The gathered data?s purpose is to answer research questions to investigate how costumerorientations function and to how to implement it in real estate companies.Theory:The theory explains the meaning of customer orientation and its use in real estate companies.The theoretical discussion is based on a five-gap model, which is used to analyze the service quality inAkelius AB and to analyze the relation to their costumers.Empire:The findings show how Akelius experience costumer orientation in Brandbergen and thecostumer?s perception of Akelius AB service quality.Analysis:Compares the theory and the empirical data to see the service quality thru using the GapModel.Conclusion:Akelius AB satisfy their customer?s need in what could be expected of them. In thesituation with increased demand and lower supply Akelius AB have the possibility to offer theircostumers a much lower quality than the costumers usually wants and expect.

The usage time is an important part of the specification for products powered bybatteries. The usage time is affected by a number of different elements; technical,environmental and how the product is being used. The method to determine theusage time is intended to define how measurements and calculations are to berealized along with influencing factors to keep in mind. With support from thismethod the intention is to gain control on how well the established usage time canbe expected to cohere with the real value and what affects the value.The study is done specifically for hearing protectors with battery powered built inelectronically functions. The functions can be level dependent function forambient hearing, 2-way radio communication, Bluetooth or FM-radio.The first chapter of the report describes the literature study performed in theproject.

Background                      There are different types of treatments for breast cancer, and these may be of surgical and non-surgical art. These treatments produce different side effects that can cause both physical and mental harm to the woman. The breast cancer can change the women's body image and relationships to their families. The women manage their lives in different ways depending on which culture they belong to. Aim                                    The aim of the study was to elucidate women?s experience of her body and the altered body in relation to breast cancer treatment.Method                              The method used was a literature review based on scientifically articles to overview the field of breast cancer.

Bakgrund: Hälso- och sjukvårdslagen fick år 2010 en ny paragraf som resulterat i nya riktlinjer i flera av Sveriges landsting angående bemötandet av barn som anhöriga. Årligen förlorar 3361 barn en förälder på grund av svår sjukdom och detta kan resultera i en sämre fysisk och psykisk hälsa hos barnet. En ökad medvetenhet inom sjukvården skulle möjliggöra igenkännande och stöd till drabbade barn. Syfte: Att beskriva hur barn hanterar sin situation då en förälder är svårt sjuk och hur sjuksköterskan kan stödja barnet. Metod: En litteraturöversikt baserad på 13 studier med kvalitativ ansats.

The purpose of this study was to examine and illustrate how people look at themselves and their happiness in relation to their economic situation. This study was based on interviews with eight adults divided in two groups, four were big-income earners and four were unemployed/sick-listed. I identified factors that affected the feeling of happiness such as family, friends and economy. During the process four themes were identified, happiness, work, economic strain and the importence of money versus happiness. The analysis was based on the concept of aspiration levels and an economic perspective.The conclusion of the analysis was a surprise to me, showing that economic strain could be detected in both groups but by different means.

This thesis seeks to investigate the relationship between municipal policy for housing supply and the planning of new housing in Sweden. Through a case study of Göteborg municipality and a comparative content analysis of Göteborgs policy for housing supply and a number of plans featuring housing the analysis seeks to investigate the effect of policy for housing supply as a tool for securing the demand for housing in the Swedish municipalities. The thesis also seeks to discuss its findings using theory concerning the implementation of policy and the general planning situation for Swedish municipalities today. The result of the analysis shows that most plans fail to regulate most of the content suggested in the policy for housing supply, particularly regarding aspects such as pricing, type of housing and type of ownership. The result also points towards a relationship regarding the prevalence of municipal land contracts and compatibility to policy for housing supply as well as a connection between how extensive the plans are in their proposed land use and their compatibility with policy for housing supply.

Isoleringsvård kan bli aktuellt både vid infektionssjukdom och vid infektionskänslighet. Detta sätt att vårda finns redan tidigt beskrivet i historien. Ett stort användande av antibiotika tros ligga till grund för ökad mängd multiresistenta bakterier vilket orsakar problem i dagens sjukvård. Patienter med dessa bakterier, tuberkulos eller nedsatt immunförsvar är exempel på patientgrupper som vårdas isolerade. Att vårdas isolerad innebär för många att vara i en utsatt situation och utan kontroll över vad som sker.

Syftet med denna studie är att på Högsboanstalten i Göteborg undersöka vilken betydelse kontaktmannaskapet har för den intagne och hur den intagne upplever kontaktmannarelationen. Vi har också undersökt hur delaktig den intagne själv är i samarbetet med kontaktmannen vad gäller att ta ansvar för och påverka sin situation. Syftet är också att ta reda på hur rollen som intagen påverkas i förhållande till kontaktmannen. Vi genomförde studien med hjälp av en kvantitativ enkätundersökning som gav oss en respons på 22 enkäter av 75 utdelade och en kvalitativ kompletterande intervju med två intagna som var ordförande för varsin avdelnings förtroenderåd. Våra resultat visade att man på Högsboanstalten i sin helhet är nöjd med kontaktmannaskapet och att hur positiv man var till kontaktmannaskapet berodde mycket på personkemin och den personliga relationen mellan intagen och kontaktman.

