en kvantitativ metod i form av en enkät. Denna enkät skickades ut till sammanlagt 110 personer i service branschen (vårdanställda och reseledare).

Today, we can see that social navigation is embedded in different kinds of websites, but there is still little support for social navigation in the web browser. Our main concern has been how we construct a tool that fills this hole in the web browser. By letting the theory, the prototype and the focus group serve as input/output to each other we could create a better overview of how the different pieces were intertwined. This has been a crucial mental model for us to obtain since it has helped us to understand how we could realize the theory through our prototype and thereby come to the conclusion of what aspects of the theory that we should put forward to further development. After constructing the prototype we thought that it would support social navigation, but realized after analyzing the discussion of the focus group that we are not there yet.

Uppsatsen behandlar Economic Value Added som ett värderingsverktyg för företag. EVA är först och främst ett internt styrmedel och prestationsmått, framtagen av konsultfirman Stern & Stewart. Modellen har dock börjat nämnas mer och mer i värderingssammanhang. Enkelt uttryckt bygger EVA på att ge aktieägare och långivare en skälig avkastning på deras satsade kapital. Räcker inte företagets avkastning till detta ändamål har ej en acceptabel prestationsnivå uppnåtts.

What Places Adolescents and Adults, Respectively, in Need of Social Assistance? A Qualitative Study of How Social Workers Whom Administrate Financial Assistance for Adolescents and Adults, Respectively, Describe Reasons Behind the Need of Social Assistance Amongst Their ClientsThe purpose of this essay was to study and compare how social workers whom administrate social assistance for adolescents and adults, respectively, describe reasons behind the need of social assistance amongst their clients. This was done due to the use of qualitative interviews with a total of six social workers. Of these six, three administrated social assistance for adolescents while the other three did the same for adults. Prior research of poverty attribution greatly inspired this essay.

The purpose of this essay was to examine and compare what attitudes Swedish and Belgian social workers may have towards residential care and foster care for children and young people. To answer the purpose eight qualitative interviews with four Swedish and four Belgian social workers were made. The results were analyzed by theory of organization and professional acting space. The results of the study show that the social workers in both countries preferred foster care, especially for small children, and that the Swedish social workers had a more negative attitude towards residential care than the Belgian social workers. Even though the Belgian social workers preferred foster care, they found themselves forced to choose residential care due to lack of available foster care facilities, something that did not seem to affect the Swedish social workers.

The Swedish welfare organisation is built on the fact that the legislation gives the municipalities and social workers guidance and direction how to assess cases. Through out this the clients have right to be assessed both equally and individually. How is this done? The purpose of this paper was to examine the effect of the organisation referred to the social workers ability to discretion and the evaluation of the assessment in first time applications of social assistant cases. The purpose was also to look for variations in decisions and if these could be explained out of organisational and assessment effects.

The aim of our study is to explore social workers view on the importance of clothing. We want to know how and if social worker reflects on the importance of their clothing and how it may affect their clients. Dresses social workers differently due to different work situations? Play client`s clothes any role in the social welfare officers? Can client`s clothing affect the assessment of their problem?The study is based on a qualitative method. The data consists of two focus group interviews with four social workers in each group, containing three women and one man in each focusgroup, with a total of eight informants.The results of our study indicate that the clothes are important in meeting with clients and especially as to help create a relationship with the client.
