The aim of this thesis is to explore from a cultural diversity perspective, students 'views on teachers' leadership styles in the classroom and what style of management students prefer. The study uses a qualitative methodology to interviewed focus groups of students consisting of a total of twelve students at a secondary school in Botkyrka municipality. The corpus was divided into three different groups. Overall, results showed that students seem to prefer an intercultural situational leadership style. This is based on the students expressed need of wanting to be understood on the basis of their cultural background.

En statlig utredning har presenterat ett förslag som innebär att mindre aktiebolag ska undantas från kravet på revisor. Problemet är att försöka belysa de förändringar detta kan få för Skatteverket, hur deras arbetssätt kan tänkas komma att förändras om företagens räkenskaper nu inte kontrolleras av en utomstående revisor.Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur Skatteverket (som är en av de statliga myndigheterna vilka berörs av förslaget) tror att deras verksamhetsutövning kommer att förändras.Även om förslaget i sin helhet berör en stor mängd instanser har vi valt att fokusera på Skatteverket. En mer omfattande frågeställning skulle bli alldeles för komplex i förhållande till vad som kan förväntas av en kandidatuppsats. Vi har även valt att inte beakta den samhällsekonomiska nyttan av en utebliven revision.Uppsatsen är till stor del uppbyggd utifrån den statliga utredningen som presenterades under våren samt ett antal kompletterande intervjuer för att på det viset erhålla en mer djupgående förståelse för problemet.Reviderade företag kommer i mindre utsträckning att granskas av Skatteverket. Vi vill höja ett varningens finger för att den svenska redovisningsjäven kan komma att bli ett problem, som kan resultera i ett annorlunda utfall i Sverige kontra andra länder..

AbstractThe purpose of this bachelor thesis is to investigate whether Skatteverket?s interpretation of 3:9 and 3:10 IL is consistent with the legislator?s purpose with these rules.The bachelor thesis is written with a legal approach which seeks to use all sources of law in accordance to its legal source value.Individuals who are considered as tax residents in Sweden have the opportunity to be granted tax exemption according to the six-month-rule and the one-year-rule if the individual works abroad. If the income is taxed in the country of source and the individual has been working there for more than six months, the six-month-rule can be applicable. If the income has not been taxed in the country of source, the individual still can be granted tax exemption through the one-year-rule, but to do so he has to work in the same country for at least one year. Both rules require that the individual does not visit Sweden more than 72 days in a time span of one year.Skatteverket has, in its consideration, decided to add the 72 days on which an individual can visit Sweden with a new number of days, 24 days, which individuals can visit third countries.

Diversity of ground beetles (Col: Carabidae) in managed riparian grasslands. The carabid community in moist seminatural grasslands was studied at three different sites in mid-Sweden. Pitfall trapping was carried out during six weeks in spring and early summer 2003. Eight transects, each containing seven pitfall traps, were placed in three different management regimes, either late or continous grazing, or meadow. The species composition was analysed by ordination analyses, i.e. DCA and CCA.

In this composition we will treat issues about intercultural approach and managing diversity in Swedish municipal/public school. This survey includes several theories and conceptions as ethnicity, culture, multiplicity/managing diversity and intercultural approach/multiculturalism.We studied two different schools and their awareness concerning intercultural approach and managing diversity . The study is concentrating on two schools in two different communities. One of the schools had a greater ethnic multiplicity than the other school, and therefore, we thought, it seemed easier for them to accept an intercultural approach and managing diversity. But that was not the whole truth.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka vilken påverkan ett eventuellt avskaffande av revisionsplikten kommer att innebära för revisionsbyråer, redovisningsbyråer, banker, Skatteverket och även till viss del ur företagens synvinkel. För att uppnå vårt syfte har vi valt att göra personliga intervjuer av semistrukturerad karaktär med revisorer, redovisningskonsulter, banker, SME och Skatteverket. Vi har under studiens gång inspirerats av grounded theory och vi har även tagit del av både litteratur och debattartiklar inom området. I teoriavsnittet har vi presenterat revisorns uppgifter samt revisionens betydelse. Vi har även presenterat revisionsplikten och hur ett avskaffande skulle kunna påverka olika intressenter.

