Sociala spel pÄ arbetsplatsen : En kvalitativ studie om sociala spels pÄverkan pÄ arbetsplatsrelationer
Social games have become a digital phenomenon over the last few years, affecting a lot of peoples everyday life. This paper focuses on how social games can affect workplace relationships. Through qualitative interviews I investigate how people who play with their colleagues experience the social games and their influence on the social interaction in the workplace. 10 interviews were carried out with people from four different organizations. The findings from these interviews were then put in relation to previous research and existing theories concerning workplace relationships and social games.

This research outlines studies about the relationship between social integration process of Japanese immigrants in Sweden and how social media assists in this process. The purpose of this research includes: To find out the reasons of migration to Sweden for six Japanese immigrants, any difficulties that they faced at the beginning of their immigration process and/or any positive qualities that they found in living in Sweden, whether they have accessed social media since they have moved in, if they do so, how the social media has been used and also, whether the social media has had a role to play in contributing to help their social integration process. In addition, it has been considered whether the participants have plans to return to Japan. In Sweden, there is relatively small Japanese migrant population. This social science research paper is the first in Sweden which explores the immigration process of Japanese migrants into Sweden.
Social kompetens - What?s the point? : En kvalitativ studie om hur begreppet anvÀnds inom bemanningsbranschen.
The term ?social competence? is widely used by organizations in job advertisements, despite the problems of making a unified definition of it. The purpose of this study is to investigate which features the organizations require, why organizations require them and how the assessment is implemented for recruitment. To answer the purpose of this study, eight qualitative interviews conducted with recruiters from four different staffing agencies. Further a literature study was performed to define the concept of ?social competence? and its meaning, in order to later connect this to the result.

A Social Enterprise is a business that features a mixture of characteristics that originates from the third and private sector. A general conception of Social Enterprises is that they aim to improve social welfare by the use of sustainable business models. The mixture of social and business features has created ambiguity about how to define Social Enterprises. The purpose of this study is to clarify Swedish Social Enterprises as a phenomenon and to examine antagonism that arises from mixing the two different sets of organisational characteristics. This is achieved by conducting a qualitative study of ten Swedish companies that the market considers to be Social Enterprises.

"SÄ lÀnge man kan motivera ett beslut": en vinjettstudie av variation i bedömning om ekonomiskt bistÄnd
The purpose of this study was to examine divergences in assessments of social assistance in one big and one small social welfare office in the municipalities of Malmö. To examine this we used a qualitative method. We held interviews with social workers and their superiors. At the end of the interviews with the social workers we presented two vignettes, describing different cases of first time applications of social assistance. The social workers was asked to assess whether the application should be granted or not, and motivate their decisions.
Ungdomar och social integration i Malmö: En kvantitativ och kvalitativ studie om ungdomars upplevelser av och syn pÄ social integration i deras vardag
This paper examines, through questionnaire, how young students in upper secondary school in Malmo experience social integration. It also contain what they think should be done in order to improve the integration between youth that are ethnic Swedish and youth that have a foreign background. To understand the subject we started with a review over Swedish integration politic and its influence over Malmo and social integration in the country. We have used such theoretical starting points as identity and ethnicity in relations to the social surroundings, social affinity theory and flexible mindedness, making of groups among youth and factors to promote social integration. Our conclusion is that the experience of social integration between the two groups depends on how you experience yourself.

