Purpose: Our purpose is to examine how ExTe works with values and attitudes and if it has any connection to their success.Research questions: Does attitudes and values have anything to with ExTes success? Does ExTes management see their staff as a resource for development and do they deliberately work with it. Does ExTe follow their written Value book and do they continuously and active work with it?Approach: We have used a deductive way of reasoning and a qualitative study to gather the information needed. We have interviewed four staff members at ExTe.Conclusions: ExTes continuously and deliberately work with values and attitudes do have a meaning for their success.

Denna uppsats syftar till att skapa en större förståelse för den situation en gömd flykting kan befinna sig i. Utgångspunkten är att undersöka hur livssituationen kan se ut för gömda flyktingar, hur denna livssituation kan påverkas utifrån de villkor och rättigheter som finns för denna grupp i samhället och hur gömda flyktingar själva kan uppleva sin situation och dess inverkningar på deras tillvaro. För att undersöka detta har kvalitativ metod använts bestående av halvstrukturerade intervjuer med sju personer som lever gömda eller tidigare har levt gömda. Det empiriska materialet har sedan analyserats med teorier om identitet, marginalisering, exkludering, behovstillfredsställelse, psykisk hälsa och socialkonstruktvism. Vidare har det jämförts med tidigare forskning.Uppsatsen visar att ?situationen som gömd? kan upplevas mycket svår på många olika sätt.

En majoritet bland ledare i olika organisationer har en bakgrund som storasyskon eller ensambarn (Hudson, 1990). Denna studie genomfördes för att få svar på om personer med ledaransvar skiljer sig åt gällande syskonplats och locus of control jämfört med de personer som inte har ledaransvar. Ledare och medarbetare på en statlig myndighet svarade på en enkät gällande plats i syskonskara, erfarenhet av ledarskap och locus of control. Resultatet visade att sistfödda i detta urval hade en högre grad av intern locus of control än förstfödda vilket kan tyda på en annan typ av sistfödd på denna myndighet. Urvalet var dock bristfälligt (N = 48) och slutsats kunde inte dras utan att riskera ett felaktigt resultat..

Kvinnovåld har blivit ett mer öppet problem som har resulterat i lagstiftning mot kvinnovåld. Att det finns män som slår och kränker sina kvinnor som de lever ihop med är ett faktum. Denna handling känns främmande och uppfattas för de flesta i vårt samhälle som ett onormalt beteende i ett parförhållande. Men för kvinnan som lever med en man som misshandlar henne är detta inget onormalt, orsaken är att hon har många gånger övertagit mannens förståelse av situationen och ser verkligheten med hans ögon. On the 12:th of April 2011, the Swedish tabloid magazine Expressen publishes a story, claiming that Ola Lindholm, presenter of critically acclaimed TV-show ?Wild Kids? has been suspected and apprehended on cocaine allegations. The serious allegation called for Ola Lindholm to defend himself against the allegations. His only public response was a blog-post where he claimed his innocence, albeit with some reservations.  The purpose of this paper is to analyze Lindholm?s rhetorical defense.

Purpose: To evaluate the management development course held at FöreningsSparbanken in Ronneby during 2000. The evaluation aims to map and describe what effects the course has had on the participants. We will assess to what degree the effects meets the objectives of the course set by the manager of the bank (future management recruitment, leadership, change catalyst, aligning the strive towards a shared organisational objective). Conclusion: Our conclusion is that all of the participants have as a result of the course increased their emotional intelligence in varying levels.

With inspiration from Bitzers situational analysis a phenomenografic method has been used, influenced by Brown & Levinsons´s theory of politeness, to find perceptions concerning constraints (in Bitzer´s sense in his model of the rhetorical situation) in Internet-based communication. Based on three qualitative interviews, this essay has found that the perceptions are closely linked to views of what constitutes formal and informal contexts, varying due to the gender or age of the informant. Netspeak is not considered appropriate, with some exceptions, in any formal situation. However, the perceptions regarding decorum in informal situations differ in nature, based mainly on what kinds of associations and connotations are produced by elements found in netspeak. Since perceptions regarding informal situations vary, there is a large risk of misunderstanding, which this essay aims to survey..

AbstractThe intention of our study is to examine how the view of homeless people and their life situation looks according to a selection of persons, which in their work get into contact with homeless people. The study is based on a qualitative method that includes interviews.The result of the study is based on interviews with eight persons working in the social services, volunteer organisations, the police and a security organisation. The majority of the persons that have been interviewed are normalising homeless people; they do not look upon them as different. At the same time they have the opinion that homeless people live a tougher life and that they have to fight more for their living than other people. The persons that we have interviewed share the view that homeless people live under a constant pressure of finding a place to sleep.

Mitt arbete beskriver tillvägagångssättet för hur ett åtgärdsprogram tas fram och genomförs. Det börjar med att information samlas in om eleven, informationen analyseras och utmynnar i en precisering av elevens behov. När man arbetar med barn i behov av stöd är det viktigt att söka stärka barnens självuppfattning och självtillit genom att utgå från deras starka sidor. Åt- gärdsprogram upprättas under ett möte med elever och föräldrar. Programmet ska bland annat beskriva elevens situation, mål, tillvägagångssätt och ansvariga.

There are some hazards associated with mediating dogs for adoption to Sweden from foreigncountries. Contagion is considered to be one of them, but this report focuses solely on what adoptionsmay signify to the dogs concerning animal welfare. The aim of this study is to investigate how thebusiness in Sweden is run and what this can imply to the adopted dogs. Websites of the organizationswhich perform mediation of dogs, has been examined to show which information is available. A webquestionnaire was sent to these organizations to learn more about their standard procedure.