Uppsatsen avser att undersöka hur Skatteverkets kontroller av företagare går till praktiskt. Utifrån detta ska uppsatsen utreda vilka problem som finns i det praktiska arbetet som Skatteverket gör i de olika kontrollformerna. Studien bygger på en kvalitativ metod vilken valts för att få en djupare förståelse för studieämnet. Det empiriska materialet till studien har samlats in med hjälp av intervjuer med sammanlagt fem handläggare på Skatteverket. Material till den teoretiska referensramen har inhämtats från relevant litteratur och sökningar i databaser.

The name of the study means ?The short arm - a study in diversity and arm?s length in the cultural collaboration model?. Right now there is a reform in the Swedish cultural administration where the responsibility for handing out state funds and grants to cultural organizations is changing from the state government to the local regional governments. The purpose of this study is to map the organisational changes caused by the reform and investigate how this affects the regional policies concerning cultural diversity and the arm?s length principle.

AbstractIn the literature on multiculturalism and group rights there is a strong tradition that sees diversity as something directly paradoxal to unity. In this tradition, scholars put forward a view of multiculturalism as a divisive and exclusionary process which breaks down the cohesion and unity of society. Related to this notion is that of a neutral and universally valid frame of reference in which political dilemmas can be solved; for example a neutral civil sphere where the ?true essence? of society lies. In this essay I attempt to criticise these two notions.

The practice of landscape architectural involves forming the space in our cities and suburbs, as well as the landscape surrounding. The need of exploiting green environment leads up to, among other issues, flood problem during heavy rain and overfed water environments. The problem is partially caused by the shortage of knowledge, how the environment is responding of the innovations made by the city- urban planning and how to get sustainability. Research and knowledge how to take care of our environment, in a natural way, is increasing. The object of the thesis is to propose control and balance in urban wetlands, and discuss the difference a plant design can do. The thesis deals with discourses in the field of landscape architecture, biological diversity, dam construction, limnology, planting design and management, pollution of the environment and urban design practice.

Informationssäkerhet är något väldigt aktuellt i dagsläget då mer och mer information och arbetsuppgifter datoriseras. Det är därför viktigt att de som arbetar med datorer har en god informationssäkerhetsmedvetenhet. Denna studie är utförd på Skatteverkets kontor i Linköping genom främst ett antal intervjuer. Studien inriktar sig på personalens informations- säkerhetsmedvetenhet samt hur Skatteverkets åtgärder påverkar personalens informations- säkerhetsmedvetenhet.Den teoretiska referensramen byggs till största del upp av teori kring informationssäkerhet och informations- säkerhetsmedvetenhet, samt även till viss del av organisationsteori. Teorin har sedermera fått utgöra hur informationssäkerheten bör se ut, generellt sett, i en organisation.

This thesis examines the National Heritage Board in Sweden and the way they look upon themselves, the surrounding world and their mission. Methodologically it?s a discourse analysis based on poststructuralist and social constructionist thoughts. This means, simplified, that nothing is taken for granted and that power relations and ideology always matters. There is no true or distinct heritage.

Sambandet mellan redovisning och beskattning har ett flertal gånger varit under utredning om sambandet ska avskaffas. Senast under 2008 framfördes en utredning om huruvida det materiella och formella sambandet mellan redovisning och beskattning bör avskaffas. I denna uppsats visas att sambandet kan delas in i tre modeller som har olika starka samband mellan redovisning och beskattning. Var och en av modellerna har konsekvenser som påverkar svenska företag och Skatteverket. Resultatet från vår undersökning konstaterade att rättsläget för redovisningsregler och rättspraxis överstämmer med kriterierna i redovisningsmodellen där det råder ett starkt samband mellan redovisning och beskattning.

The purpose of this Master?s thesis is to investigate how diversity takes shape in children?s picture books published in Sweden. Twelve picture books, which touch the aspect of diversity in the categories of gender, ages, culture, nation, ethnicities, language, class, sexuality and functional disorder, were chosen from the Swedish National Council for Cultural Affairs catalogue for youth and children?s books 2006. They have been analysed with the conception of ikonotext and with the theory of Pierre Macherey?s image in the mirror, of how literature reflects the reality of society.