Social enterprises make up one of the groups of participants that provide welfare services financed by public funding. The object of this study is to describe and analyze from a theoretical point of view which conditions, in what fields, by which division of responsibility and finally through what decisions these social enterprises are allocated a place in the market for social welfare services. The company that has been the object of study offers services in the field of social welfare and in employment. In the study a triangulation of qualitative methods has been used: studies of literature on the subject, recurrent interviews and observations and also reviews of documents. The results have been analyzed from theories on the space available on the market for social services, on social economy and on social capital in the form of strong, weak and bridging bonds.
"Förut visste jag inte riktigt vem jag var..." : Om projektet Ungbos betydelse för ungdomar och socialsekreterare i Kalmar kommun
The purpose of this essay was to examine what Ungbo in Kalmar has meant for the adolescent from their point of view and to examine the social workers opinions of Ungbo.My questions were: What expectations did the adolescent and the social workers have on Ungbo? How has these expectations been fulfilled? What expectations does the social workers think the adolescents has on Ungbo? How is the impact of involvement for the adolescents when planning the living environment in Ungbo? What changes has Ungbo brought to the adolescent? What changes has Ungbo brought in the work of the social workers? What does Ungbo mean for the adolescent? What does Ungbo mean for the social workers and what experiences does the social workers have on the importance of Ungbo for the adolescents? How has the teamwork been working around the adolescent during the time at Ungbo?The questions were answered by asking four adolescents and two social workers with their experiences of Ungbo. My study showed that Ungbo was of importance for the adolescents that has been a part of the project, but it is also important in the work of the social workers. The adolescents noticed a change in them selves after their stay in Ungbo. The social workers were positive to Ungbo but they felt a need for others resembling activities in Kalmar..
Studie om pedagogers syn pÄ lekens betydelse i undervisningen för den sociala utvecklingen av barn med autism
The aim of this study is to examine educationalists experiences of play as an educational toolin the work to promote the social development in children with autism.The relevant issue, for this study, is: In what way does an educationalist work with play withchildren with autism? What are the results of using play in the educational work? What arethe possibilities and what are the obstacles in using play in educational work?This study has been carried out as a study of literature in the field and qualitative interviewswith five educationalists that are working in a mid Swedish county.The result of the study shows that educationalists have a positive view of using play in theirwork and are using play in varying ways in their everyday work. Using play as a method intheir work always happens according to the ability and condition of the child. They (theeducationalists) think that play has great opportunity and advance as a method and gives thechildren joy, increase their sense of ability, the base for the social participation in play, andthe development of social skills.There is a certain hesitation among educationalists when it comes to using play as a methodfor children with autism , but the most of the educationalists consider play as promoting thesocial development although the development always will happen at the pace(rate)of thechild..
FörstÄelse för hÄllbar utveckling ur ett elevperspektiv
Syftet med vÄr undersökning var att se i vilken grad eleverna har förstÄelse för begreppet hÄllbar utveckling. DÄ hÄllbar utveckling Àr ett mycket vitt begrepp har vi avgrÀnsat oss till att behandla den konflikt som uppstÄr mellan ekonomiska, sociala och miljömÀssiga synvinklar i hÄllbar utveckling. Vi ville Àven undersöka om eleverna visar att de har handlingskompetens i miljöfrÄgor. För att uppnÄ detta genomförde vi en enkÀtundersökning pÄ tvÄ skolor i Norrbotten samt att vi intervjuade ett urval av dessa elever. VÄr undersökning visade att eleverna visade förstÄelse för konflikten i hÄllbar utveckling men dÀremot kunde vi inte se om de hade nÄgon större handlingskompetens..
Medarbetarsamtal i grupp: en kvalitativ studie om individers förutsÀttningar för utveckling
Medarbetarsamtal i grupp Àr ett relativt nytt och outforskat Àmne. Den hÀr uppsatsen undersöker fenomenet medarbetarsamtal i grupp, och bygger pÄ en fallstudie gjord pÄ Pilkington i Halmstad. Syftet var att med utgÄngspunkt i medarbetarnas upplevelser analysera vilka förutsÀttningar för individens utveckling som skapas i medarbetarsamtal i grupp. För att uppnÄ syftet genomfördes en kvalitativ undersökning med hjÀlp av semistrukturerade intervjuer med sex medarbetare som alla hade haft medarbetarsamtal i grupp.Resultaten pekar mot att de förutsÀttningar som ges för individens utveckling i medarbetarsamtal i grupp pÄ Pilkington i mÄnga avseenden inte lever upp till förvÀntningarna. Det visade sig att feedback, reflektion, mÄlsÀttning, attityder och uppriktighet pÄ olika sÀtt bildar förutsÀttningar för individens utveckling i medarbetarsamtal i grupp.
Social Engineering : En studie om medvetenhet och förebyggande Ă„tgĂ€rder mot Social Engineering pĂ„ svenska organisationerÂ
Abstrakt Social Engineering Àr konsten att manipulera mÀnniskor, för att pÄ sÄ sÀtt vinna deras förtroende. Med hjÀlp av detta förtroende kan attackeraren sedan kringgÄ sÀkerhetssystem och fÄ tillgÄng till organisationers information. Vi har i denna uppsats genomfört elva intervjuer pÄ tre stora organisationer med bÄde IT-chefer och övrig personal. Med dessa intervjuer har vi sedan försökt fÄ en bild av hur medvetenheten ser ut samt vilka ÄtgÀrder organisationerna tar för att förhindra Social Engineering. Med denna uppsats vill vi belysa den ovisshet som rÄder kring Social Engineering, men Àven farorna och hur effektiv en attack av denna typ kan vara.

The aim of this essay was to investigate how social workers, within chosen Social services districts in the northwest of SkÄne, work with children placed in foster care. Our purpose was to investigate the interaction between the child and the foster home from the perspective of the Ecology of Human Development. Our questions were:* How do the social worker prepare the child and the foster home before a placement?* What kind of support is offered to the foster home with the purpose of supporting the child?* How do the social worker make the childs contact with the biological parents easier?* To what degree does the social worker work on strengthening the child's network?* Which factors do the social worker decide the allocation of support?* What do the social worker think affects the work with the foster home from a society level?To answer our question we have interviewed nine social workers. We found that the social workers were generally good at perceiving how the micro- and meso-systems, and to a certain extent the exo-system, influenced the foster child.
