Ledarskap i en nätverksorganisation - En fallstudie av Skånes Livsmedelsakademi

Syfte: I min uppsats analyserar jag framgångsmönster och förutsättningar för utövande av ledarskap i nätverk. Analysen bygger på en fallstudie av en framgångsrik nätverksorganisation, från initiativ till väletablerad aktör. Metod: Jag har arbetat enligt kvalitativ metod och gjort en fallstudie baserad på kvalitativa intervjuer. Teoretiska perspektiv: Jag använder mig av teori kring ledning av olika typer av nätverksorganisationer och försöker med teorins hjälp tolka empirin för att förstå vilka faktorer som är viktiga för ledarskapet under de empiriska förutsättningar som råder i det studerade fallet. Empiri: Min empiri handlar om Skånes Livsmedelsakademi, en nätverksorganisation för alla som är intresserade av att utveckla Skåne till ett Centre of Excellence med speciell inriktning på förädling av livsmedel och därtill hörande processer och system.

Background: It is today common for companies to provide some sort of incentive for CEO's and senior management positions to motivate, retain and benefit employees within a company. This is in order to drive the goals of the CEO and management in the direction that is desired by the owner. Currently, the Swedish centre-right government has forbidden the use of such variable pay within state-owned companies. There are two different attitudes to variable pay, one that is in favour and one that rejects it. However most people agree on the fact that a well-functioning incentive scheme can be of great strategic importance for a company.Approach: has variable pay to CEO's had any effect on the company's profitability.Aim: the aim of the study is to compare companies who use variable pay to CEO's with companies that do not in relation to their profitability in terms of profit margins, yearly performance, returns on total capital and returns on equity.Method: the study uses a quantitative approach.

Ett köpcentrums attraktionskraft : Vilka faktorer är väsentliga vid konsumentens val av köpcentrum?

Shoppning har i allt större utsträckning blivit ett fritidsnöje bland konsumenter idag, detta tillsammans med den stora framväxten utav köpcentrum de senaste årtiondena gör det allt viktigare för köpcentrums ansvariga att identifiera och belysa faktorer och tillvägagångssätt för köpcentrumets attraktionskraft. Uppsatsen har som mål att ta fram de faktorer som är mest avgörande för ett köpcentrums attraktionskraft ur konsumenternas perspektiv. Syftet är att ta fram de faktorer som ökar attraktionskraften genom Mikael Hernants sexhörning och genom teorin om de fyra p: na. Vi använder också Kirkup och Rafiqs teorier om betydelsen av en bra mix av hyresgäster i ett köpcentrum. Valet utav undersökning blev en kvalitativ undersökning som går på djupet, den undersökningsmetod som var mest ändamålsenlig för vår uppsats var fokusgrupper.

Development of green space in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

In Dar es Salaam, as in many cities in developing countries, green areas are decreasing due to the fact that the growth of buildings, infrastructure and services has become a priority. As the population increases more buildings and infrastructure are needed and much of the building activity takes the form of uncontrolled settlements, which encroaches the public green space. Dar es Salaam has approximately three million inhabitants, of which about 70 percent are living in informal settlements. The aim with this study is to make a design proposal for a park and recreation area where the Msimbazi river basin in the centre of Dar es Salaam is today. The basin consist of a few playing fields, footpaths and some urban farming, but apart from this it mostly consists of unused grasslands, swamps and forests. Because it is an unsafe place and badly connected to the rest of the city infrastructure, it has become a barrier. The annual flood combined with the constant still shallow water creates a good breading ground for malaria mosquitoes.

Betydelsen av social rang på beteende och mjölknings­parametrer i ett automatiskt mjölkningssystem (AMS) :

The purpose with the study was to find a pattern in the behaviour of dairy cows which could be related to their social rank. A behavioural study was conducted at the University Cattle Research Centre (Kungsängen) in Uppsala, Sweden. The study included 12 lactating dairy cows, 6 high ranked and 6 low ranked. The cows were housed in a loose housing barn with an automatic milking system (AMS) to which they had access 24 hours a day. During the experiment the total number of cows in the barn was 46.

Manligt konsumentbeteende

Konsumentbeteende handlar om när, varför, hur och var människor gör ett inköp av en vissprodukt. Konsumenternas demografiska profiler är ett viktigt område inomkonsumentbeteende. När det kommer till frågan om shopping så förknippas ordet i stort settmed kvinnor. Samtidigt beskrivs ofta manligt konsumentbeteende från ett traditionelltperspektiv och skiljer sig från det kvinnliga köpbeteendet. De traditionella stereotyperna förmanligt konsumentbeteende är att män är mer benägna att ta risker när de handlar eftersom deinte brukar fråga personalen om hjälp eller åsikt, de jämför inte olika alternativ med varandra,de brukar inte planerar sina inköp, de är inte villiga att handla i grupp och är ?rädda? för atthandla i kvinnliga butiker.Eftersom könsrollerna kan ändras över tid är det viktigt att inom marknadsföring undersökakring dessa ämnen och inte ta de stereotypa könsrollerna förgivet.

