Purpose: The purpose of the essay is; to explain and clarify how the company is acting to lead members in social media to achieve valuable external communication. The authors believe that it is important to act with credibility and quality in social media, to accomplish long lasting relationships. When employees communicate with consumers their conduct is relevant to the company's credibility.Methodology: An inductive approach has been used for the empirical data collection since the authors have been studying the reality without existing theories. A qualitative research method has been used for collecting the empirical material. Primary data was collected from telephone interviews with seven companies, active in social media.Conclusions: The study shows that the power of employees? can be used when designing strategies for social media.

I denna uppsats undersökte vi, inom ämnet sinnesmarknadsföring, dofters inverkan på produktuppfattning. Sinnesmarknadsföring har som mål att skapa en positiv och lojal relation mellan varumärket och kunden med hjälp av sinnena. Syftet med vår uppsats var att utifrån befintlig forskning samt ett egenutformat experiment, undersöka dofters inverkan på produktuppfattning och därmed potential som marknadsföringsmedel. Vi ville dels undersöka detta samband för dofter generellt, och dels för dofter som dessutom är produktrelaterade. Vi ville även lyfta fram eventuella svårigheter med att genomföra experiment inom detta område, baserat på vår egen undersökning.

Bakgrund: Multipel skleros (MS) är en autoimmun sjukdom som påverkar kroppen på många olika sätt, både fysiskt och psykiskt. Sjukdomsförloppet är individuellt och sjukdomen har en stor inverkan på de drabbades dagliga liv.  Syfte: Syftet med studien var att belysa hur livssituationen påverkas av att drabbas av och att leva med skovvis Multipel skleros.Metod: I denna litteraturstudie användes PubMed och Cinahl i eftersökningen av artiklar. 10 stycken kvalitativa artiklar valdes ut, kvalitetsgranskades och analyserades med inspiration av innehållsanalys.Resultat: Analysen resulterade i tre huvudkategorier med åtta underkategorier som tillsammans visar på att multipel skleros är en diagnos som till stora delar förändrar tillvaron och identiteten hos personer som drabbas. Att få diagnosen kan leda till både negativa och positiva reaktioner hos den som får diagnosen och det dagliga livet präglas av osäkerhet inför framtiden.Slutsats: MS är en sjukdom som påverkar hela människan och den är mycket individuell, men övergripande är osäkerheten inför framtiden.

In November 2006 and July 2007, changes were made to the Social Services Law and the Criminal Injuries Law, defining children who have witnessed domestic violence as crime victims. The objective of our study is to examine if these changes have affected how social workers responsible for child protection inquiries interact with children who have witnessed domestic violence, and to what extent these children?s need of support are taken into account. Qualitative interviews have been carried out with five social workers, with the aim to evaluate how they meet and become aware of these children. Our problem-formulation is based upon the question how social services implement the recent changes to the law.

Syftet med föreliggande undersökning var att identifiera faktorer som bidrog till känslan av "yrkesstolthet" hos anställda vid Försäkringskassan Dalarna inkluderande personalens tillfredsställelse med yrkesrollen. Sammanlagt 163 personer, 123 kvinnor och 40 män, från 25 till 66 år (X= 49,8 år) deltog i undersökningen. Denna genomfördes med hjälp av General Nordic Questionnaire for Psychological and Social Factors at Work (QPS Nordic) inkluderande 123 frågor samt 9 frågor gällande yrkesrollen. Frågorna besvarades väsentligen med hjälp av en 5-gradig skala av Likert-typ. Huvudresultatet uträknades med hjälp av Cronbachs Alpha, Principal Component Analysis och multipel regressionsanalys.

Aim: The aim was to describe adult patients quality of life after cardiac arrest and resuscitation with CPR. Method: A literature overview based on eight scientific articles and one master thesis. Results: The result is presented in three categories, physical, psychological and social quality of life. Sleeping disorders, fatigue and low energy level affected the physical quality of life in a negative way. The psychological quality of life was often impaired the first time after the cardiac arrest, to be improved over time.

The purpose of this essay has been to examine how the city of Helsingborg´s prevention of alcohol and drug use among youths is laid out. It has been of special interest to examine the youth centers (after school programs) preventive work with youths and its effects on frequency of alcohol and narcotics use among youths.The people we have interviewed are all involved in the three organizations: the youth centers, schools, and social services. The results showed that the youth center staff does not think that they work actively preventive against alcohol and narcotics. On the other hand, the staff at the youth centers points out that just keeping the youths in the neighbourhood and making them involved in the activities at the youth center, is preventary work. The staff at the social services points out that it is not the facilities that is part of the preventive work but the activities and the skill of the staff that is improtant for the youths..

The purpose of this study was to examine how a local newspaper, Landskrona Posten, describes the youth that commit crimes. More specifically the aim was to see what kind of discourse the newspaper had about the young criminal and to see if that picture could create and confirm stereotypes. The theory and method used in the study is a discourse analysis. The study was based on nearly seventy articles that were published in Landskrona Posten in 2006. Three items were identified in the newspaper's description of the youth.

Worldwide result over internetusers show that Sweden internet users comes at third place. The technological development has been explosive. The aim of this thesis is to examine collaborative tagging as a potential asset to libraries by a review of 10 social bookmarking sites and their features, and a discussion of these features? possible use when the environment changes from the web to a library. Previous research on collaborative tagging is presented, as well as overviews of social bookmarking, folksonomies and the concept of Web 2.0 and Library 2.0. The study itself is presented as a walkthrough of common features and how they work, followed by a schematic overview of which sites have which features. Finally each site is presented in a more detailed manner.
