Denna studie beskriver sju gymnasielärares uppfattningar om stöd och samtal i förhållande till sina kolleger och arbetsledning.  Den vetenskapliga metod som använts för undersökningen är kvalitativ och inspirerad av fenomenografin. I resultatet har sex övergripande kategorier vad gäller lärarnas upplevelser av fenomenen analyserats fram. De talar om lösningar av problem, samarbetet, tidsaspekten, inflytande och delaktighet, samtalens struktur och lärarrollen. Lärarna i undersökningen var överlag nöjda med tiden de fick för samtal med kolleger och ledning samt upplevde att stöd fanns att få vid behov. Då problem uppstod i arbetet kunde de få hjälp av kollegerna, skolledningen eller av skolans resurspersonal.

Roseroot (R. rosea L.) has gained more attention the last years, mainly because of its phy-topharmacologic properties. Even though many reports in roseroot have been published, only a few articles are dealt with the genetic diversity. The Nordic Genetic Resource Center has collected Roseroot material from Sweden, Greenland and Faroe Islands under different expeditions. The samples were analysed to study the genetic diversity study.

Innan årsskiftet 2011-2012 blev Sveriges första lager som är miljöcertifierat enligt LEED färdigställt. LEED står för Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design och är en miljöcertifiering som har funnits sedan år 2000. LEED finns i fyra olika nivåer - certified, silver, gold och platinum. Vilken nivå som projektet når baseras på ett poängsystem som bedömer byggnaden i sju kategorier och projektet som avser vår fallstudie är certifierad i nivå gold. LEED växer ständigt och är idag en internationellt väletablerad miljöcertifiering.

En växande tjänstesektor som får allt större betydelse och en ökad konkurrens om kunderna är den finansiella tjänstemarknaden. Denna förändring på den finansiella tjänstemarknaden har lett till ett skifte i synen på marknadsföring. Marknadsföring av den fysiska produkten har alltmer ersatts av ett fokus på värdeskapande och på att utveckla långsiktiga relationer. Detta innebär till exempel att tjänsteföretag idag i större utsträckning samarbetar med sina kunder i skapandet av den tjänst som levereras, vilket innebär att en ökad vikt läggs på kännedom om kundens behov för att säkerställa korrekt utformning och leverans. Denna studie ämnar beskriva kunders uppfattningar om ett kundbonussystem och den genomförs på uppdrag av Länsförsäkringar Bergslagens Lantbruksavdelning. Fokus ligger på företagets kundbonussystem ?Guldkund? med avsikten att utreda skillnader i synen på detta mellan de två kundgrupperna Guldkunder och Silver-/Bronskunder.

Anotherpurpose to address is whether the brand strength is moderating the effects from the differenttypes of responses tested in this study. This purpose aims to find guidelines depending onthese moderating effects.The paper commodiously, strongly supports that there are beneficial effects to be generatedfrom making a response in either positive or negative direction in oppose of actively choosingnot to make a pronouncement at all.

 My field is Korpus and in this project I am investigating what role that plays for me as an artist connected to craft. To really get close to, and understand Korpus I have deconstructed it to find clues to why the silversmithing field looks like it does and how we got here. I believe Korpus has not yet come out of the closet for what it really can be. That it carries a great heritage of traditions and preconceptions that it would do well to shake off a little bit of. Can Korpus as an art field really survive in Sweden, where the Church has no power and silverware is no longer a need to demonstrate ones economic prosperity at an important dinner party? To help myself get closer to these objects I have given my own definition of Korpus.

Intern kommunikation är ett av verktygen för att förmedla strategier inom organisationer och företag. Att finna ett gemensamt språk inom organisationen kan underlätta förståelsen för företagets visioner och mål. Vårt syfte med undersökningen är att öka kunskap och förståelse samt skapa insikt kring ledningsarbete med intern kommunikation särskilt i samband med en expansiv fas. Vårt mål är att finna beskrivningar för hur ett företag i en expansiv fas kan arbeta med intern kommunikation. Vi har utfört en fallstudie av ett företag inom vård- och omsorgssektorn.