Integration of the labor is becoming increasingly topical, with increasing immigration. Labour market integration has been proved to be problematic, partly due to linguistic and cultural differences between the migrant's home country and Sweden. Difficulties with labour market integration have resulted in high numbers of unemployment and dependence on social welfare. Projects VIAM is an employment project conducted by Folkhälsobyrån AB in Västerås, aimed at finding jobs for welfare dependency immigrants. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the informants on Folkhälsobyrån and administrators on the Social service in Västerås has experienced the work of the project VIAM, development issues and the informant´s and administrator´s perception of factors that are influencing immigrant´s employment situation in Västerås.

Syfte: I uppsatsen ska vi undersöka hur dagens studenters konsumtionsbeteende ochkonsumtionsbehov ser ut. Uppsatsen kommer även att klargöra hur studenternas ekonomiska situation påverkar detta beteende och behov, samt vilka faktorer som ligger bakom detta. Metod: Uppsatsen har en deduktiv ansats då vår utgångspunkt har varit teorin. Kvantitativ metod används i form utav enkätundersökning genomförd på 323 studenter i syd/sydöstra Sverige. Även en kvalitativ metod har i form av litteraturstudier av teorier samt artiklar hämtade från Internet har genomförts.

The purpose of this study is to understand how parents to children with autism handle difficulties in their daily lives. Previous research defines autism and shows how it can affect families but it doesn?t show how families handle autism. We have done eight qualitative interviews with parents to children with autism. The result shows similar forms of difficulties in families which children with autism, even though the degree of difficulties varies.

Att vara anhörigvårdare till en person med Alzheimers sjukdom innebär förändringar inom familjen som kan vara svåra att hantera. Sjuksköterskan kan hjälpa anhörigvårdaren att lättare hantera rollen som vårdare genom att ge adekvat information och stöd. Syftet var att undersöka behovet av stöd och information hos anhörigvårdare till personer med Alzheimers sjukdom. Metoden var en litteraturstudie där fyra kvalitativa samt tio kvantitativa artiklar sammanställdes till ett resultat. Resultatet visade på ett stort behov av information och stöd under hela sjukdomsprocessen.

Bakgrund: Den palliativa vårdens främsta syfte är att främja patienters välbefinnande och den ska utmärkas av integritet och värdighet. Tack vare den allt mer avancerade hemsjukvården finns möjligheten för fler palliativa patienter att vårdas i hemmet. Detta ställer krav på sjuksköterskors och närståendes kompetens. Syfte: Syftet med studien är att beskriva närståendes upplevelser samt behov av stöd i palliativ hemsjukvård. Metod: En litteraturstudie utfördes där tretton kvalitativa studier granskades och analyserades enligt Friberg (2006).

In healthcare settings, administrative routines have been made more efficientthrough digitalization of information and the introduction of stationary computers.This situation is especially true when it comes to radiology, where pictures,referrals and patient information now is completely managed by advanced stationarycomputer systems. However, studies have shown that these rationalizationsdo not support flexible and mobile work routines.PocketRIS is a prototype illustrating a mobile terminal for radiology that hasbeen designed to simplify workflow and reduce the cognitive workload of healthcarepersonnel. PocketRIS includes a visualization of the clinicians work situationincluding a personal referral list that can make the user attentive of importantevents.Contextual Design has been used to elicit the basic system requirements for thesystem; 19 contextual inquires was conducted with physicians, nurses and assistantnurses at two different radiology clinics in Sweden during six days. The purposeof the study was also to identify the groups that have the greatest need for amobile terminal. The study was concerned with design and evaluation of differentsolutions with healthcare personnel.The result shows that physicians and assistant nurses have the greatest need ofa mobile terminal.

Syftet med studien var att få ökad förståelse för hur människor som definieras hemlösa i det svenska samhället, försöker skapa sig en positiv självkänsla och identitet. Jag har utifrån mina forskningsfrågor försökt besvarat mitt syfte. Genom kvalitativa semistrukturerade intervjuer och observationer har jag intervjuat två personer i situationen hemlös samt tre personer som arbetar med hemlösa och har kunskaper om hemlösa personer i situationen hemlös. Situation hemlös, tolkar jag med hjälp av symbolisk interaktionism som utgör en teoretisk referensram. Identitet, thomasteoremet, generaliserade andra, och stämplingsteorierna har avgörande betydelse för analysen av empiriska data.
