Uppsala Universitet: Institutionen för musikvetenskap, C-uppsats 2006.During the 1950s, Swedens musical avantgarde was mainly lead by the concert organisation Fylkingen. Some of the leading members used to belong to the Mondaygroup in the 1940s and brought a will to update and modernise Swedish music with them into Fylkingen. This resulted in a radical change in the concert programs of Fylkingen and a development that lead to the introduction of the music of Karlheinz Stockhausen in Sweden.

The purpose of this study is to provide a description of how mathematics teachers in grades 3 choose to work with mathematics and how it affects of student performance in national tests. The categories I will use are outdoor education, textbooks, learning materials and problem solving. Laboratory materials can be everyday materials and educational materials in which pupils have an abstract understanding of the subject. This survey was conducted through interviews and observations. The survey was also conducted in relation to student performance in national math tests.

Abstract: Syftet med denna studie har varit att undersöka hur en grupp äldrepeagogstudenter upplever sin kommande yrkesroll och hur professionsutvecklingen för äldrepedagoger ser ut. Vi har undersökt hur professionsutveckling ser ut utifrån den vetenskapliga litteraturens uppställda professionskriterier och hur dessa professionskriterier bedöms ha betydelse för formandet av en profession. För att komma åt våra grundläggande frågeställningar och för att förstå äldrepedagogers utveckling består det empiriska materialet dels av en litteraturstudie och dels av kvalitativt öppna intervjuer. För att tolka och förstå empirin är teorier kring profession, professionsutveckling och socialkonstruktivism centrala i studien. De kriterier vi utgått från är följande: professionell kunskap bör vara förankrad i en systematisk teori, den professionellt utbildade har auktoritet, de professionella ska inneha etiska regler och yrkeskåren ska ha bildat en egen organisation.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine how the Swedish policy of neutrality has changed between the years 1990-2008. The research method used for this essay has been comparative case study, which strives to answer four research questions. Two of these questions are: Which specific occurrences have been fundamental in changing the Swedish policy of neutrality? How have the Swedish policy of neutrality and the policy of non-alignment changed between the years 1990-2008? The theoretical frame work of this study consists of Europeanization as a comprehensive theoretical perspective. In order to explain the Swedish act regarding the policy of neutrality, Logic of Consequences and Logic of appropriateness are used.

Abstract Syftet med föreliggande uppsats är att visa på hur jämställdhet och jämlikhet kan bidra till en positiv förändring inom den verksamhet som Räddningstjänsten i Halmstad bedriver. Uppsatsen är dels en sociologisk uppsats och dels en kartläggning av Räddningstjänstens organisation i Halmstad. Den är skriven på uppdrag från Räddningstjänsten i Halmstad och beskriver brukarnas attityder till jämställdhet och jämlikhet inom kåren samt skildrar Räddningstjänsten både ur ett historiskt perspektiv och ur ett nutidsperspektiv. Frågan som ställs i arbetet är vad det innebär för den enskilda brandmannen, för organisationen och för brukarna att Räddningstjänsten är en organisation med nästan enbart svenska män. Arbetet lyfter fram och problematiserar hur fördomar och föreställningar kring kön och etnicitet kan bli ett hinder för såväl Räddningstjänsten som samhället när det handlar om jämställdhet och jämlikhet.

Det samhälls- och yrkesliv eleverna utbildas för ställer allt högre krav på styrkor i att definiera och lösa problem i ett förändringsarbete, ofta i grupp. Regeringen betonar att entreprenörskap och entreprenöriella kompetenser är viktiga förmågor för framtidens samhällsmedborgare.Traditionellt har lärare utvecklat sin kompetens och undervisning självständigt. AbstractMy aim for this study is to examine what the parent?s of the children attending pre-schoolwants to be a part of, by examining the parent?s description of the performance review andwhat their experience from them was. This study is based on earlier research and literature,which describes the pre-schools activities, how they work and the documented goals they tryto accomplish. I also did eight interviews with parents from two municipalities, which I theninterpreted based on my experience and understanding. The interviews focused on theparent?s description of their experience of how much influence on the work in their child'spre-school.
