ABSTRACTThe auditor independence is constantly being questioned while discussing whether the auditor is really independent from the client. There are also factors threatening the auditor?s independency and decreasing the legitimacy towards the auditors. One example is the long-term relationship between the auditor and the client.The analysis model is the most useful for the auditor to control his independency. Former studies show that the auditor?s judgments about the threat to independence differed among the auditors.

Abstract Pedagogisk dokumentation har blivit ett återkommande begrepp i förskolans värld de senaste åren. Lika så har Reggio Emilia filosofin blivit ett attraktivt arbetssätt både hos förskolechefer och verksamma pedagoger. Barns inflytande är ett annat hett begrepp som diskuteras. Ofta handlar det om HUR vi ska ge barnen inflytande. Ofta är det pedagogerna på småbarnsavdelningarna som har bryderier kring hur man jobbar med små barns inflytande.

Abstrakt I den här uppsatsen undersöks hur ett narrativ kan drivas inom digitala spel enbart med hjälp av spelmiljön. Syftet är att få förståelse för vad miljöberättande behärskar som en självständig form av berättande och vad författarna kan göra för att uppnå detta mål. För att undersöka problemområdet genomfördes en spelproduktion där metoder framtagna under undersökningens gång applicerades. Produktionen testades av utomstående studenter i medieteknik och resultaten sammanställdes med reflektioner kring vad som uppnåtts och de metoder som applicerats. Undersökningen beskriver arbetsprocessen och metoder och visar hur dessa kan driva ett narrativ med en spelmiljö.

AbstractFörfattaren analyserar i denna uppsats texter om kris, samhälle och säkerhet, vilka producerats och distribueratsmed stöd från Krisberedskapsmyndigheten.Författaren problematiserar att hotet om potentiella, liksom farorna med förverkligade, kriser anses vara så överhängande att en särskild myndighet inrättas med syftet att stärka hela samhällets krisberedskap. Krisberedskapsmyndighetens arbete med samhällets säkerhet betraktas i uppsatsen som en formav riskhantering varmed riskerna med krisen ska lindras eller elimineras. Med ett diskursanalytisktförhållningssätt till texterna och genom att använda governmentality-teorin söker författaren analysera hurmyndigheten beskriver dagens samhälle och dess behov av vissa politiska åtgärder. En avKrisberedskapsmyndighetens centrala uppgifter är att bistå med kunskap och stöd för initierandet av privat-offentlig samverkan. Abstract:Perennials in public areas have during the latest decades been more and more popular. This group of plants has become a more accepted komponent when creating pleasant public places, and people begin to see the functional aspects. Perennials do also give a colour- and senceexperience in a more detailed way than can be achieved with only trees and shrubs. One of the ojects of this essay is to give more examples of motives for using perennials in urban areas.Having in mind the increasing use of perennials, you can expect a growing need for better understading of how to create successfull perennial plantings. In spite of the increasing interest it is hard to find any written information in this subject.

Abstract ?The Vampire from past to present?. This essay studies and compares the early historical Vampire as it is presented in some of the Western Europe countries, primarily Greece, but also Romania and how their descriptions of the Vampire have inspired the portrait of vampires in modern films and literature. The essay aims to answer the questions:How has the historical, traditional, European Vampire developed through the centuries into the modern Vampire of today? Which original facts and perceptions about the Vampire from a Christian and pre-Christian point of view can be observed in the modern Vampire, as it is presented in the chosen films and furthermore, can any new ideas be observed in the films?By studying Vampire literature and poems throughout the centuries, a very interesting picture appears.

