Family centres are established to serve families with children and the personnel usually consists of units of social-workers, preschool staff, paediatric nurses and midwives. The purpose of the study was to examine the social-workers preventive work with families at the family centre. To fulfil the purpose, a qualitative interview with five social-workers was conducted. The theoretical framework referred to attachment and empowerment theory. The results of the study showed that the main part of the work consists of giving advice and support to parents.

Syftet med detta examensarbete är att titta på hur lärare motiverar och inkluderar sina elever i matematikundervisningen. Vi tittar vidare på elevernas syn på undervisningen och vilka faktorer som gör dem motiverade i ämnet matematik. Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ undersökning med semistrukturerad intervjumetod där både lärare och elever intervjuats. Studien visar att elevers motivation ofta styrs av elevers förkunskaper samt av läraren och lärarens förhållningssätt och undervisningsmetoder..

Syfte: Syftet med studien var att kartlägga och analysera åtgärder med hjälp av diskursanalys i åtgärdsprogram skrivna i gymnasieskolan. Studien handlade dels om att beskriva hur åt-gärderna är formulerade, dels om att diskutera vilka följder åtgärderna kan få för elevens lärande och huruvida de leder till inkludering av en elev i behov av särskilt stöd, samt vilka specialpedagogiska perspektiv man kan se i åtgärderna. Teori: Som teoretisk kunskapsansats användes det sociokulturella perspektivet på lärande. I detta perspektiv är lärande något som uppstår i samspel mellan individen och kollektivet. Språket blir betydelsefullt eftersom det är genom detta man kommunicerar med sin omgivning och det är individens viktigaste instrument för att förstå och interagera med sin omvärld.

Syftet med studien är att belysa upplevelser och erfarenheter hos elever med fysiskfunktionsnedsättning samt hos idrottslärare som arbetar dessa elever. Studien har även syftet attställa dessa delstudier mot varandra. Då varken läroplanen eller lärarutbildning ger något konkretstöd hur man ska bemöta dessa elever i undervisningen i idrott och hälsa så vill vi belysa dennafråga med följande studie. Även Skolinspektionenrapporterar att skolor i Sverige har stora svårigheter med att anpassa lärandemiljön efter enskildaelevers behov samt att lärare förlitar sig på att eleverna själva tar ett eget ansvar att informera omsina svårigheter.

Social insatsgrupp är en strukturerad samverkan mellan i första hand polis, socialtjänst och skola med målen att förhindra nyrekrytering av ungdomar till kriminella grupperingar samt att underlätta avhopp från kriminella grupperingar. I examensarbetet har jag undersökt vad begreppetunga i riskzonen innebär för professionella från polis och socialtjänst i social insatsgrupp i Södertälje kommun. Södertälje kommun är en av de tolv kommuner där Rikspolisstyrelsen inrättat pilotverksamheten social insatsgrupp på uppdrag av regeringen. The aim of this study was to describe how male social workers who work in the section for children and family in one municipality in southern Sweden, experience that their gender influences their daily work. The main focus is to understand what it means to be a man in the social services department. The first research question was how the male social workers experienced how their gender influenced their contact with children and parents in terms of possibilities and obstacles. The second research question was how the male social workers experienced how their gender influenced their working place in terms of possibilities and obstacles. The third research question was how the male social workers experienced that their gender affected the work with women colleagues.

The purpose with the essay was to study the school and the social welfare personnel respectively along with their perspectives and views on their collaboration in the work with socially exposed children and how the collaboration was formed.To get answers to my questions, I interviewed three teachers and three social welfare secretaries. The questions and the analysis were divided into themes: the collaboration between school and social services now and in the future, development of collaboration, and facilitation and difficulties.When analysing the interviews I found a consensus in some questions. All interviewed agreed on the importance of collaboration for the welfare of the child through continuous meetings. The relationship and dialogue between school and social services was vital. Both teachers and social welfare secretaries found it essential not to be seen as a hidden authority.

I augusti 2013 talades det mycket i nyheterna om elever med läs- och skrivsvårigheter och hur pengar till specialundervisning för dessa elever dragits in av Stockholms kommun. Efter dessa nyheter började tankar komma kring hur lärarna nu i skolorna skulle stödja och utveckla dessa elever i den ordinarie undervisningen, då läroplan för grundskola, förskoleklass och fritidshem (2011) säger att miljön skall anpassas till eleverna. Mot bakgrund av denna problematik har denna studie bedrivits med syfte att, utifrån fyra klasslärares undervisningspraktik undersöka, om och i så fall hur inkludering sker för elever med läs- och skrivsvårigheter i årkurs två. För att belysa detta syfte användes en kvalitativ metodansats där fyra klasslärare intervjuades om deras syn på inkludering och hur de såg på detta begrepp i förhållande till sin undervisning med elever med läs- och skrivsvårigheter. Även två lektionsobservationer gjordes hos varje klasslärare för att ta reda på om och i så fall på vilket sätt det fanns en inkluderande undervisning.

The purpose of this essay was a follow-up of four female drug abusers with several mental problems ten years after my initial meeting with them at Korsaröds Behandlingshem. Using a qualitative method and interviews with the women, knowledge was obtained regarding their current vital conditions and their subjective experiences of the treatment at Korsaröd. Their perspective on the ethical as well as their desired relationship with staff within social services was also accounted for. When contacted the women lived a content and drug free life in their own flats. The women stayed at Korsaröd approximately five years, and they said that without the treatment they would not be alive today.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how teachers work with Autism pupils in two different schoolforms: a traditional elementary school and a language school. How do teachers in the language unit prepare, plan and implement their reading and writing instruction to Autism pupils? 3.

This study discloses the responsibility of social work for the Swedish welfare state respective deacons in the Swedish protestant church, which roll the Swedish protestant church have in the existent welfare and also if deacons experience any expectations and how these expectations in that case are expressed.The aim of this study was to investigate the relationbetween deacons working within the Swedish protestant church and social work, as it appears for professional deacons. The method of investigating the questions raised by the aim of this study has been qualitative analysis of answers derived from six deacons working in different workplaces. The data derived from these interviews was then analysed through the theory of Gösta Esping-Andersen about welfare states and also through background research and earlier science research about the social work within the Swedish protestant church and other social work. The result of the study show that the welfare state in Sweden has the comprehensive responsibility for the citizens. Deacons working within the Swedish protestant church does not have the same responsibility.

We live in a society that has changed rapidly in recent years. The Swedish welfare state identity consisted of structures that had been formed from an emancipatory project. Today, these structures seem to have been erased and replaced by a different form of society. When a society is changing it affects the political, social and economic levels.In this social change Social Democracy seems to have lost its hegemonic position in society and describes itself as standing in a crisis. An effort to modernize the party has therefore begun.

The aim with this thesis was to study how primary school teachers perceive their mission in working with inclusive education. The aim was also to study their thoughts and experience of the Special education support. To conduct the inquiry twelve primary school teachers from two different communities in Sweden were asked to give their views of inclusive education. The central issues was how the primary school teachers interprets the concept of inclusion, the opportunities and obstacles they perceived and how the Special education support was formed in the work with inclusion in their schools. The result shows that the majority part of the primary teachers interprets the concept as a spatial or social inclusion.

This thesis concerns the subject of social media in the internal communication, how it can function to improve the communication among the coworkers. Good Old has been the web agency of our case study, through them we have gained understanding of the phenomenon. Media and communication theories and interviews have given us the foundation of the thesis.Our conclusion shows that it is beneficial to use social media internally in the type of company that Good Old is.
