Swedish law is very keen on the fact that every person should be treated equal when facing the legal system. When it comes to cases concerning children, social workers and judges are expected to strictly obey the rules of the law but at the same time make individual judgements based on the best interest of the child, something that requires a great deal of empathy and knowledge. Is it possible to live up to the maxim about equality and to simultaneously see the individual needs? With so many different parties and angles in the case, how does one manage to make a solid appraisal of the situation that truly serves the best interest of the child?The purpose of this study was to examine the capability within the social services with focus on objectivity. More specifically it's aim was to find out how the social workers and judges see their capability of being objective in the investigations concerning children.

The company Pilotfish has developed the system MIVEO which is used by car-Sharing to wirelessly monitor, book or otherwise manage a fleet of cars. In a car pool the system has three different types of users with varying degrees of eligibility. These are end users, administrative and service personnel. We have chosen to focus on opportunities to streamline the administrator and service personnel work with a mobile service, as these users of MIVEO often are movable and mobile. From this position we have in the study attempted to answer the following question: How can mobile services used to streamline administrative tasks? This study is about developing a mobile application that will contain the same features as the existing system, but must be mobile suit.

A paranoid and shameful reading of Inger Christensens novel Azorno.The contagious feelings of paranoia and shame played a vital part in my first reading of the novel Azorno, written by the Danish poet Inger Christensen. In this essay, I?m letting those emotions direct the ?understanding? and analysis of the novel. In earlier research the focus has been to comprehend what the novel ?really is about?, and even though it has been mentioned that the form probably is a way to make the reader a visible constructer of  the novel?s ?meaning? the understanding has never been created by the affects that occurs during the reading.

The thesis work focuses on marketing and its point of departure centers on mapping the utilization of social media as a form of marketing. The choice of this thesis subject has been deemed by the authors as one of particular interest due to the current popularity of social media in the Internet connected society and their use as marketing tools. Specifically, this thesis sets out to explore how companies exploit social media tools in marketing and how their use affects retail operations and customer relations in an effective and creative way.The report concentrates on qualitative data collection, the interview answers of four respondents, of which, two are considered experts within the field of social media. The choice of suitable respondents was strategic with the goal of covering as large a portion of the social media field as possible; one social media educator that works with companies and one who assists companies with social media applications. The remaining two respondents work in marketing and communications and employ, as part of their job, social media tools such as Facebook and Twitter.

The aim of this study is to make a comparative study between the grievances during the Dacke Warand the German Peasant´s War. These two conflicts may have occurred separately, regarding bothgeographical and chronological distances but also share common issues for this comparative study.Less than two decades separates these two conflicts and they were all by their own serious insurrectionsduring their time. While the German Peasant´s War was the greatest uprising in Europe up tothe French Revolution, the Dacke War was the biggest Peasant Rebellion in Scandinavian history.While the German Peasant War has been studied and researched by historians for a relative longtime, the Dacke War has been neglected in research history. If it were not for the Swedish professorLars-Olof Larsson?s studies during foremost in the 1960s, the Dacke War would have been a historicallyuncharted territory of research indeed.

The purpose of this essay is to examine wage-earners' investment funds from the ideological point of view. The European Union has set new requirements as well in purpose of reducing humanity?s negative effect on the climate and therefore the international real estate market has introduced Green Building-certificates in order to decrease the real estate industry?s environmental impact.Certificated buildings with low energy consumption are a more common sight in Sweden these days. The development, however, could go even faster if there was not certain difficulties between property owners and tenants. Previous research has revealed that tenants do not always have knowledge about, or may have access to the economic benefits that a green building can provide.

Kunskap kan delas upp i två former, en explicit och en tyst form.?Tyst kunskap? definieras som den form av kunskap som är svår att dokumentera och som grundar sig i känslor, värderingar, personliga åsikter och erfarenheter samt ligger inbäddad i en organisations kultur, vilket medför att den är svår för andra företag att imitera. Mycket av den kunskap som bidrar till ökad prestation och konkurrensfördelar är baserad på tyst kunskap.Syftet med detta projekt är att undersöka vad tyst kunskap är, huruvida denna uppmärksammas och tas tillvara i konsultföretag samt hur denna kan utnyttjas för att uppnå konkurrensfördelar. Undersökningen bygger på en litteraturstudie om framförallt ?Knowledge Sharing? och tyst kunskap samt en empirisk och komparativ studie baserad på intervjuer med två konsultföretag som skiljer sig i storlek och bransch.Resultatet från litteraturstudien visar på att tyst kunskap är viktig inom problemlösning och leder till ökad kvalitet i konsulternas arbete.

The market for security is one filled with great opportunities. The security services companies are numerous and diverse, the Swedish market is dominated by two large companies: Securitas Bevakning AB and Falck Security AB. In this study we have focused on the bigger of the two, Securitas. This report describes and analysis the security service branch and its surroundings in an involved manner. The target group of the result is mainly people within the security branch.

Husqvarna AB operates two warehouses located in the area of Jönköping. The most important task is to manage the large volume fluctuations during the peak season. DHL Exel Supply Chain (DESC) run the warehouses and the domestic transportations is outsourced to DHL Express. A number of forwarder agents are responsible for distributing the export gods. In the present situation a bottleneck occurs at the warehouse loading section, and the consequence is fulfill the time of delivery for all customer orders.

Projektets syfte äratt utveckla modeller, metoder och datorbaserade verktyg för att stödja kliniker i deras dagligaarbete och forskning. 2005 lanserades webbcommunityn SOMWeb och projektet gick in i sin andrafas med fokus på nätbaserad kunskapshantering. Den virtuella mötesplatsen togs emot väl och detbeslutades att satsa vidare på ökad funktionalitet via Internet.Denna rapport beskriver utvecklingen av en webbapplikation som möjliggör åtkomst av denmedicinska bilddatabas som byggts upp under MedView-projektet. Som utgångspunkt förapplikationens funktionalitet och innehåll står skrivbordsapplikationen MedImager.

De senaste åren har tekniska förutsättningar, ekonomiska behov och ökade miljöproblem lett till en utveckling bort från massbilism i många av OECD-länderna. Allt fler deltar allt oftare i att dela resurser som ett sätt att minska de allt ökande kostnader som det innebär att äga och driva ett privatfordon. Delningstjänster kan ses som ett ökat intresse för vår omvärld men kanske främst som något som förenklar och sänker de kostnader som starkt är kopplade till mobilitet. Allt fler urbana livsstilar gör sig helt enkelt oberoende av att kunna transporteras med bil, till fördel för alternativen. Sett i skuggan av det utgör bildelning ett alternativ till att äga sitt fordon men ändå ha fortlöpande tillgång till mobilitet när den behövs. Bildelningstjänster eller bilpooler fungerar som ett komplement till de andra transportsätten som innefattas i det multimodala och effektiva transportsystemet, såsom gång, cykel, buss, spårvagn, tunnelbana, hyrbil et cetera.