Utveckling av köpcentrum : En studie av faktorer som ligger till grund för utveckling av köpcentrum i Stockholmsregionen

Detaljhandeln har under de senaste tio åren ökat och konsumenten idag konsumerar allt mer. Detta har bidragit till att köpcentrumen har blivit en allt viktigare del i detaljhandelsmarknaden och konsumentens vardag. Köpsamhället har förändrats och konsumenten kräver idag mycket mer av sin shopping upplevelse. Hårda och mjuka faktorer har blivit viktigare att beakta vid utvecklingen av köpcentrum. De utländska aktörernas allt mera växande intresse har påverkat förvaltningen och utvecklingen av köpcentrum på den svenska marknaden och i kombination med den krävande konsumenten så måste köpcentrumen idag förändras allt oftare.

The technological development and increasing popularity for integrated multichannel solutions constitutes both severe opportunities and challenges for todays' and tomorrows' retailers. On the account of consumers leaving traces when using digital channels and the technological development enabling retailers to use this information to create relevant offers, goal-congruity is relevant to apply in the multichannel shopping context. Based upon previous research on goal congruity and channel integration, our main purpose in this study is to increase the understanding for how congruity in an offer increases the intention to redeem the offer. Several studies focus on and contrast the product characteristics hedonic and utilitarian. However, it has been stated that it is crucial that research also examines the difference in target audience, buying situation and as examined in this study: buying decision process.

The municipality of Sandviken is in a state of strong growth. This affects the need for more hotel rooms in Sandviken, in a way that it?s profitable to invest in a new hotel. Sandvikens largest company, the steal industry Sandvik AB, grows just like Sandviken, and have great influence on the need of more hotel rooms. Today there are three hotels placed in Sandviken, and these hotels aren?t enough when the pressure of hotel guests is at its top.The purpose with the project was to analyse the criteria?s that are important for localization of a new hotel in the Sandviken, and to clarify what kind of hotel Sandviken is in need of.

Tyst kunskap och produktdatasystem vid medicinteknisk tillverkning : Pilotstudie av system för produktdatahantering och kartläggning av den tysta kunskapen vid Nationellt respirationscetrum, NRC

This thesis looks at two sides of the same coin: how to support the production and future development at a specialist medical technology department at Danderyd Hospital. The two sides are; a pilot study of a product management system (PDM) and an interview based study on the characteristics of the silent knowledge of the technicians. The department (National respiratory centre, NRC) is facing retirement of several key employees.The technical study shows that the success of an implementation is largely dependent on the users? prior knowledge and use of a 3D Computer aided design system (CAD).The system itself is shown to fulfill the Lifecycle requirement of tracking the products (mostly tracheostomy tubes) but without a CAD centered workflow, some substantial education and preferably some new recruits, an implementation of the PDM system will fail. The author recommends development of the current ?low-tech? system of MS Excel and Access rather than redistribute the dependency from technician towards a complex, commercial software and its vendor.The analysis of the technicians? silent knowledge with the newly developed method, epithet for silent knowledge (ETK), shows that the longer employment time:the more differentiated technicians become in describing their work,practical knowledge are regarded higher andthe social and collective problem solving factors of the work becomes more important.Typically, it is shown that a new employee should preferably enjoy problem solving, being pragmatic and social as well as having some prior education or work experience in a CAD and/or a PDM system..

The incineration of waste is steadily increasing in Sweden and so is the production ofashes. The bottom ash has for many years been used as construction material inlandfills. Now many of the nation's landfills are closed and there is a great need to findanother beneficial use for the ash. Bottom ash is a gravel-like material and with itsmaterial properties it can replace natural gravel in parts of roads and surfaceconstructions. Today this use is only approved within landfill areas where leachate iscollected and checked.

Context: Congruent ambient scents are not used extensively in marketing and there is only some research in this area within the Swedish retail. Moreover, there are not many studies that show how ambient scents influence customer behavior in a Swedish clothing store.Purpose: Examine and analyze which of the ambient scent vanilla and white orchid that suite and can provide a signature fragrance to the clothing store Kompaniet in Kalmar. The purpose of this study is therefore to compare how these scents affect the customers? behavior in the servicescape.Method: A deductive research strategy with an experimental design. The experiment was performed in Kompaniet in Kalmar.Theory: Our theoretical framework consists of sensory marketing, male and female shopping behavior, the sense of smell and ambient scent in the servicescape atmospherics.Results: Here we present a presentation of Kompaniets servicescape.

Sweden's aging population makes the need for a viable health care urgent and telemedicine can be a solution to enable older people to receive or give themselves care in their homes. Furthermore, implementation of telemedicine has the potential to realise profits in society by increasing the accessibility of health care and minimizing travel costs. Sweden?s low population density and geographical configuration makes the advantages of telemedicine even more appealing. To illustrate the differences between the county councils? use of telemedicine and thus increasing the possibility for coordinated care between them, the authors have on behalf of the Innovation Centre at the Karolinska University hospital mapped the amount of telemedicine technologies that are available in the Swedish county councils? today. To collect information an electronic survey and video or telephone interviews were used.

Brickbandets utemiljöer : vårdplan 2006

In the centre of Bromma, east of Brommaplan is the part of Bromma named Riksby. Riksby was built in the early 1940:s as a part of the westward expansion of Stockholm. Other places that were built at the same time was for ex. Stora Mossen and Abrahamsberg. This work is about the outdoor environment of the housing co-operative of Brickbandet.