AbstractI vår studie har vi undersökt vad floristlärare anser om de nationella styrdokument som finns för Hantverksprogrammet. Vi har genom intervjuer med floristlärare funnit att det ses som ett problem att de är skrivna för att passa samtliga hantverksutbildningar. Detta gör att mål och kriterier är mycket generellt formulerade och tolkningsbara. Respondenterna hade gärna sett att det fanns kursmål och betygskriterier särskilt anpassade för floristutbildningen. De flesta floristlärare skriver nu på egen hand om kursmål och betygskriterier för att de bättre ska passa aktuell utbildning.Vi har också undersökt hur floristlärare uppfattar och förklarar de begrepp som är vanligt förekommande i bedömning av binderier på utbildnings-, tävlings- och gesällnivå.

AbstractWhy don't (some) regimes with formal democratic features undergo transition to democracy? Which are the internal dynamics of these regimes that can offer comprehension to this state of affairs? The main purpose of this thesis is to advance the above questions, and, on a lower level of abstraction, examine the case of Egypt. The Egyptian regime is characterized by, for instance, a multiparty-system, steps toward economic liberalization, and some level of persistent state opposition, and has been considered on the way to liberal democracy, but can still hardly be estimated as such.Thus, the thesis takes part in a theoretical framework on democratization, and further analyzes the case of Egypt on grounds of socioeconomic development, political culture, and class configuration. By this contextual approach, the thesis adduces that a low level of modernization, an incomplete democratic political culture, and a bourgeoisie supported by the state are impending significant factors. The thesis additionally remarks on the interconnection of the adopted theories, and discusses a potential need for new theoretical propositionsA secondary aim of the thesis also gives some insights into the concurrence of regime stability and the absence of democracy in, what often could be labelled, authoritarian regimes.

ABSTRACT I denna studie undersöks hur vårdpersonal inom äldreomsorgen ser på och förhåller sig till döden, och om det kan kopplas till uppfattningar om religion. Vidare studeras om det finns några föreställningar kring tiden efter döden, inom denna yrkesdomän, samt om det förekommer några särskilda rutiner och ritualer kring döden på informanternas arbetsplatser.Underlaget för undersökningen är fyra kvalitativa intervjuer, utförda på vårdpersonal, vilka arbetar inom äldreomsorgen i Halmstad kommun. Resultatet bearbetas mot bakgrund av Ariès teori om människans förhållningssätt till döden, Max Webers och Bryan Wilsons sekulariseringsteorier samt mot bakgrund av Bells ritualteori.Resultatet visar att det inom äldreomsorgen finns en dubbel hållning till död och religion. Informanternas syn på döden kan ses stå i förbindelse med deras relation till religion.  Det förekommer även en rad särskilda rutiner och ritualer i anslutning till ett dödsfall, på de arbetsplatser som inkluderas i studien.

AbstractTo take the role of another is an important and a central part of human interaction. When we take the role of another we not only learn about them but also we learn about ourselves and how we interact with other people.  Social work in this form, working with directly with families in crises, is much about understanding other people?s perspective and feelings. It is important to know the strategy of one?s work and which perspective to work from.

Abstract; Finding needs of knowledge are important for universities but also for operation in the surrounding area. Teacher, student and other organization have to make efforts to create opportunities to develop knowledge. Without cooperate/ cooperation they can loose possibilities to develop valuable knowledge. How do the organization see upon meanings of the procedures of cooperation? How do they work with and for cooperation? What role should the universities play in the development of knowledge in todays community of change? The aim of this study is to create an understanding for the meaning of cooperation procedure by developing knowledge and how it might bring value.My interest in this is to find the means of procedure of cooperation and to create understanding.

This thesis has a deductive approach, where existing theories dealing empowerment formed the basis for the design of interview substrate, which is then paired with the empirical evidence, based on this the conclusions was drawn.Result & Conclusion:What separates the different kinds of empowerment and how it affect the staff depends most of all on how the management chooses to communicate and share information with their staff.Suggestions for future research:A study regarding managers that works with different kinds of empowerment, and how that affects them, could be regarded as an interesting future research.Contribution of thesis:It shows that different kinds of empowerment affect the staff in different ways, which I made clear to the readers.Keywords:empowerment, thinking skills, relations and organizational - structure and theory.
