Previous research shows that Sweden has developed into a segregated society, although it has never been completely homogeneous. A greater integration led to vast number of diverse cultures and religions; therefore the Muslim custom came closer to the Swedish society.The purpose of this thesis is to study how Muslims were portrayed during the incident in Landskrona in March 29 2010 and the bomb threat in Gothenburg in October 31 2010. The study also focused on what Muslims themselves think about the news reporting that followed.We based our study on a qualitative textual analysis and a dialogue with selected people. Six news articles from various newspapers were analyzed and a total of eight persons were included in the dialogues. The study shows that news reporting has been simplified and misleading.During the incident in Lanskrona the newspapers headlined it as a murder even though the accused had not yet been sentenced at the time.

The conflict over Western Sahara is primarily a conflict over sovereignty, with Morocco on one side claiming territorial rights, and the Polisario Front on the other side claiming popular sovereignty. The conflict has till this day not been resolved and is in a dire need of a solution. In order to determine which solution is the most appropriate, an understanding of all the complex aspects of the conflict is required. In this context, the study aims to examine the conflict in a globalized setting by analyzing how the American news agency AP News portrays the conflict. The US media conglomerate was specifically chosen due to its dominance over international information flows.

Background: Palliative care is something that all people should have the right to be allowed to, to be able to enjoy the qualities of life, even when someone has been afflicted with illness that cannot be cured. How do the nurses in municipal home-care deal with and prepare themselves to perform a righteous task? Aim: The aim of this study is to illuminate nurses, comprehensions of palliative care within municipal home-care. Method: The method is a questionnaire to nurses. Results: The results did comply to law and regulations.

Den finns en hel del forskning gjord inom området men många visar olika resultat och kommer fram till skilda slutsatser. Problemet är att det är svårt att jämföra bonusar mellan varandra. Dessutom finns det ett metodproblem eftersom det finns många andra faktorer förutom bonussystemet som spelar in på företagets framgång som kan vara svåra att bortse ifrån i en studie.Problem: Frågan om ett incitamentsprogram fyller sin funktion finns att hitta i litteraturen i corporate governance och därför är forskningsfrågan: Hur relaterar SEB:s incitamentsprogram för ledande befattningshavare till litteraturen i corporate governance?Syfte: Syftet med studien är att i en jämförelse med litteraturen och utformningen av SEB:s incitamentsprogram analysera skillnader och undersöka vad de kan betyda ur ett effektivitetsperspektiv.

Begreppet Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) är idag ett vida diskuterat ämne inom företagslitteratur. Denna diskussion har resulterat i att begreppet är väldigt brett, vilket försvårar arbetet för företag att definiera, samt förstå innebörden av CSR. Vidare upplever multinationella företag (MNF) i dagens affärssamhälle mycket externa påtryckningar från diverse intressenter - att aktivt arbeta med CSR inom deras verksamhet. Dessa påtryckningar varierar även geografiskt i världen eftersom det existerar kulturella skillnader, som exempelvis värderingar och förväntningar, vilket ytterligare försvårar arbetet för multinationella företag. Därför har denna rapport fått syftet med att undersöka hur MNF möter dessa påtryckningar och hur de kan utforma en strategi ? för att utveckla en styrning som hanterar geografiska skillnader.

In 2006 there was a change in LMA (1994:37) that clarified the division of responsibility be-tween the Migration Board and the municipalities, concerning unaccompanied children. The social services should now be utmost responsible for the housing and care of these children, to assure that they gain the same standards and rights as all other children. The aim of this essay has been to examine how the division of responsibility has influenced the work of the social services and how they interpret their responsibility for the unaccompanied children. How do the social services investigate and make decisions concerning these children? Do these chil-dren have the same rights as other children? To answer these questions a legal study was made, followed by qualitative research interviews with four social services that receive unac-companied children.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate how a small company manages its information, primarily the organization of digital documents. The two dominating themes are classification and information politics, the former in the context of a corporate environment and the latter to help us to describe the situation at the company. The method used has involved observation of the company's current computer network structure and also interviews with six employees at different levels in various departments at the company. The result of our investigation has been the realization that, although logical structure is important when organizing documents in a digital environment, it is also necessary to have rules regarding its implementation..

This essay is an analysis of how Swedish sixth form students interpret ?a good society?,an expression which is part of the main content of Religion1, the mandatory course inreligious studies. It is based on a a survey asking 198 students to define and reflect onwhat a good society might look like. A hermeneutic method has been used to analysetheir answers in relation to regulations and research.The conclusion is that although most students show themselves able to reflect on whata good society might be, their ability to use ethical theory and concepts required by thecourse?s grading criteria is limited.

With a starting point in the legislation for organic production set up by the Swedishcertification organization KRAV, the reasons to why these regulations are important isexplained and how pigs are affected by these rules.
