I nuvarande upphovsrättslagstiftning är grundtanken att ett verk är ett resultat av konstnärligt skapande och att upphovsmannen har en individuell ensamrätt till sitt verk. Ensamrätten inskränks i vissa delar, i syfte att tillgodose allmänhetens behov att utnyttja verk. Den tekniska utveckling som skett i samhället innebär nya förutsättningar för upphovsrätten. Föreslagna lagändringar strävar efter att begränsa området för tillåtlig användning av tekniska hjälpmedel vid utnyttjandet av verk. I anledning av detta förs en argumentation angående vilka värden som kan anses vara centrala för upphovsrätten.

The aim of this essay was to examine how the decision-making in LVU cases are motivated in the judicial decisions. How has the principle of whats in the best interest of the child been noticeable in these judicial decisions and how are the child's needs and the consequences for the child of the drug abuse been described? When the parents have been judged to have given a non acceptable consent, how have they been described and how has the parents described the situation?Our research is of a qualitative nature, a document analysis of judicial decisions in LVU cases. We analyzed eight court cases containing decisions from County Court, Fiscal Court of Appeal and The Supreme Administrative Court.Our results showed that parents were described in the judicial argumentation as negative stereotypes and a picture of unreliability were created. What was best for the child were not expressed in words but woven into the children's needs and in most cases the consequences of the abuse of drugs were not made clear..

The purpose of this thesis is, through both a quantitative and qualitative study, to map out how the interaction appears between the established parties and the radical right-wing party, the Sweden Democrat?s (SD) and their core issue ? immigration in the Swedish parliament. By applying analytical dimensions on the parliamentary protocols regarding the immigration issue between the years of 2010-2012 this study will get an insight on how the argumentation concerning immigration has developed since their entrance into the Swedish parliament in 2010. The result shows that SD, through the rejection treatment of the established parties, fulfilled the three conditions which accordingly to the study's theoretical framework are crucial for the party's future success. In the established parties? reception of SD regarding immigration, SD is, to a large extent, left unchallenged as the established parties rather focus on integration instead of challenge SD in the immigration issue.

The aim of the study is to examine different statements for and against regional identity in the research of the new organisation of the Swedish society. The aim is also to observe in what extend the Swedish committee of responsibility has had an awareness of the identity politics in its effort to improve the presumptions for the new, successful regional division.The questions are:1. In which ways do the opinions of the participant of the work of the committee of responsibility, coincide and differ when it comes to the importance of the regional identity in the case of a new regional division?2. How has the committee of responsibility worked on development of consciousness and mobilisation for the creation of the regional identity in its final report?A method called the argumentation analysis was used in this study.

Syftet med studien var att beskriva olika preoperativa informationssätt och hur de påverkar föräldrarnas oro i samband med att deras barn genomgår en operation i generell anestesi. Metoden har utgjorts av en litteraturstudie där datamaterialet har bestått av 15 studier, beskrivande preoperativa informationssätt. Fyra huvudgrupper av informationssätt bildades: skriftlig, visuell, verbal och preoperativa förberedelseprogram. Därefter bildades underkategorier med faktorer som påverkar informationens förutsättningar: operationer, föräldra- och/eller barnanpassad information, barnets ålder, tidpunkt för information, övrig information. Studierna visar att preoperativ information kan minska föräldrarnas oro.

I denna uppsats så tar vi upp frågan om individuell lönesättning för domare. Detta blev nyligen implementerat för Sveriges domare på initiativ av Domstolsverket. Frågan blev en konflikt då domarna ansåg att det var ett hot mot deras självständighet i den dömande verksamheten då individuell lönesättning skulle kunna vara ett verktyg för styrning. Vi har intervjuat domare och Domstolsverket och vi har gjort en argumentationsanalys av det som skrivits om frågan och jämfört parternas argumentation. Vi har även belyst frågan genom att använda Lennart Lundquists teori om demokratins väktare samt ett ramverk utvecklat av Björn Johnson om policyöversättning.

På Svenska Gymnastikförbundets begäran har detta projekt gjorts som ett koncept för dem att ha som utgångspunkt i diskussioner med såväl föreningar som politiker i frågan om gymnastikens behov av anpassade idrottsanläggningar.En användarstudie av gymnastiken, samt flera discipliner, har gjorts och stått som utgångspunkt för anläggningens utformning. Därtill har även en utvärdering av flertalet befintliga hallar som används för gymnastik gjorts för att motivera beslut gällande anpassningar som lyfter anläggningens utförande i jämförelse.Arbetet kommer ge en skriftlig rapport och en digital modell av anläggningen. Modellen presenteras i form av ritningar och visualiseringar..

Syftet med denna studie var att få djupare förståelse och kunskaper om hur skriftliga räknemetoder kan presenteras och bearbetas i matematikundervisningen. För att tillägna sig förståelse och kunskaper om detta fenomen genomfördes kvalitativa, semistrukturerade intervjuer bland lärare som har erfarenhet av att undervisa årskurs 3. Vid analysen skiljdes det relevanta ut från rådatan samt att en färgkodning skedde. Dessa sorterades och tre teman uppstod ur analysen, vilket blev grunden för resultatet. Resultatet visar att skriftlig huvudräkning och standardalgoritmer används främst men även andra räknemetoder förekommer.

Vi har undersökt vilka räknefärdigheter en grupp elever i årskurs 9 på en skola i Växjö har i addition, subtraktion, multiplikation och division. Vi har avgränsat studien till att behandla de naturliga talen och decimaltalen. De metoder, kunskaper och de svårigheter som åskådliggjorts har vi redovisat. Vi har även tagit reda på elevernas begreppsförståelse kring de fyra räknesätten. Vårt resultat bygger på en kvalitativ metod som består av ett test och två kompletterande intervjuer.

En undersökning genomfördes i en delkurs av naturkunskap, där undervisningen bedrevs genom öppna frågor. Fokus var att eleverna skulle använda sin kunskap. De fick presentera resultatet av arbetet i form av ett rollspel och genom att skriva en artikel. Syftet med arbetet var att ändra elevernas inställning till naturvetenskap, speciellt i miljöområdet.Resultatet av delkursen undersöktes med hjälp av enkäter och intervjuer. Den huvudsakliga slutsatsen var att flertalet elever upplevde naturvetenskap och miljö som mer engagerande och allmänbildande efter avslutad kurs.

The objective of this undergraduate thesis is to study the Swedish Social Democatic Party?s standpoint of the law allowing asylum seekers to choose where to live (ebo) between 1994-2009. The study?s empirical material is being based on official documents from the Swedish Parliament, which is being analyzed by a method called ?process-tracing?. A research question has been formulated to supplement the objective:What arguments has the Swedish Social Democratic Party expressed pro and con the law of ?ebo?? The study?s theoretical framwork is based on two theories which explain incentives behind parties? decision-making, strategic or ideological, on three arenas. As the law was ratified the party took a positive standpoint, but later shifted to become stricly against it.

The purpose with this essay has been to describe and understand why youth community service became a penalty in Sweden. The political discourse in which youth community service was established has been analyzed with Laclau & Mouffe´s discourse theory. A social constructivist onset and a discourse analysis were the methodological tools of the essay. The result is two folded. Youth community service was created to strengthen the constitutional state, combined with high beliefs of the social services competence.
