Dementia is a concept that describes different conditions when memory and cognitive abilities degenerate. Approximately 140 000 persons in Sweden suffers from some kind of dementia. Many are stricken with behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia, BPSD. The aim of this study was to illuminate nursing staff?s experiences of caring for persons suffering from dementia and BPSD within municipal and institutional care.

Purpose: To investigate emergency room nurses' experiences in receiving medical alerts focused on education, safety, security, skills and experience, and andherence to guidelines. Detta examensarbete är en studie som baseras på det empiriska materialet från kvalitativa intervjuer angående pedagogisk anpassning, med det menar vi hur pedagogerna anpassar sin undervisning till enskilda elever i behov av särskilt stöd sett ur sju pedagogers perspektiv. Syftet med denna studie har varit att belysa och få kunskap om hur den pedagogiska anpassningen fungerar i två olika skolformer: grundskola och grundsärskola utifrån sju pedagogers perspektiv. Och hur den pedagogiska anpassningen, för så väl elever i behov av särskilt stöd samt övriga elever, kan se ut i deras undervisning. Svar söktes på frågor som: vad det är som avgör vilka elever som ska finnas i de respektive skolformerna, hur undervisningen anpassas efter elever i behov av särskilt stöd samt hur pedagogernas möjligheter att tillämpa alternativa undervisningsmetoder ser ut. Resultatet visade att tema som anpassning, ekonomi, integrering, tydlighet, undervisningsmetoder och utbildning var genomgående i intervjuerna. Slutsatsen av denna studie var att oavsett vilken skolform eleverna tillhör anpassas undervisningen efter elevernas olika färdigheter och behov. Om än i olika utsträckning.

Abstrakt Samhällets föränderliga struktur gör att inom förskolan måste vi vara flexibla och medvetna om alla barns behov för att kunna möta dessa. Vi har valt att fördjupa oss gällande de behov barn med koncentrationssvårigheter har, och deras plats i samlingen. Vårt syfte är att lyfta fram hur pedagoger hanterar och ställer sig till den problematik det innebär att anpassa en helsamling i förskoleverksamheten för barn i särskilda behov. De frågeställningar som vi vill få svar på blir: ? Hur möjliggör pedagogen anpassning i helsamlingar genom bemötande? ? Hur möjliggör pedagogen anpassning genom den fysiska miljön? När vi har analyserat materialet har vi haft en sociokulturell ansats och vi har tittat på vikten av just samlingen och gruppgemenskapen.

The freedom of establishment is a fundamental right on the internal market which enables companies to take up and pursue activity in other member states, ?host states?, in a non discriminatory way. In situations where a company wishes to use the right to establish in a host state, complications will be discovered since the member states are applying different principles for deciding the nationality of a company. Since the Treaty of the Function of the European Union recognize both principles, and both of the legal areas company law and European international private law lack harmonization regarding companies wishing to perform such a transaction, the situation today brings the possibility that such a company could be covered by the legal system of several member states, or maybe no legal system at all.The Court of Justice of the European Union has through case law contributed to make the scope of the freedom of establishment a little bit clearer but there are still difficulties regarding situations when a company wishes to transfer its seat to another member state with a change of nationality. Today?s measures, for example the SE-company, is not enough to satisfy the companies wishing to transfer their seat to another member state.

En av lärarens stora utmaningar som pedagog är att nå fram till eleverna. Speciellt i dagens samhälle där klyftan mellan lärare och elever blir tydlig genom inaktuella arbetssätt inom skolan och användandet av modern teknik. Ett användande som sällan förmår att stimulera eleverna i en undervisning som ser till den utvecklade digitala verklighet som de lever i. Det är intressant att utreda hur lärare på bästa sätt kan möta de förväntningar som ställs på en undervisning som är anpassad till IKT i ett postmodernt samhälle. Studien avser därför att utreda verksamma gymnasielärares IKT-användning i undervisningen genom att undersöka hur lärare arbetar med IKT avseende webb 1.0 eller webb 2.0.

