In autumn in 2010 the project group came in contact with the travel company Golf Joy in Halmstad. They had been briefed on the problems of their customers had when they travel with their golf bags and contacted Halmstad University for help in solving this problem. When we heard about this idea, we became curious and contacted the company. After a successful meeting, we took the problem with us to the school and began to brainstorm to see how we could solve the problem. The goal was to produce a stylish and functional travel golf bag with the cart and bag in one and launch it in the golf season in 2012.

I en målstyrd verksamhet är det av största vikt att målen är rätt utformade för att verksamheten ska fungera så effektivt som möjligt.Vägverket har sedan år 2000 använt sig av styrkortsmodellen. Syftet med vår uppsats är att undersöka hur Vägverket arbetar med framtagande av styrkortsmål. Vi utvärderar denna process genom att titta på vilka konsekvenser som kan uppstå beroende på vilken nivå i organisationen styrkortsmål utformas, samt hur Vägverket kan säkerställa att optimala mål formuleras. För att kunna svara på dessa frågeställningar har vi intervjuat nyckelpersoner på tre av sju regioner och på Vägverkets huvudkontor.Vår slutsats är att Vägverkets ansvarsfördelning i styrkortsmodellen är en blandning av top-down och bottom-up, vilket vi anser är en bra fördelning. Huvudkontoret är de som har en helhetsbild av vad som är viktigt för hela Vägverket och utifrån detta formulerar de övergripande mål.

This report brings up the question - ?Is BIM profitable when planning a single-family home??.The methodology for finding the answer to this question is firstly to state the definitions of BIMand the company that is projecting by using the BIM-model. The answer is then obtained byanalyses of the factors of profitability with respect to: time, opportunity of revision, problemvisualization, preference adjustments and energy. A BIM-model has been made simultaneously asthe writing has proceeded to get a perception of how a BIM-model really matters for the analysis.The analysis shows that the answer for the question depends on further factors. The factors thatare mostly discussed are the company?s intentions and the complexity of the house.

This is accomplished through a comparison between the platforms and by considering the possible areas of use for the mobile platforms based on experiences from companies and research in the area.For a company with the intent to deliver services that use mobile platforms, it is important to be able to combine expertise and resources to effectively attract customers. The mobile platforms will, if applied right, give great possibilities in industrial applications as a cost-effective alternative for both hardware and software solutions for businesses, which provides an opportunity to sell services to both established and new clients.

The objective of this thesis was to get more knowledge before an alternation of generations. In theses I have chose to make two drawings, one for dairy cows and one for cattle rearing. The drawings are made for a future alternation of generations at my parental home in the province Dalarna. The results are made out of educational visits at different farms and literature investigations. Those dairy farms who I visited had different milking system at each farm and the cattle farm I visited had beef production. The farms are placed in the middle and south of Sweden. At 1998 the Swedish Board of Agriculture decided to change the stall breadth and stall length and the result of this is that many farmers had to rebuild their cattle- and dairy buildings or end farming..

Syftet med studien är att undersöka och förstå hur nyanlända barn samspelar med andra barn i leken när de inte talar språket och hur börjar de lära/utveckla majoritets språket (svenska). För att genomföra min undersökning har jag gjort kvalitativa observationer under två olika perioder: förstudie, minietnografisk studie. Efteråt gjorde jag stimulated recall intervju där jag hade samtal med pedagogerna och jämförde mina upplevelser angående barns beteende och utveckling med deras. Jag har spelat in samtalet med hjälp av en smart phone och sedan transkriberade. Resultatet visar att nyanlända barn i början oftast använder sig av kroppsspråk, blickar, mimik, imitationer och olika ljud för att göra sig förstådda när de samspelar med andra barn i leken. Jag kom i min undersökning också fram till att det tar tid för att nyanlända barn ska utveckla sociala relationer med andra barn och det beror mycket på hur mycket stödd de får från vuxna. Vidare visar resultatet att språkutvecklingen hos nyanlända barn beror mycket på pedagogernas engagemang, respekt till barnets språk, bakgrund och erfarenheter samt pedagoger som behärskar barnets språk och kan kommunicera med barnet på ett mer betydelsefullt sätt..