Syfte Syftet med arbetet var att beskriva och analysera ett barn med språkstörning utifrån de olika verksamheter barnet ingått i. Vi valde att lägga tyngdpunkten på nuvarande och framtida skolsituation. Metod Vi utformade arbetet som en fallbeskrivning. Undersökningen utgjordes dels av intervjuer, varav djupintervjun med barnets mamma låg till grund för själva arbetet, och dels av granskning av befintlig dokumentation. Vi genomförde totalt åtta intervjuer samt granskade dokumentation från det att barnet var 18 månader och framåt.

The object with this bachelor thesis is to illustrate if equality is present during the interaction between female and male players in the World of Warcraft with focus on the female players conception. The main question is: How does gender matter in the interaction between female and male players in WoW? This question is particularly interesting because WoW is in its own construction neutral in regards to gender in the aspect that gender does not hinder or benefit your avatar when it comes to the avatars development or possibilities. This bachelor thesis describes the views three of female WoW players and how they perceive the interaction with male players with focus on equality. The informants? personal thoughts and experiences are described.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the interrogation transcripts of interviews with girls between the age of 11 and 16 who are alleged victims of sexual crimes. The examination is done from a gender perspective, by comparing six interrogations by male interrogators and eight interrogations by female interrogators. The study has used linguistic indicators relating to the interrogation methodological guidelines, in order to highlight how the interrogators give girls the opportunity and space to share their experience of the alleged sexual offense. Text material is categorized based on themes and analyzed in detail to find any gender-specific patterns of hearing leaders and if the girls are given space and opportunity for a free storytelling. The results show that in several themes, differences between the male and the female interrogators can be discerned.

För att spara på jordens resurser och minska energiförbrukningen är det viktigt att finna byggnadslösningar som inte belastar klimatet ytterligare. Idag efterfrågas hållbara byggnader allt mer av hyresgäster vilket innebär att fastighetsägarna, för att vara konkurrenskraftiga, måste göra investeringar för att miljöklassificera sina byggnader.Miljöbyggnad är ett sätt att miljöcertifiera både nyproducerade och befintliga byggnader. Systemet baseras på svenska bygg- och myndighetsregler samt svensk byggpraxis och är till för att skapa miljömässigt hållbara byggnader. Miljöbyggnad är indelad i fyra klassificeringsnivåer; KLASSAD, BRONS, SILVER och GULD, där BRONS i flera utav fallen motsvarar Boverkets byggregler (BBR).

Swedish accountants are, amongst other laws, controlled by a couple of so called duties. One of those is the professional secrecy, which guarantees the safety of company secrets and other important information that the accountant needs to know but shouldn?t tell anybody. Since 1999 Swedish accountants also need to follow the regulations of the reporting duty. In short, this means that in some cases of suspected crime within a company, auditors are obliged to report this to the authorities.

Magnesium is one of the most important minerals in the body and it participates in many essential processes, such as energy metabolism and protein synthezis. Magnesium deficiency in cattle may occur when they are let out for pasture in the spring, and is associated with tetany, known as grass staggers. A high yielding dairy cow often loses more magnesium daily in the milk than she has available in the body, and magnesium thereby needs to be provided in the feed to prevent the cow from being affected by deficiency symptoms. The uptake of magnesium is mainly located to the rumen and is not regulated by hormones. The surplus is excreted in the urine by the kidneys.

In connection with the admittance of the EC-directive (99/31/EC) in Swedish politic, through the constitution of waste depositing (2001:512) at year 2001, the rules about management the landfills and leachates tightened. At the landfill Vissberga in the municipality of Hallsberg, a leachate treatment plant was constructed just a year thereafter. This treatment plant consisted of an aerated pond with a following land treatment and a willow cultivation to replace the land treatment during the summer. In this case the parameters, which were estimated as the most important to reduce, were iron and nitrogen. The iron would react with the oxygen-rich water in the aerated pond and precipitate to ferric-hydroxide and than settle in a calm zone of the pond.