Weber and Linder (2005) have enlightened that the focus of the current debate on the budget?s to be or not be, has been on trying to find a general tool, which fits best in all situations. They argue that the budget may be more appropriate for organizations in certain circumstances, than for others. They claim that there is a gap in research concerning the situations in which the budget may be appropriate, or when Beyond budgeting is preferred. It is this gap we are trying to fill with our thesis.The purpose of the thesis is to explain which situational factors that affect the organization's use of budgets for the functions the budget can fulfill.

Litteratur inom systemutvecklingsområdet menar att det är vanligt att anpassningar görs vid användandet av formaliserade systemutvecklingsmetoder. Vissa författare menar även att det inte finns mycket stöd för hur dessa anpassningar bör utföras. Undersökningen som genomförts i denna rapport genom intervjuer med sex systemutvecklare syftar till att klargöra anledningen till att anpassningar görs samt vilka positiva och negativa effekter detta kan medföra. Vidare syftar arbetet till att klargöra om ett eventuellt förbättrat resultat kan uppnås med hjälp av anpassningar och vilka svårigheter som kan finnas med att göra anpassningar. Arbetet avser även att ta reda på om systemutvecklarna använder samma metoder i alla projekt eller om metodvalet varierar och även om samma anpassningar görs av metoden till alla projekt.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the role of regional development planning concerning a regional perspective of green structure and to reflect on its future role. The target group of the study is foremost practitioners but also students of regional planning and development. Three questions are examined. 1) What view concerning green structure has the regional planning body of Stockholm County Council (RTK) communicated through the years? 2) Has this view contributed to generating a common understanding concerning green structure among the actors in the county? 3) Has this common understanding been referred to by actors in discussions concerning how this green structure should develop? The empirical material consists of documents from rtk, the County Administrative Board, the municipalities of the county, a network of ngo:s, as well as interviews with representatives from the above mentioned organizations.

Pensioneringen är för individen förknippad med olika förändringar som till exempel inträdet till ett nytt livsstadium, nya sociala roller, ändrad ekonomi och ändrad livsstil. Pensioneringen har tidigare betraktats ur ett eländesperspektiv och fokus har legat på att pensioneringen inneburit ?chock? och ?trauma? för individens livskvalitet och välbefinnande men de empiriska resultat som har framkommit har inte visat detsamma. Några enkla samband mellan arbete och pensionering har ej hittats utan pensioneringen bör snarare ses som en process. Detta examensarbete syftar till att undersöka vad pensioneringen innebär för individens livskvalitet och välbefinnande i termer av roll- och aktivitetsförändring och till att identifiera faktorer som bidrar till god anpassning till livet efter arbetslivet.

The purpose of the essay is to draw attention to my approach in relation to a boy I choose to call Emil, and how I can increase my understanding of his behavior. I explore conceivable reasons for why he breaks down so often, especially when other children are given attention. Is he simply unusually egoistic, and to a large degree only able to see to his own interests, or am I overlooking the real reasons for his actions.In order to explain the reasons for Emil?s apparent frustration in sensitive situations, I explore the significance of attachment theory. I argue about possible effects of Emil?s parents? way of describing and guiding him, as well as how I, and my colleagues, risk fulfilling and amplifying negative expectations.As the prime reason for his repeated sense of unhappiness seems linked to a lack of empathy, I explore different ways of understanding this, as well as how I might contribute to fostering compassion.

The purpose of my study is to contribute with knowledge about three teachers? view on the possibilities and difficulties to support students with intellectual disabilities insocial interaction.to get answers to my research questions in the analysis I have in my qualitative study used the theory of Fleck's model about thinking styles rooted in a socio-cultural perspective. In the study, I have used semi-structured interviews. My study shows that teacher?s way of thinking affect students' opportunities to practice social interaction. An important finding in the study was that the school management?s attitude, is of great importance for educator?s opportunities to support the students with intellectual disability in social interactions.