Idag äger den större delen av befolkningen i Sverige en smartphone, som är en blandning av telefoner och datorer. Med en smartphone är det enkelt att vara ständigt uppkopplad och på så sätt hålla kontakt med människor. Det leder till att vi lever i ett samhälle där vi sällan missar någonting.I den här undersökningen har vi med hjälp av fokusgrupper och observationer tagit del av hur studenters mobilbeteende ser ut. Det insamlade materialet har därefter analyserats för att kunna kartlägga resultatet och på så sätt få ett svar i frågan om hur dagens mobilbeteende bland studenter ser ut. Tre fokusgrupper och tio timmars observation har genomförts.

Detta examensarbete har gjorts som avlutning på civilingenjörsprogrammet Ergonomisk Design och Produktion med inriktning Design vid Luleå Tekniska Universitet och omfattar 20 poäng. Arbetet utfördes mot Electrolux Home Products och behandlar uppgiften förenklad handtagsmontering på kyl- och frysskåp.Electrolux Home Products i Mariestad utvecklar och tillverkar kyl- och frysskåp. I samband med monteringen av handtag har man problem med att skador uppstår på dörrarna. Med dagens monteringsmetod händer det att montören slinter och repar skåpet.Syftet med examensarbetet är attundersöka vilka alternativ det finns till dagens handtagsmontering och ta fram en lösning som gör det enklare att montera handtaget. Electrolux har som önskemål ett snäppfäste som är enkelt att montera utan verktyg.Arbetet har utförts med Systematisk problembehandling som huvudsaklig metod och har omfattat delarna: informationsinsamling, problembestämning, problemklarläggning, idéverksamhet, idébedömning och slutförande i form av ritningar, prototyp och 3D-illustrationer.Arbetet inleddes med att undersöka hur handtagsmonteringen gick till, de ekonomiska förutsättningarna, samt vilka besparingar som kan göras med ett snäppfäste.En omfattande idéframtagning genomfördes som resulterade i 13 olika koncept som förenklar handtagsmonteringen.

The task was to deliver a solution that could be implemented in today?s production of the FH truck. To make the project successful it was most important that the end result had a high maturity level. For that reason an analysis of ergonomic, laws and regulations, and possible materials where conducted. To show that this project is profitable and can be realized a ruff cost estimated of material and tools is added to the research.

Online dating and ?People nearby applications? (PNA) has become more popular in today?s society. With PNA you can easily find people who are nearby you that you can socialize with and maybe even meet. In this paper we study the mobile application Badoo and explore how it is used for dating in clubs in Stockholm through observations that we participated in. We also had a group interview with five Badoo users about their usage of the application.

Studien har utgått från två på förhand troliga dilemman. Det ena dilemmat utgår från skolverkets timplan i förhållande till ämnets kursplan. Problematiken ligger i minst antal garanterade undervisningstimmar i förhållande till en omfattande kursplan.

The overall aim was to examine how the public interest to protect children from violence and sexual abuse at home, is realized by social workers. The study´s central focus was the risk assessments as Social services are obliged to do when they receive a report containing concern that children are being exposed to violence or sexual abuse at home. The study addresses the following questions:o How do social workers go about practically, and what support and knowledge is being used to determine whether the Social services need to intervene for the protection of a child?o What risk and protective factors are taken into account by social workers in the assessment process?o What contextual factors do social workers experience are affecting them in the assessment process?o Which support does the documentation system BBIC provide in the assessment process?The study material was collected through qualitative group interviews, with a modified vignette methodology as tools. The study included a total of twelve social workers, with varying numbers in each interview group.
